심장혈관질환은 우리나라 사망 원인의 두 번째를 차지하는 질병으로 사회가 서구화되고 이에 따라 우리의 식생활 문화도 서구화되면서 심혈관질환 발생은 점점 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 심혈관질환 치료 및 예방을 위해서는 생활습관 조절(the rapeutic life style change)이 필수적이며 식사요법은 생활습관 조절의 핵심을 이루는 심혈관질환 예방과 치료의 중요한 부분이다. 금번에는 심혈관질환 예방과 치료에 필수적인 식사요법을 통해 섭취하게 되는 영양소의 종류와 심혈관 질환에 미치는 영향에 관한 근거 중심으로 알아보고자 한다.

Objective : In this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey of occupational therapists to examine their perceptions on and willingness to provide telerehabilitation dementia prevention education. Methods : From March 13 to 19, 2021, a questionnaire survey targeting occupational therapists in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam was conducted. 100 questionnaires were distributed but only 70 were collected. The collected data were subjected to frequency analysis and descriptive statistics using the statistical program SPSS version 23.0. Results : The average scores by region were as follows. The average compatibility score was highest at 3.92 score, intention to providing education, doctors 3.89 score, community-centric rehabilitation awareness 3.81 score, cost saving 3.78 score, perceiver usefulness 3.75 score, accessibility 3.62 score, the quality of telerehabilitation service was in order of 3.49 score. Conclusion : All items asking whether occupational therapists participate in community-centered rehabilitation and non-face-to-face dementia prevention education programs showed high scores, indicating the willingness to participate actively. In the future, in addition to follow-up research on the implementation of telerehabilitation dementia prevention education, measures for improving accessibility within the local and national government should be discussed.

This study aimed to develop the teacher training programs to prevent and treat of game addiction. First, we analyzed the existing training programs concerning game addiction and searched for various strategies applicable to game addiction prevention and treatment education programs. On this ground, training programs were divided into three courses that were the prevention program for normal students, the treatment program I for students in the potential-risk group, and the treatment program II for those in the high-risk group. For the prevention program, commonalities were drawn and developed from the existing studies and training programs; and for treatment programs, game addiction clinic centers were analyzed to draw various useful strategies and contents. We also developed the details of those programs in consultation with experts. As a result of content validity about the developed teacher training program to prevent and treat of game addiction, this program was generally appropriate and acceptable. We expect that the developed programs help to treat a student who has game addiction effectively.

The purpose of this study was to analyze sports injuries in athletes with disabilities during the 2015 National Games in Korea. We conducted a survey to assess sport injuries in 171 male athletes with disabilities who participated in this study. The shoulder was most frequently injured, followed by the fingers and low back. Contusions were the most common type of injury, and were usually caused by collisions with teammates or contact with equipment. Injuries often occur during enthusiastic play in both competition and practice sessions. Injured athletes are emergently treated with medicated spray and patch application by the head coach. Warm-up and cool-down exercises are recommended to prevent injury, and physical therapy is effective after an injury occurs. Based on these findings, an injury prevention training program and athletic trainers should be provided for athletes with disabilities to ensure appropriate care and rehabilitation.

당뇨병 환자에 있어 규칙적인 운동은 인슐린 민감도를 좋게 하여 혈당조절을 원활하게 하고 체중을 감소시키며 당뇨병으로 인한 합병증을 예방하거나 지연시키는데 중요한 역할을 한다. 인슐린이나 경구혈당강하제를 치료받고 있는 환자들의 경우 단독적으로 약물만 치료할 때 보다 운동을 병행할 경우에는 혈당관리 및 합병증 예방에 더 효과적이다. 따라서 운동은 당뇨병 환자들에게 필수적으로 권고 되어지는 요소이다.

COPD의 치료에 대해 약술하였다. 예방을 위해서는 개인적으로는 금연, 국가사회적으로는 공해의 해결이 필요하며 진행된 질병에서는 진행을 막기 위한 감염의 예방 및 감염시 즉각적인 항균제 치료, 필요에 따라서 항염증제, 그리고 생활의 질을 높이기 위해서 각종 재활요법이 필요하다. 원활한 재활요법을 위해서는 필요한 기구 장비의 구입이 쉬워야 하고 치료진에서는 호흡기 전문의사, 호흡치료사, 의료기사, 병원 및 가정간호사, 사회사업가(social worker), 정신과의사, 영양사 등의 팀으로의 접근이 필요하고 제도적으로 보험적용이 되도록 해야 하겠다. 불구가 심한 예에서는 폐이식이 시도되며 기술적인 문제는 다소 해결된듯하나 장기공여자 등의 문제로 보편화되지는 않고 있다.

' 고혈압을 조절 및 치료를 받게되면 합병증이 발생되지 않는가? 하는 질문에 대한 현재까지의 많은 연구에 의하면, 고혈압을 적절히 치료하면 모든 형태의 합병증이 예방될 수 있음이 증명되었고, 일단 합병증이 발생된 환자라도 치료를 적극적으로 하면 재발하거나 또 다른 합병증으로 진행되는 것을 막을 수 있다고 알려져 있다.
