협회에서는 최근 발생한 코로나바이러스감염증19와 관련하여 2020년도 감염병 관리사업지침을 소개합니다. 본 지침은 「감염병의 예방 및 관리에 관한 법률」 에 따른 감염병 감시, 역학조사, 실험실 검사, 감염병 환자 및 접촉자 관리, 감염병 예방, 방역, 지자체 역량강화에 관한 정확한 정보를 제공하여 업무수행의 효율성을 높이고자 제작하였습니다. 해당 내용은 질병관리본부의 <2020년도 감염병 관리사업지침>을 발췌하였습니다. 사업장 특성과 사정에 따라 참고하시길 바랍니다.

Patient with congenital heart disease are susceptible to infective endocarditis, and bacteremia following dental procedures may lead to infective endocarditis is these patients. Therefore prophylactic antibiotics are recommended for patients with congenital heart disease who are undergoing dental procedures that are associated with infective endocarditis. In 1997 American Heart Association revised guidelines for a prophylaxis against infective endocarditis. The new American Heart Association recommendations for the prevention of infective endocarditis represent a substantial departure from past guidelines. Major change involve the indications for prophylaxis, antibiotic choice and dosing that may reduce bacteremic risk. Previously, antibiotic prophylaxis was suggested for dental procedures associated with any amount of bleeding. Now only those that are associated with significant bleeding are recommended for prophylaxis as dictated by clinical judgement. Recommended antibiotic prophylaxis regimens now consist of a single preprocedural dose, no second dose is recommended. This report presents three cases of dental treatment of patients with congenital heart disease under the most recent American Heart Association recommendations for antibiotic prophylaxis.

바람직한 식생활은 질병을 예방하고 건강을 증진시킨다. 이에 식생활의 중요성이 강조되면서 국민 누구나 쉽게 이해하고 실행할 수 있는 식생활 지침이 각 기관에서 발표되었다. 그러나 그 활용도에 대한 분석결과가 없고 식생활 지침의 홍보도 현실적으로는 매우 미약한 수준이라 식생활 지침의 국민 건강증진에 대한 효과성 파악이 어려운 실정이다. 그러므로 본 연구는 식생활 지침의 활용도를 높이기 위한 전략사업의 기초로 일반인을 대상으로 식생활지침에 대한 인지정도를 조사하였기에 보고하는 바이다. (중략)

The purpose of this study was to develop a wandering management guideline for family caregivers of community-dwelling elders with dementia (EWD). In the first stage of the study, focus group and individual interviews (n=10) were performed to analyze family caregivers' experiences about wandering of the EWD under their care. In the second stage, preliminary contents for the guideline were made based on the interview results of family caregivers and reviews of literature. Final version of the guideline with 86 items was established after experts' review using the Content Validity Index analysis. In the final stage, a pilot test was conducted to evaluate the guideline using a sample of 13 family caregivers of EWD. Family caregivers were educated about how to use the guideline and asked to complete a set of questionnaire to examine their knowledge about wandering, degree of application of the guideline, and satisfaction with the guideline. Family caregivers' knowledge score was significantly improved (p=0.014) and the average scores in the process evaluation (9 items) and user satisfaction (7 items) about the guideline were 2.69-3.46 (range: 1-4), and 2.85-3.38 (range: 1-4), respectively. Further study with a large random sample is necessary to confirm the results of this study.

This study was conducted to develop evidence-based nursing practice guideline for the prevention of VAP. This is a methodological study to develop guideline and verify the effectiveness according to the hybrid method of the NECA. Topics and key questions were derived through literature review and interviews, and recommendations were converged and developed through guidelines review and SR and meta-analysis. This was verified through the RAND and evaluated through AGREEII. The clinical feasibility of the nursing practice guideline, consisting of 44 recommendations in 9 categories, was evaluated by 122 ICU nurses. Conclusively this evidence-based nursing practice guideline for the prevention of VAP was confirmed methodological quality and content validity and was suitable for our nursing practice environment.
