우리는 흔히 에이즈에 대해 막연한 공포를 가지고 있다. 그 공포는 에이즈에 대한 무지와 편견에서 온 것으로 정확한 정보와 지식을 갖추는 길만이 예방과 전파 방지, 감염인과의 공존의 최선책이 될 것이다. 이번 호에서는 HIV의 여러 가지 전파 경로를 상세히 살펴보고자 한다.

Organizations and customers lose if business activities we discontinued by an incident of information systems under the current business environment because they pursue real time enterprise and on demand enterprise. The loss includes the intangible decline in brand image, customer separation, and the tangible loss such as decrease in business profits. Thus. it is necessary to have preparedness in advance and mitigation for minimization of a loss due to the business discontinuity and information system's operational risks. This paper suggests the mitigation model for minimizing the incidents of disk unit in information system's operational risks. The model will be represented by a network model which is composed of the three items as following: (1) causes, attributes, indicators of an operational risk, (2) a periodic time through an analysis of historical data, (3) an index or a regulation related to the examination of causes of an operational risk.

본 논문에서는 무선 바이오센서 기반에서 동물 생체측정 정보를 이용한 질병 예방 감시 시스템을 설계하였다. 제안 시스템은 바이오센서를 이용하여 동물의 심박, 호흡수, 운동량을 측정할 수 있는 모듈을 개발하고 생체 신호를 계측하여 신호 처리된 정보를 Zigbee 무선 통신모듈을 이용하여 원격 데이터베이스에 전송하도록 설계하였다. 모니터링 시스템에서는 수집된 생체 정보의 연속적인 변화를 통하여 가축의 이상여부를 판단하고 질병 발생여부를 조기에 발견할 수 있게 가축의 상태정보를 제공한다. 본 연구결과는 향후 축산 농가의 질병 감시를 통하여 질병의 확산을 차단할 수 있는 긴급대처시스템을 구축하는데 활용 될 것이다.

본 프로젝트는 ChatGPT와 카카오톡 채널 챗봇을 사용하여 초등학생 대상의 학교폭력 예방교육을 위한 대화형 챗봇을 개발한다. 이를 위해, 한림대학교 간호대학에서 제공받은 학교폭력 예방교육 자료를 기반으로 ChatGPT를 사용하여 데이터를 증강하였고, AWS RDS의 데이터베이스에 사용자의 예상 발화와 그에 대한 답변을 저장하였다. 그리고 AWS Lambda에 REST API를 구현하고, AWS API Gateway를 통해 카카오톡 채널 챗봇과 연결하였다. 사용자가 발화를 입력하면 발화를 포함한 요청이 AWS Lambda로 전달되고, ChatGPT를 사용해 답변을 생성하며 데이터베이스에 저장된 데이터와 코사인 유사도를 비교한다. 이때 기준치보다 유사도가 높다면 저장되어 있던 데이터를 반환하고, 낮다면 생성된 답변을 반환한다. 이후 반환된 답변을 카카오톡 채널 챗봇으로 전달해 사용자에게 출력한다.

본 논문에서는 아동은 성인에 비하여 신체적 정신적으로 미성숙하며, 특히 범죄에 있어서는 스스로 대응할 수 있는 능력이 부족한 존재로서 우리 사회 전체가 함께 협력하여 범죄로부터 최우선으로 보호하여야 할 대상이다. 그리나 최근 아동을 대상으로 하는 강력범죄 및 학교 내외에서 발생하는 범죄들이 지속적으로 증가하면서 해마다 이에 대한 대안 및 정책들이 쏟아져 나오고 있다. 아동들은 주로 학교나 통학로, 주거지를 비롯한 주요 활동범위 내에서 범죄 피해를 당한다. 이러한 범죄의 피해를 예방하기 위해 도입된 '환경설계를 통한 범죄예방 기법 (CPTED)'은 도입 초기에 기대와는 달리 지역사회와의 고립이 초래되고, 일률적인 학교 시설 내에 CPTED가 범죄의 사각지대를 만드는 등의 부작용이 초래되고 있다. 또한 지역사회의 아동대상범죄 예방활동 역시도 지역 내 소통부재 및 예산확보 문제 등으로 지역 내 시설의 차별이 생기기도 하며, 제대로 된 범죄 예방활동이 이루어지지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본고에서는 CPTED의 가이드라인 제정 및 공간의 차이를 통한 다양한 기법의 적용방법을 모색하여 학교 내 시설에서의 아동대상범죄를 예방하고, 전 세계적 추세의 통한 아동안전친화도시 조성을 위한 조례제정 및 기본원칙을 제언하고자 한다.

본 연구는 2012년에 시작된 국가예방접종사업의 지원 확대로 지역사회 예방접종 대상 감염병 퇴치 기반이 강화됨에 따라, 일지역 보건소의 2012년 예방접종 등록 출생아를 대상으로 정기예방접종에 대한 각 차수별 예방접종등록관리 보건정보시스템에 전산등록 된 영유아 예방접종의 기록을 근거로 만3세의 기본 예방접종력에 대한 각출생월별, 각백신별, 미접종률과 미접종에 대한 각각의 사유를 분석하고 미접종자에 대한 접종안내 및 접종실시를 하여 만3세의 기본접종에 대해 완전접종과 높은 예방접종률로 감염병을 예방하고 일지역 보건소의 예방접종사업에 기초 자료로 활용하기 위한 것이다.

This study is intended to verify the efficiency of the information system by using the navigation application in case of fire. In the demonstration scenario simulation, it was assumed that a fire occurred 6th floor in Korea Institute of Industrial Design Promotion located in C city, K province. Eighty juniors students from K University's department of paramedics of science participated. As a result of the experiment, the demonstration simulation using the navigation application showed that the evacuation time was faster than the case of evacuation guidance in a fire situation. The need for a fire prevention system and fire prevention awareness before and after the implementation of the demonstration scenario simulation increased the need for a fire prevention system and fire prevention awareness score after the experiment.

이 논문은 서울시를 중심으로 공공 빅데이터 및 환경 분석을 통한 상대적 성범죄예방지수를 산출하기 위하여, 서울시의 법정동 별로 분석하고 그에 따른 위험도를 도출하는 데이터 베이스를 구축하였다. 이 시스템에서 개발한 상대적 성범죄예방지수를 활용하여 정부차원에선 위험도가 높은 지역에 성범죄 예방 자원을 추가 공급할 수 있는 근거 자료가 될 수 있다. 또한 개인 차원에서는 지역별 성범죄의 위험도를 인지하는 것을 넘어서, 실질적으로 주거지를 선택할 때에 유용한 정보로 활용할 수 있다.

수재해의 증가로 인한 지하차도 침수 사고가 빈번히 발생하고 있다. 지하차도 침수 사고를 예방하기 위한 여러 대비책들이 있지만, 예방적 관점에서 볼 때 사람이 직접 모니터링 하는 방법 이외에는 적절한 예방책이 되지 못한다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 강수량에 따른 지하차도 진입 여부 시스템을 제안한다. 강수량과 배수량의 차이를 통해 침수 위험도를 판단하여 진입 여부를 파악 후 운전자에게 정보를 전달해 사고를 예방할 수 있다.

This study identified the impact of information literacy, risk perception, crisis communication on preventive behaviors related to COVID-19 among nursing students. Data were collected from 187 nursing students from 25 June 2020 to 3 July 2020, and analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 26.0 program. As a result of regression analysis, the factors influencing prevention behaviors were crisis communication(β=0.30, p<.001), information literacy(β=0.29, p<.001), and risk perception(β=0.19, p=.004). The explanatory power of the model was 27%. This study suggests that the focus should be on improving the activating crisis communication process among individual, family and society, increasing information literacy and risk perception on crisis when developing program to improve COVID-19 preventive behaviors of nursing students experiencing clinical practice.
