The process for establishment of Operational Continuity Management Plan is organized repeatedly of Business Risk Assessment, Crisis Analysis, Business Impact Analysis, Establishing Business Recovery Strategies, Detailed Planning, Plan Execution, Test and Maintenance(Including Monitoring). Therefore, in this paper in response to global environmental change and the construction and operation of social security systems to maximize operational continuity management, crisis management and crisis management systems, building integrated systems for building technology in general and operational continuity management within an organization to understand developed to provide a framework for implementing operational continuity management in terms of crisis management has proposed to build an integrated system.

최근 의학의 진보에 따라 체격이나 평균수명은 향상되었으나 다수의 사람들이 특별한 질병의 상태가 아니면서 건강하지도 않은 반쪽 건강 상태에 있으며, 암, 동맥경화, 심장질환, 고혈압, 당뇨병, 간질환 및 만성 위장병의 증가가 문제시 되고 있다. 이들 질병의 예방이 식생활과 밀접한 관련이 있다는 사실이 알려지면서 식품의 영양소와 기호성 이외에 기능성, 건강지향성을 재인식하게 되었으며, 건강한 식생활이 건강관리의 한 방법으로 자리를 차지하게 되었다. 따라서 올바른 식품과 영양에 대한 지식이 일상의 식생활에 적극적으로 반영되면서 많은 사람들이 식원병을 예방하고 건강을 유지할 수 있을 것이다. 본 보고에서는 양과 질의 측면에서 영양학적으로 우수한 특성을 갖거나 민간전승적으로 건강에 좋으며, 식품의 과학적 효과가 입증된 대표적인 농산물의 종류와 활용에 대하여 살펴보았다.

The ubiquitous transportation system environments make it possible to collect each vehicle's position and velocity data and to perform more sophisticated traffic flow management at individual vehicle or platoon level through V2V and V2I communication. It is necessary to develop a new traffic management paradigm to take advantage of the ubiquitous transportation system environments. This paper proposed a preventive congestion management algorithm for uninterrupted flow, whose goal is to minimize the incident potential and maximize the productivity by maintaining traffic flow stability. The algorithm includes the following steps: Processing the raw data to produce the 3-dimension speed/flow/density profile and to produce the platoon profile and the shock wave profile, Determining the traffic state and the flow stability based on the processed data, Deciding the desirable speed the according the traffic flow state, and finally Providing the desirable speed information. It remains as further work to perform field experiments and calibrate the algorithm parameters.

As the new management strategy of urban crime, The crime prevention through environmental design is the one of the crime control strategies for preparatory Prevention. Therefore, The Purpose of this study is to find out the crime prevention strategy to encounter problems in reality concerning to the urban crime. In this purpose, We analyze how to form crime distribution through fieldwork about crime happened in the dong-gu residential zone of urban crimes happened in Gwang-Ju metropolitan city, 2004. And then, We examine the crime prevention strategy through CPTED(Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design).

Typically Korea Railroad is executing the limited inspection and general inspection about passenger car by mileage and the time elapsed.(ex. one year, two years) These types of inspection system continue from the beginning of the railroad operation of the steam locomotive age to present. According to the rolling stocks modernized and improved, mileage and the time elapsed for periodical inspection has been expanded but the basic maintainability system of rolling stocks is not that different from the past. This fact needs verification that modern inspection method is right from various fields. In this paper, we analyze the data that we get the maintenance record from Korea railroad company about periodical inspection and failure. Next to considering the correlation of periodical inspection with failure based on analyzed data for watching periodical inspection effects. And we desire to need efficient rolling stock maintenance system better than fixed periodical inspection.

However, besides of architecture planning, the study considering the aspect of the facility management is needed during life cycle of educational facilities. In this study, the objective is to propose the effective school facility management for violence prevention based on CPTED method during life cycle of the facilities.

내무부 통계에 의하면 83년도 전국 화재발생 건수는 7,725건이며 이중 전기로 인한 화재는 전체의 28.3%인 2,186건으로 화재발생 원인 중 가장 많은 비율을 차지하고 있다. 그 요인은 전기소비량의 증가에도 있겠지만 전기시설의 노후화와 전기설비 기계기구의 유지관리 부실 및 부주의에 많은 원인이 있다고 본다. 따라서 전기사고가 화재의 원인이 될 수 있는 사항을 중심으로 전기원리와 사고대책을 언급함으로써 전기화재에 대한 이해의 도모와 아울러 전기화재 예방에 보탬이 되고자 하였다.
