스타일 변환(Style Transfer)은 주어진 문장의 긍정이나 부정 같은 속성을 변경하여 다른 속성을 갖는 문장으로 변환하는 과정을 의미한다. 본 연구에서는 스타일 변환을 위한 단어 n-그램 삭제의 기준을 확장하였고, 네이버 영화리뷰 데이터셋을 통해 이를 스타일 변환 이후 원래 문장의 스타일로부터 얼마나 차이가 나게 되었는지를 측정하였다. 측정은 감성분석기를 통해 이루어졌고, 기존 방법에 비해 6.28%p정도 높은 75.13%의 정확도를 보였다.

Humans are social animals that have gained information or social interaction through dialogue. In conversation, the mood of the word can change depending on the sensibility of one person to another. Relationships between characters in films are essential for understanding stories and lines between characters, but methods to extract this information from films have not been investigated. Therefore, we need a model that automatically analyzes the relationship aspects in the movie. In this paper, we propose a method to analyze the relationship between characters in the movie by utilizing deep learning techniques to measure the emotion of each character pair. The proposed method first extracts main characters from the movie script and finds the dialogue between the main characters. Then, to analyze the relationship between the main characters, it performs a sentiment analysis, weights them according to the positions of the metabolites in the entire time intervals and gathers their scores. Experimental results with real data sets demonstrate that the proposed scheme is able to effectively measure the emotional relationship between the main characters.

SPARQL(SPARQL Protocol and RDF Query Language)은 지식 베이스를 위한 표준 시맨틱 질의 언어이다. 최근 인공지능 분야에서 지식 베이스는 질의 응답 시스템, 시맨틱 검색 등 그 활용성이 커지고 있다. 그러나 SPARQL 과 같은 질의 언어를 사용하기 위해서는 질의 언어의 문법을 이해하기 때문에, 일반 사용자의 경우에는 그 활용성이 제한될 수밖에 없다. 이에 본 논문은 신경망 기반 기계 번역 기술을 활용하여 자연어 질의로부터 SPARQL 을 생성하는 방법을 제안한다. 우리는 제안하는 방법을 대규모 공개 지식 베이스인 Wikidata 를 사용해 검증하였다. 우리는 실험에서 사용할 Wikidata 에 존재하는 영화 지식을 묻는 자연어 질의-SPARQL 질의 쌍 20,000 건을 생성하였고, 여러 sequence-to-sequence 모델을 비교한 실험에서 합성곱 신경망 기반의 모델이 BLEU 96.8%의 가장 좋은 결과를 얻음을 보였다.

최근 자연어 처리에서는 사전 학습과 전이 학습을 통하여 다양한 과제에 높은 성능 향상을 성취하고 있다. 사전 학습의 대표적 모델로 구글의 BERT가 있으며, 구글에서 제공한 다국어 모델을 포함해 한국의 여러 연구기관과 기업에서 한국어 데이터셋으로 학습한 BERT 모델을 제공하고 있다. 하지만 이런 BERT 모델들은 사전 학습에 사용한 말뭉치의 특성에 따라 이후 전이 학습에서의 성능 차이가 발생한다. 본 연구에서는 소셜미디어에서 나타나는 구어체와 신조어, 특수문자, 이모지 등 일반 사용자들의 문장에 보다 유연하게 대응할 수 있는 한국어 뉴스 댓글 데이터를 통해 학습한 KcBERT를 소개한다. 본 모델은 최소한의 데이터 정제 이후 BERT WordPiece 토크나이저를 학습하고, BERT Base 모델과 BERT Large 모델을 모두 학습하였다. 또한, 학습된 모델을 HuggingFace Model Hub에 공개하였다. KcBERT를 기반으로 전이 학습을 통해 한국어 데이터셋에 적용한 성능을 비교한 결과, 한국어 영화 리뷰 코퍼스(NSMC)에서 최고 성능의 스코어를 얻을 수 있었으며, 여타 데이터셋에서는 기존 한국어 BERT 모델과 비슷한 수준의 성능을 보였다.

This paper evaluates the Korean sentiment analysis performance of large language models like GPT-3.5 and GPT-4 using a zero-shot approach facilitated by the ChatGPT API, comparing them to pre-trained Korean models such as KoBERT. Through experiments utilizing various Korean sentiment analysis datasets in fields like movies, gaming, and shopping, the efficiency of these models is validated. The results reveal that the LMKor-ELECTRA model displayed the highest performance based on F1-score, while GPT-4 particularly achieved high accuracy and F1-scores in movie and shopping datasets. This indicates that large language models can perform effectively in Korean sentiment analysis without prior training on specific datasets, suggesting their potential in zero-shot learning. However, relatively lower performance in some datasets highlights the limitations of the zero-shot based methodology. This study explores the feasibility of using large language models for Korean sentiment analysis, providing significant implications for future research in this area.

The theme of "youth love film" is a strong point in the Korean film industry and has made remarkable achievements in the overseas market. Jae-young Kwak is a famous Korean film director and screenwriter. He is good at shooting "youth love film" with beautiful pictures, exquisite emotions and rich imagination. His films have unique charm and characteristics. This paper expounds the image style, characterization and theme. First of all, from the perspective of image style for this paper, analysis of the film is how to use different narratives and lens language to create a movie's atmosphere, makes the transfer of drunk the oriental beauty. Secondly, the main focus is on the director to find a new way to shape the characters in the film, and pay attention to the description of details, foreshadowing and explaining the plot. Thirdly, based on the theme, this paper analyzes the profound meaning behind romantic films, which reflect the yearning and pursuit of modern people, and people should pay attention to and think deeply. In the modern economic globalization, countries culture mutual exchanges and cooperation, South Korea many outstanding movie worth exploring and research, by studying the Jae-young director Kwak youth love films, excavate its popular film in the market of reason, analysis of the works reflect the aesthetic characteristics, which sums up the experience of the youth love film.

Korean Shamanism has long been regarded as the peripheral cult or supersition by the majoriy of the society. This fact is a result by the influence of the mass media, especially the motion pictures, which intentionally reflected the negative images of the Shamanism. The documentary films, which stress the objectivity and the reality, rather disclose the neutral position toward the Shamanism. In fact, the directors of the documentary films who have more or less close relationship with the Shamanism have tried to exhibit the mental world and the traditionality of the Shamanism. In this paper, I will explore the value of Shamanism reflected in the documentary films. I focus of two films; directed by the Korean and directed by a foreigner. In this way, I can compare the attitudes of the two directors toward the Korean Shamanism. The director of confessed that he was attracted by the aspect of a musical underlied in the shaman ritual. However, the film does not show the artistic beauty of the shaman music because the director failed to understand the essential aspect of the shaman ritual, that is, the music. In this way, the director failed to show the distinct characteristics of the shamanism to the audience. The director of , a music herself, was focused on the music of the shamanism. The story flows to the adventure to seek a "master" with a long journey to enjoy diverse genres of Korean performing arts. This story resembles the epic shaman song, the Princess Bari. In this way, the audience can easily grasp the beauty of Korean culture. Music is said to be a universal language and, at the same time, a non-universal language which reflects a special trait of a cultural community. The Korean shaman ritual music is a non-universal language that is an accumulation of the Korean culture for a long time. The Korean director fails to exhibit the essential characteristics of the Shamanism since he does not have enough knowledge toward the shaman ritual music in . However, the foreign director, who is a music herself, successively disclose the underlying beauty of Korean shaman ritual music and Korean traditional culture in .

Identity is established by the interaction of consciousness and unconsciousness. The desire of the identity continuously gets generated and changes through this process. However, the conscious identity does not identify the clear substance of the desire. The reason is that the pure desire of unconsciousness has nothing to do with the order of 'The Symbolic', which is the area of language and law, and it only pursues the pure desire. The desire of unconsciousness, which had been examined by the consciousness and superego and subsequently got rejected in 'The Symbolic', can produce endless desire on the stage of fantasy called film, exposing the gap of The Real. This research analyzes the psychoanalytic communication between film and audience by way of the films, in which the desire is conceived by the cause of the desire 'object A', the identities pursuing the desire and the dialectic reproducing process of another desire are symbolically exposed and realized.

The purpose of this study is to examine the narrative correlation of nonverbal signs found in Charade. Charade, by using nonverbal signs, provides information about the character's psychological change, his or her relationship with others, and the places where they stay. The study of Charade, then, has to be approached considering not only the transmission of messages through nonverbal signs but also its signification. This study has analyzed the narrative and formation process of the subject that triggers the subject's activity by taking narrative semiotics to the film Carol (2015). As the status of women is represented by the mise-en-$sc{\grave{e}}ne$ at this time, this study aims to examine such a fact through Charade, which belongs to the realm of mise-en-$sc{\grave{e}}ne$. In this study, nonverbal signs that are used in Charade are drawn based on the nonverbal communication theory. The result of analyzing the texts showed that the use of interior decoration was outstanding in the process of expressing the status of female subjects. The use of gaze was noticeable in the process of expressing the acquisition of female subjects' power. Besides, it should be noted that the use of nonverbal signs such as accessories, territoriality, or gesture, was worthy of attention. It was confirmed that such nonverbal signs play an important role in the formation of subjects and configuration of narrative transformation.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the gesture features on the personalities of Navi characters in . In order to analyze the personality type of characters, the study applied the classification of Enneagram based on script of . The character features are classified according to character types, then the metaphorical character of the expression is obtained through gesture analysis in . Thus, it is possible to set up characters that fit its personalities in Contents of digital image. Also this study suggests creation of attractive characters and expression methods with gesture based personality.
