고분자의 생분해는 미생물에 의하여 분비되는 효소를 촉매로 하여 산화, 가수분해 등의 반응이 일어나 진행된다. 고분자의 생분해성에 영향을 미치는 요소는 다양하여 고분자 자체의 분자구조뿐만 아니라 분해되는 환경조건과도 관련되어있다. 특히 고분자를 분해시키는 미생물과 분해에 직접적인 촉매로 작용하는 효소는 대부분 수분이 있는 조건에서 활성이 크기 때문에, 수분의 접근성과 침투정도는 생분해에 중요한 요인으로 작용한다. (중략)

Brands are important in the consumer market. They are the interface between consumers and the company. And consumers may develop loyalty to brands. Also, the late development of industrial marketing explains the near absence of research on brand equity in business to business. With recent change, Industrial companies have shifted from a production focus to a customer focus. Industrial brand is fast developing. The basic purpose of this study is to investigate industrial brand trust and loyalty affecting the result of business relationship between industrial buyers and suppliers. Factors hypothesized to influence trust in a brand include a number of brand characteristics, company characteristics and consumer-brand characteristics. This research presented a comprehensive constructive model consisting of components of industrial brand trust and loyalty, and then propose the research model base on prior researches and studies about relationships among components of industrial brand loyalty Data were gathered from respondents who work in industrial buying center. For this study, Data were analyzed by AMOS 4.0. The results of this research analysis were as fallow. Industrial brand trust and loyalty were positively related with a number of industrial brand characteristics, supplier characteristics and buyer-brand characteristics, relationship commitment. This research newly proposed the concept of industrial brand trust and loyalty affecting the result of business relationship between industrial buyers and suppliers.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of managerial predictive accuracy on managerial performance-compensation. In this study, we compared managerial performance with managerial performance, And to analyze the relationship between manager compensation and manager compensation using managerial profit prediction accuracy. As a result of this study, there is a significant positive relationship between profit prediction accuracy and manager compensation, which can be interpreted as a result of manager's ability to compensate manager's ability to predict the future well. In this paper, we propose a new methodology that can be used to analyze the effects of managerial compensation on managerial compensation. This is because there is a difference in that it is proved to be a factor. Therefore, it is important to note that the prediction of the future of the company also identifies the additional determinants that affect manager compensation contracts with the key managerial capabilities.

The effects of polymers on the cocrystallization of adefovir dipivoxil (AD) and suberic acid (SUB) were investigated. The polymeric additives in the present study were poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) and poly(acrylic acid) (PAA). When the polymers were added to the solution of AD and SUB, their effects were limited to the morphology and crystallinity of the AD/SUB cocrystal, which could be also achieved without polymeric additives by the excess amount of SUB in the solution or through the solvent-assisted grinding. When the polymers were mixed with AD before adding SUB in the solution, PEG was dramatically more effective at the same amount with possible alteration of the cocrystal structure. Also, PAA completely inhibited the formation of crystals. The present study demonstrated that the effects of polymers on the cocrystallization could be tuned by simply modifying the mixing strategy.

In order to find how their learning satisfaction to impact on continuous learning, this study analyzed 206 participants who are learners under the literacy education from Ulsan city. With the first results, when looking over their learning satisfaction, we found that the level of satisfaction was the highest at the educational environment following teacher quality, learning results and contents sequentially. In general characteristics, the longer is learning attending and the satisfier is education contents and learning satisfaction. With the second results, when we look over how the general characteristics of literacy learners to impact on continuous learning, those who are over 70 years old expressed the higher rate on continuous learning. With the third results, considering the correlation between learning satisfaction and continuous learning, we concluded that the first was education contents, the second was teacher quality, the third was learning results and the last was learning environment. Consequently, we found that for literacy learners, the older and longer attending and the higher satisfaction, in addition, the continuous learning was higher according to needs of everyday life and the education contents impacted on continuous learning.

This study analyzes the effect of the accuracy of future management performance, which managers voluntarily announce in the previous year's disclosure, on managers compensation. In the case of a company that disclosed the bad news in the previous year, the ability to predict uncertain future will be more important, and expects executives with better predictability to receive more compensation. The results of this study show that there is a significant negative(-) relationship between the accuracy of the manager's earnings forecast and the performance - compensation of the firms that disclosed the bad news in the previous year. The accuracy of the manager's disclosure is important, and it is confirmed that the manager's compensation increases as the incentive of the manager's effort to reduce future uncertainty. The results of this study are as follows: there is a positive relationship between the managerial performance and the managerial competence of managers. It is important to note that there is a difference and that we have identified additional determinants of the manager compensation contract.

This study examines the effect of performers on the number of views and likes of entertainment show clips consumed on AVOD short form platform. Multiple regression analysis was performed, setting program viewing factors and performer's topicality index as independent variables, and setting the number of views and likes of clips as dependent variables. As a result of the analysis, performer's topicality index had a positive(+) effect on both dependent variables. According to standardized coefficient, on the number of views, the standardization coefficient of the performer's topicality index was the second highest, and on the number of likes it was the highest among variables. The results suggest that performers contribute a lot to the success of clips on AVOD short form platform.

Increasing unemployment rate and creation of new jobs are most important issues around the world recently. Then many developed countries, including Republic of Korea, establish and enforce a variety of start-up activation policies to increase employment rate and boom up the national economy. Establishing linkage of entrepreneurship motivation, entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial intention and firm performance, focusing on potential entrepreneurs and entrepreneur, it could provide personalized and targeted entrepreneurial policy programs to increase entrepreneurship, because entrepreneurship is the most important factor to activate startups. On this study, it established factors of entrepreneurial motivation on potential entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs, and analyzed the linkage of factors of entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial intention(potential entrepreneurs) and firm performance(entrepreneurs). For analysis, this study conducted descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, factor analysis to verify validity, correlation analysis, and regression to analyze influence between factors. Potential entrepreneurs group has 202 samples, and findings show self-efficacy, social network, economic status and government policy influence on entrepreneurship positively. And self-efficacy, startup education, economic status and government policy have a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention, too. Entrepreneurs group has 212 samples, and findings show self-efficacy, social network and economic status influence on entrepreneurship. And each linkage has a positive effect, that self-efficacy - financial and non-financial performance, startup education - financial and technological performance, social network - financial performance, economic status - financial and non-financial performance, and government policy - financial and technological performance.

본 연구는 중소기업에서 실시하고 있는 S-OJT 프로그램 구성요인이 직무성과에 미치는 영향을 검증하고 S-OJT프로그램의 효용성을 증진할 수 있는 구성요인과 실행방안을 연구할 목적으로 진행되었으며, 연구결과 S-OJT프로그램 구성요인은 교육훈련 성과에 영향을 미치며, 조직의 지원은 학습자의 특성과 무관하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 학습동기가 낮은 경우, 교육훈련의 적절성과 환경에, 학습동기가 높은 경우에는 교육훈련의 훈련전문가의 역량이 성과에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며. 학습자 스스로가 학습능력이 높다고 판단하는 경우는 교육훈련 내용의 적절성이 교육훈련 프로그램 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 S-OJT 실시에 있어 조직의 지원은 프로그램 성과에 긍정적인 기여효과가 있으며, 훈련전문가의 역량은 현업적용도, 직무성과를 높일 것이다. 아울러 훈련프로그램의 성과를 제고하기 위해서는 학습자의 학습동기와 자기효능감을 높일 방안을 강구해야 한다고 볼 수 있다.

본 연구는 건설현장 관리자를 대상으로 재난에서의 위험인식이 BCMS위험평가를 매개로 기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 설문을 통하여 실증적으로 미치는 영향을 확인하는 것이다. 최근의 사회적 이슈가 되는 중대재해 처벌법이 건설현장에서 기업의 사업주에게 영향을 미치고 있으며, 또한 사업주에게 영향을 미치는 것은 기업연속성에 직접적인 인과관계를 형성함으로써 기업에 경영성과에 영향을 미친다. 건설현장을 운영하는 기업의 사업주에게 중대시민의 재해에 대하여 실질적인 대처방안이 필요하며, 대안으로 현재 행안부에서 적극추진중인 BCMS의 위험평가를 적극적으로 활용하여, 건설현장에서의 관리자가 주체가 되어 중대시민재해를 예방하고, 기업의 연속성을 확보하는 것이 필요하다.
