We believe, 'Dokdo is clearly an inherent territory of Korea, in the light of geographical and historical facts', This paper aims to discuss Japanese multidimensional approach on the Issues of Dokdo(Takeshima) in the context of Territory Education. We considered the matter from various angles that supported by the ministry of Foreign affairs and the ministry of Education in national scale, as well as shimane prefecture government and municipality scale. Therefore, It is likely that the approach of territory education on Dokdo in Japan is variable and potential, and is temporary state of condensation, depends on Korea-Japan's political, economical, social, and international conditions. More studies of the new approach must be done for the new implications of Territory Education that embraces all meanings and events according to the disposition of neighbouring condition of Dokdo in world context, keeping out emotional and nationalist sympathies. The result of consideration in this paper are as follows. First, Territory Education in japan was focused on geography, history, Civil, Social Studies, compared with focusing on History in Korea. Second, It is centered on "korea is illegally occupying Dokdo, against which Japan has been consistently making strong protests" rather than simple historical approach. Thirdly, Their approaches seek to be succeeded the identity and importance of Territory Education to next generation rather than the present solving problem.

This paper examines a mechanism of the Electronic Territory Expansion and the Information-oriented Society. Especially, a strategy for the territory development based on intelligence is suggested. The strategy is divided into a strategy for the domestic electronic territory and a plan for the global electronic territory. To examine the strategy and the plan, this paper is using the causal map analysis based on the System Thinking Approach. The causal map of the mechanism is characterized by a positive feedback loop. The paper has concluded that it is important to make the positive loops as a virtuous circle. It means that when a society dominates the advantageous position firstly in the field of intelligent and electronic territory, the competitiveness can grow in arithmetical progression.

2005년 세계 경제시장의 화두는 BRICs(브라질, 러시아, 인도, 중국)였다. 많은 인구, 넓은 영토, 풍부한 자원이라는 공통점을 가진 이들 4개국은 포화된 기존 시장의 한계를 대체할 수 있는 신천지로 인식되었다. 한국의 기업들은 BRICs 시장에 발 빠르게 접근했고, 몇몇 기업은 높은 경쟁력을 유지하며 선전하고 있다. 하지만 BRICs 4국 중 러시아 시장에서는 아직까지 한국기업의 활동사항이 미미한 실정이다.

특정 국가의 영토내에 건설, 운영되는 원자력시설의 안전성 확보문제는 당해국 정부의 고유권한이며, 책임사항이라는데 이론의 여지가 없지만, 원자력안전문제를 특정 국가의 판단에만 맡겨둘 수 없다는 공감대가 점차 형성되었고, 이러한 움직임은 특히 동구권에 소재하는 옛소련 모델 원자력발전소의 안전성을 심각한 우려를 가지고 있는 서유럽국가를 중심으로 구체화되어 원자력안전협약이 제정되었다.

탄도 미사일의 요격은 로켓 모터가 연소 중인 부스트 단계에서 이루어지는 경우, 대기권 밖의 고층(고고도)에서 이루어지는 경우, 그리고 대기권에 재돌입한 후 저층(저고도)에서 이루어지는 경우를 생각할 수 있는데 이와 같은 방어 개념을 다층 방어라고 한다. 다층 방어에서는 탄도 미사일을 요격할 수 있는 기회가 많이 주어지기 때문에 탄도 미사일의 공격으로부터 자국 영토를 안전하게 방어하기 위해서는 꼭 필요한 시스템이라고 할 수 있다.
