  • This paper describes the results and possibility of continuous cadastral map compilation with digital camera image. A high quality serial cadastral map can be produced and work efficiency can be increased with using digital aero-photogrammetry when edge matching method could be used to match digital cadastral map.

  • 영상처리에서 데이터 증강(Data augmentation)은 단순히 사진을 편집하여 사진의 개수를 증강하는 것이다. 단순 데이터 증강은 동물의 반점이나 다양한 색깔을 반영하지 못하는 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 GAN을 통한 데이터 증강 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 CycleGAN을 사용하여 GAN 이미지를 생성한 뒤, 데이터 증강을 거쳐 동물의 종 분류 정확도를 측정한다. 정확도 비교를 위해 일반 사진으로만 구성한 집단과 GAN 사진을 추가한 두 집단으로 나누었다. ResNet50을 사용하여 종 분류 정확도를 측정한다.

  • This paper is introducing on a strategy of storytelling which is utilized as a core skill in developing cultural contents. The proposed storytelling method consists of three steps(planning, production, editing). The method of storytelling strategy is based on rhetoric metaphors and classifies rhetoric metaphors into three kinds of image metaphor, image personification and image simile. This thesis produced and studied 3 visual-image contents including 1 metaphor, 1 personification and 1 simile. As a result, visual-image contents can be a resonable method of the communicational act of visual-image contents with a rhetoric expression. This result will contribute to recognize the possibility of expressing visual-image contents by various figure. Recently, there are a lot of concernments on the expression by creative visual-image contents, but a theoretical study on creative idea for visual-image contents is insufficient. So, in the future, this thesis will be used for basic materials to express a creative visual-image contents, and also contribute to offering basic theories for visual-image contents study and teaching.

Movie Contents Design of One-Person Production Using IP Cameras (IP-카메라를 이용한 1인 제작의 영상콘텐츠 설계)

  • Movie contents requiring multiple shootings in places need much man power and many equipments. It is more serious in the case of multiple simultaneous shootings. In the points of small broadcasting companies, it is more difficult to cope with the situation, but it is also an essential task for the variety of video contents. We propose an one-person movie production scheme based on an IP camera-based live webcasting system which makes multiple shootings in places possible. It consists of three main functions of (1) collecting multiple video streams sent from IP cameras installed in places, (2) properly distributing them to Internet, and (3) receiving and editing them including recording video. By using the proposed scheme, we can be able to remotely utilize a new framework of Single-Person/ Multiple-Camera which beyonds the conventional Single-Person/Single-Camera framework. It becomes possible to take multiple simultaneous shoots in places. We can get an advantage of saving man power and time for producing various movie contents.

  • is a mobile application based SNS video platform that launched its service in China in 2016. At the beginning of the service, TikTok is a music video content platform, and later, it evolved into a social platform that provides a wide variety of contents, and the process of creating, producing, and editing videos was easily provided. Since started its service, it has analyzed various social phenomena that have appeared to young people and the types and characteristics of video content popular in this app. The demand for vertical video content in the form of short clip is on the rise rapidly, which can be expected to improve the quality of video content in accordance with the development of mobile-based imaging technology. Useful for mobile based on the creative video producers through this study data are to be used to.

  • Due to the development of online media platforms and the COVID-19 incident, the mass production and consumption of digital video content are rapidly increasing. In order to select digital video content, users grasp it in a short time through thumbnails and teaser videos, and select and watch digital video content that suits them. It is very inconvenient to check all digital video contents produced around the world one by one and manually edit teaser videos for users to choose from. In this paper, keyframes are extracted based on YCbCr color models to automatically generate teaser videos, and keyframes extracted through clustering are optimized. Finally, we present a method of producing a teaser video to help users check digital video content by connecting the finally extracted keyframes.

Adaptive Video Watermarking using the Bitrate and the Motion Vector (비트율과 움직임 벡터를 이용한 적응적 동영상 워터마킹)

  • This paper proposes a adaptive video watermarking algorithm according to bitrate and motion vector size in MPEG2 system. The watermark strength in the I-frames is adapted for quantization step size and the strength in the P-B-frames is adapted for quantization step size and motion vector of macroblock to make the watermark more robust against the accompanying degradation due to aggressively compression. A realtime watermark extraction is done directly in the DCT domain during MPEG decoding without full decoding of MPEG video. The experimental simulations show that the video quality results almost invisible difference between the watermarked frames and the original frames and the watermark is resistant to frame dropping, MPEG compression, GoP conversion and low pass filter attacks.
