This paper examines the influence of Brexit on container volume of Korea, especially of macroeconomic variables such as exchange rate and industrial production of EU and United Kingdom. To do this, we use monthly time series data during 2000-2016, and introduce the analysis method of cointegration test and VECM, and analyze the influence of industrial production and exchange rate of EU and U.K. on container volume of Korea. The results are as follows. First, the container volume of Korea is influenced by the exchange rate and industrial production of EU in the long run. But the exchange and industrial production of U.K. influenced on only export container volume of Korea, and the influence of U.K. macroeconomic variables on container volume of Korea was not large in the long lun. Second, In the shot run, the influence of exchange rate on container volume of Korea, especially on export container volume was significant in EU and U.K. To sum up, the influence of EU macroeconomic variables on container volume of Korea is larger than that of U.K., and the influence of exchange rate variable is more significant than that of industrial production variable.

최근 정보보호의 중요성이 부각됨에 따라 보안성이 검증된 정보보호 제품/서비스에 대한 선호도가 높아지고 있다. 또한 보안성 평가로 검증된 정보보호 제품/서비스의 보안 기능에 대한 안전성과 신뢰성을 보증하기 위해서 보안검증표시 스킴의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 이에 따라 본 고에서는 영국의 보안검증표시 스킴에서 규정하는 보안검증표시 스킴의 체계, 절차, 검증 제품에 대해서 분석하고자 한다.

영국의 고등교육개혁은 유구한 역사를 통하여 형성된 고등교육의 전통을 직접 자극하지 않으면서, 급격한 변화보다는 특정 부문에 대한 성과를 높이는 방향으로 꾸준히 진행되어왔다. 크게 엘리트교육을 탈피한 대중화교육의 지향, 대학교육의 양적 팽창과 비례한 대학교육의 질 제고, 실용성과 융화된 대학교육, 국가 수준의 고등교육제도의 개혁을 중심으로 이루어져왔다고 할 수 있다. 정부의 정책적 의지에 따라 각 대학들도 조직차원에서의 구조개혁을 통한 특성화를 모색하고 있는데, 여기서는 대학특성화를 중심으로 영국의 고등교육개혁 동향을 살펴보고자 한다.

이동망 착신접속료의 합리적 산정, 이동망 설비 공동사용 대가 산정 및 보편적 서비스 비용산정 등 다양한 필요성에 따라 영국, 미국 호주 둥에서 이동망 원가를 합리적으로 산정하기 위한 원가선정모델 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 고에서는 영국 Oftel 모형을 중심으로 Bottom-up 방식의 이동망 원가모형을 살펴보고 향후 국내 이동망 원가산정 모형 개발시 유의해야 할 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.

본 논문은 번호이동성의 구현에 따른 경쟁촉진 효과와 경제적 효과에 대해 호주와 영국의 사례를 분석하여 소개하였다. 분석 결과에 의하면, 번호이동성 구현은 통신사업자들간의 경쟁을 촉진시켜 통신서비스 요금의 인하와 보다 양질의 서비스가 제공될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 번호이동성 구축에 소요되는 비용보다는 이로 인한 국가 전체의 경제적 이익이 비용을 상회한다는 것이다.

원종오리들은 단일일령의 농장에서 이상적으로 수용가능하나, 그러나 일령별 계군에서도 적합한 관리시 더욱 훌륭한 생산성을 얻을 수 있다. 원종오리들은 성장단계에 따라 다른 축사에서도 사육이 가능하며, 또는 단일령의 축사에서 사육을 해도 문제가 없다. 원종오리의 원활한 수용을 위해서는 편안하고 안전한 환경의 제공이 필수적이다. 한국의 기후는 추운 겨울과 뜨거운 여름이 있는 대륙성 기후이기 때문에 영국의 온대성 기후와는 확연히 다르다. 그렇기 때문에 체리밸리는 뚜렷한 계절상의 차이가 있는 기후와 환경에서 최적으로 오리를 사육 할 수 있도록 지역적으로 설계된 건물과 기기들을 사용할 것을 추천한다. 영국의 축사 설계는 한국에 적합지 않다.

정보화 사회가 추진됨에 따라 다양한 IT 제품 및 시스템의 개발이 증가되고 이를 통한 삶의 질적 향상 및 효율적인 생활을 이루게 되었다. 하지만 정보화 사회의 역기능 현상이 발생하게 되면서 IT제품 및 시스템의 보안성 평가 서비스에 대한 관심이 증가하게 되었다. 이에 따라 다양한 보안성 평가 서비스가 개발되고 연구되고 있는 상황이다. 본 고에서는 이러한 보안성 평가 서비스 개발 및 연구에 필요한 선행연구로서 영국의 맞춤형 보증 서비스 제도의 절차 및 기준을 분석하고 이를 기반으로 국내 평가 서비스의 향후 발전 방향에 대해 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the parallelism and volatility with Korea by using the Export Volume Index of Korea, Canada, Brazil, UK and Australia. The analysis period was prepared for indicator analysis, numerical analysis and model analysis using annual data for a total of 28 years from 1990 to 2017. In the correlation analysis, Korea showed high correlation in Canada, UK and Brazil, but low in Australia. In the coefficient of regression analysis, Brazil, Canada and UK are moving in a positive direction with their dependent variables (Korea), but appear to be almost unaffected by Australia. In order to increase Korea's exports in the future, Australia, Brazil, India, Vietnam and Singapore are emerging as new markets, which requires continuous attention. Although this study selected Canada, UK, Brazil, and Australia, it is expected that an objective and reliable study will be produced if more diverse countries are selected and analyzed in the future.

The study aims to explore the alternatives through case analysis in the UK, which is quickly responding with appraisal policies and guidelines appropriate to the digital age. Through a theoretical study, it was confirmed that the concept of appraisal in the digital age was extended to decisions on which records to be created and acquired, and in this context, that the value of records needed to be determined at the earliest point in their life cycle. Furthermore, the advantages of macro-appraisal methods and the inevitability of expanding appraisal groups were outlined. Based on this discussion, the change in the British public record appraisal policy was discussed from a policy perspective, and the current British public record appraisal system was analyzed. Based on the analysis of various policy statements and guidelines, general appraisal criteria, 60 operation selection policies and appraisal processes were discussed. As a conclusion, this study discusses various alternatives to appraisal policies in the digital age.
