  • 열저항 측정법에는 정상상태보다는 과도응답 특성을 이용하는 것이 우수한 것으로 20년부터 알려져 왔다. 온도를 시간의 함수로 나타내는 열적 계단응답함수를 이용하면 칩에서 주위 분위기, 냉각장치 또는 마운트를 포함한 열 임피던스를 측정할 수 있다. 소자 접합부의 열적 동특성을 측정함으로써 칩 주변의 기하학적 물질에 대한 특성을 파악할 수 있으며 나아가 측정으로부터 소자의 열적 구조를 유추할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 열적 계단응답 특성을 이용한 열 임피던스 측정이론 및 원리에 대해서 개관하였다.

  • To ensure the structural integrity of membrane type LNG tank, the rational assessment of impact pressure and structural responses due to sloshing should be preceded. The sloshing impact pressures acting on the insulation system of LNG tank are typical irregular loads and the structural responses caused by them also very complex behaviors including fluid structure interaction. So it is not easy to estimate them accurately and huge time consuming process would be necessary. In this research, a simplified method to analyze the dynamic structural responses of LNG tank insulation system under pressure time histories obtained by sloshing model test or numerical analysis was proposed. This technique basically based on the concept of linear combination of the triangular response functions which are obtained by the transient response analysis under the unit triangular impact pressure acting on structures in time domain. The validity of suggested method was verified through the example calculations and applied to the structural analysis of real Mark III type insulation system using the sloshing impact pressure time histories obtained by model test.

  • An interrupted time series analysis of local directory assistance calls in the Taegu area from November 1, 1996 to February 28, 1997 revealed a gradual/permanent reduction in daily frequency of calls after charges were introduced in January 1, 1997. Even though the results cannot attest to the sbrupt/permanent reduction effect of response cost we expected, the reduction after charging may contribute to the efficacy of work and the improvement of service quality.

  • This paper proposes a QT_rev algorithm for identifying multiple tags. The proposed QT_rev algorithm is based on the query tree algorithm. In the algorithm, the tag will send all the bits of their identification codes when the query string matches the first bits of their identification codes. On the other hand, in the QT_rev algorithm, the tag will send the remaining bits of their identification codes. After the leader receives all the responses of the tags, it knows which bit is collided. Therefore, if the collision occurs in the last bit, the reader can identify two tags simultaneously without further query. According to the simulation results, the QT_rev algorithm outperforms the QT algorithm in terms of the number of queries and the number of response bits.

Table Question Answering based on Pre-trained Language Model using TAPAS (TAPAS를 이용한 사전학습 언어 모델 기반의 표 질의응답)

  • 표 질의응답은 반-정형화된 표 데이터에서 질문에 대한 답을 찾는 문제이다. 본 연구에서는 한국어 표 질의응답을 위한 표 데이터에 적합한 TAPAS를 이용한 언어모델 사전학습 방법과 표에서 정답이 있는 셀을 예측하고 선택된 셀에서 정확한 정답의 경계를 예측하기 위한 표 질의응답 모형을 제안한다. 표 사전학습을 위해서 약 10만 개의 표 데이터를 활용했으며, 텍스트 데이터에 사전학습된 BERT 모델을 이용하여 TAPAS를 사전학습한 모델이 가장 좋은 성능을 보였다. 기계독해 모델을 적용했을 때 EM 46.8%, F1 63.8%로 텍스트 텍스트에 사전학습된 모델로 파인튜닝한 것과 비교하여 EM 6.7%, F1 12.9% 향상된 것을 보였다. 표 질의응답 모델의 경우 TAPAS를 통해 생성된 임베딩을 이용하여 행과 열의 임베딩을 추출하고 TAPAS 임베딩, 행과 열의 임베딩을 결합하여 기계독해 모델을 적용했을 때 EM 63.6%, F1 76.0%의 성능을 보였다.

  • 전자장비가 요구되는 신뢰도 및 적절한 응답 속도를 가지기 위해서는 부품 및 장비에 대한 열설계를 통하여 장비의 온도를 특정지워야 한다. 본 고찰에서는 장비의 열설계에 대한 기본적인 사항으로서 열설계에 필요한 인자들을 소개하고 예로서 PCB의 열전달 과정을 해석함으로써 온도 제어를 위한 방법을 제시한다.

Prediction of Ground Thermal Properties from Thermal Response Test (현장 열응답 시험을 통한 지중 열물성 추정)

  • The use of geothermal energy has increased for economically and environmentally friendly utilization, and a geothermal heat pump (GSHP) system for space heating and cooling is being used widely. As ground thermal properties such as ground thermal conductivity and ground thermal diffusivity are substantial parameters in the design of geothermal heat pump system, ground thermal conductivity should be obtained from in-situ thermal response test (TRT). This paper presents an experimental study of ground thermal properties of U and 2U type ground heat exchangers (GHEs) measured by TRTs. The U and 2U type GHEs were installed in a partially saturated dredged soil deposit, and TRTs were conducted for 48 hours. A method to derive the thermal diffusivity as well as thermal conductivity was proposed from a non-linear regression analysis. In addition, remolded soil samples from different layers were collected from the field, and soil specimens were reconstructed according to the field ground condition. Then equivalent ground thermal conductivity and ground thermal diffusivity were calculated from the lab test results and they were compared with the in-situ TRT results.

  • This study evaluates the modeling accuracy of the existing three phase shift models on which the time domain oscillator phase noise theories are based. For the evaluation, this study investigates how accurately the three models can model the phase shift impulse train response of a simple planar oscillator. Evaluation result reveals that Kaertner model most accurately reflects the oscillator's phase shift impulse train responses for five different impulse train inputs, whereas PP model exhibited the worst performance in modeling the phase shift impulse train responses.
