A volume-delay function(VDF) has been used to describe the relation between traffic volumes and delay experienced by travelers on the roads traveling from origin to destination, which has been usually adopted in traffic assignment. For the purpose of more precise description of traffic pattern, we have to estimate the parameters of VDF in advance. This paper presents a methodology for estimating the parameters, which combined with golden section method. By using the method we have estimated the parameters with real data based on KTDB(2006), and validated them. Compared to the existing values of the parameters, newly estimated values are found to be closer to real world.

The first part of this article investigates the general characteristics and the advantages and disadvantages of the analytico-synthetic classification over the enumerative one. The second part analyzes the general steps and related problems in compiling an analytico-synthetic scheme, and investigates the steps further including facet analysis , choosing order in main classes, citation order and order in array : and adding notations, through an illustrative scheme for a matrimonial agency's records.

이 지침은 독점규제 및 공정거래에 관한 법률(이하 $\ulcorner$법$\lrcorner$또는 $\ulcorner$공정거래법$\lrcorner$이라 한다) 제19조에 의한 사업자간의 부당한 공동행위(이하 법 제26조 제1항에 의한 사업자단체의 금지행위를 포함한다)로서 입찰행위에 있어서의 부당한 공동행위(이하 $\ulcorner$담합$\lrcorner$이라 한다)에 적용되는 것으로 입찰담합과 관련하여 일반적으로 생각할 수 있는 유형과 처리지침을 예시적으로 열거한 것이다. 입찰담합으로 추정되는 사항으로 이 지침에 내용이 설명되어 있지 않은 활동에 대해서는 공정거래법 정신에 비추어 개별사안별로 판단되어질 것이다. 이 지침은 사업자 및 사업자 단체의 공적, 사적입찰과 관련된 활동에 포괄적으로 적용된다.

이상과 같이 마찰압접법(inertia법)의 특성과 응용 및 그 경제성의 우수함을 논하였고 응용 실 예를 열거함으로써 마찰압접의 신속한 국산화에 조금이라도 기연하고자 하였다. 선진국에서는 고압용기나 산업용재료의 용접에도 관성압접을 응용할 만큼 그 응용범위가 넓으며, 오늘날 우 리 나라의 기계공업도 크게 발달되어 기계생산품의 질적향상과 생산원가절감을 통한 국산기계 류의 해외시장 개척 및 경쟁윤리를 위해 우리나라에도 마찰압접법이 응용되어야 할 때가 왔다고 확신한다.

공정거래법상 법위반 행위 중지명령의 경우 사업자의 자유로운 사업활동을 제약한다는 측면에서 제재수단에 해당된다는 견해와 동 명령의 경우 법위반 행위 재발에 대한 예방조치로서 사업자에게 특별한 불이익을 주는 것이 아니므로 제재수단에 해당되지 않는다는 견해가 제기될 수 있다. 행정법규 위반행위에 대한 제재수단 또는 행정의사의 실효성 확보수단으로서 강학상 열거되고 있는 수단들은 행정강제, 즉시강제, 행정형벌, 행정질서별, 기타 새로운 의무이행확보수단으로서 공정거래법상 법위반 행위 중지명령의 경우 이들 제재수단들에 언급되지는 않고 있는 것으로 보여진다.

‘72년 12월30일로 공시된 개정건축법이 지니고 있는 문제점에 대하여는 이미 사협회지 ‘건축사’에 딴분이 발표한바 있고, 도 학회지 ‘건축’에도 발표된바가 있다. 따라서 여기서 취급되는 문제점이 혹시 이미 발표된 논설등과 중복되는 점이 있더라도 독자 여러분이 양해 해 주시기를 바란다. 그러나 여기서 강조하고자 하는 바는 우리나라의 모든 건축물을 설계하는 건축사들의 권익과 건축물의 자질향상을 위해서라도 건축법의 내용은 계속 연구되어야 하고 올바른 판단이 내려져야 한다는 점이다. 이제 이번 개정건축법의 중요골자중 특히 앞으로도 계속적인 연구가 요망되고 따라서 문제점이 될 수 있다고 생각되는 내용만을 축조식으로 열거하여 그 내용을 검토해보고자 한다.

고음질 합성을 위해서는 파형부호화법이 바람직하다. 파형부호화법을 규칙에 의한 음성합성기법에 적용하기 위해서는 메모리용량의 문제와 피치변경법이 해결되어져야 한다.메모리 용량의 문제는 최근 반도체 기술에 의해 극복되어 졌으며 이제는 음원피치변경의 문제가 남아있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 성도 포먼트의 특성은 변화시키지 않고, 음원피치를 변경시키는 문제에 대해 정리하였다. 먼저 기존의 제안된 몇가지 기법들의 장단점들을 열거한 다음에 우리 연구실에서 제안했던 방법들에 대해 논의하고자 한다.

The logical analysis of data(LAD) is a Boolean-logic based data mining tool. A critical step in analyzing data by LAD is the pattern generation stage where useful knowledge and hidden structural information in data is discovered in the form of patterns. A conventional method for pattern generation in LAD is based on term enumeration that renders the generation of higher degree patterns practically impossible. In this paper, we present a novel optimization-based pattern generation methodology and propose two mathematical programming models, a mixed 0-1 integer and linear programming (MILP) formulation and a well-studied set covering problem (SCP) formulation for the generation of optimal and heuristic patterns, respectively. With benchmark datasets, we demonstrate the effectiveness of our models by automatically generating with ease patterns of high complexity that cannot be generated with the conventional approach.

우리나라와 선진 각국에서는 구체적인 부분까지 상당량을 규격(standard)으로 제정해 놓고 있다. 규격의 내용을 전반적으로 언급하기는 어렵기 때문에, 여기서는 범위를 좁혀 한 분야의 계통을 선택하여 설명하고자 한다. 즉, 강재의 맞대기 용접부에대하여, 사각탐촉자에 의한 탐상법을 예시적으로 선택하고 KS B 0896 규격을 중심으로 설명하는 내용이다. 이와 관련한 내용들은, 탐상장치의 성능시험, 거리진폭 특성곡선, 결함 및 탐상에 관한 사전준지, 결함의 탐상방법 등이며, 참고로 한국 일본 미국의 초음파 탐상시험에 관련된 규격명을 열거한다.
