영양소의 충분한 섭취는 혈중 연농도의 체내 흡수 및 보유에 영향을 미치며, 혈중 연농도 또한 채내 영양상태에 영향을 미치는 것으로 알려져 왔다. 본 연구는 연사업장 근로자들의 영양소 섭취상태를 조사하고, 각 영양소와 채내 혈중 연농도와의 상관성을 분석함으로써 혈중 연농도 조절을 위한 식사중재연구의 기초사료를 제공하고자 실시되었다. 대상자는 직장인 건강진단을 위해 순천향 천안 병원 건강증진센터에 방문한 김진자 95명(남자 63명, 여자 32명)과 산업체 직장 건강검진에 참여한 부평 및 구미의 연사업장 근로자 135명(남자 118명, 여자 17명)등 총 230명이었다. 영양소 섭취량을 비교한 곁과, 콜레스테롤 섭취량을 제외하고 전반적으로 대조군에 비해 근로자군에서 영양소 섭취량이 낮았다. 영양소 섭취량과 혈중 연함량과의 상관관계는 비타민 B₁, B₂ 콜레스테롤을 제외하고 모두 음의 상관관계를 보였으며, 특히 식이 단백질, 식이 섬유소, 칼슘, 철분, 인, 나트륨, 칼륨, 비타민 C, 나이아신에서 유의한 음의 상관성을 나타내었다. 따라서 연사업장 근로자들에서 혈중 연농도를 저하시키기 위한 가능한 중재방법으로 식사를 통한 충분한 영양소 선취의 긍정적 효과가 제시되었다.

To investigate the bio-activities of lotus (Nelumbo nucifera Gaertner), ethanol extracts were prepared from different parts of lotus, including lotus root, node of root (NR), leaf, pod of seed (PS), seed (S), and embryo of seed (ES), respectively. Anti-thrombosis activities were evaluated. NR, S, and PS extracts displayed strong anti-coagulation activities, as evidenced by the inhibition of thrombin, prothrombin, and coagulation factors, respectively. NR, leaf, S, and PS extracts displayed strong platelet aggregation inhibitory activities. The aggregation inhibition of S and PS extract was comparable to that of aspirin. The extracts of NR, S, and PS did not show hemolysis activity up to 1.0 mg/ml.

Objectives : This study aimed to evaluate adverse outcome associated with acupotomy and compare it with that of acupuncture. Methods : We retrospectively analyzed the chart records of 71 patients who received acupotomy at Daemyung Korean medical clinic from January 7, 2020 to March 6, 2020. We divided the acupotomy treatment area into 10, including the head, hand, chest, knees, shoulders, low back, neck, upper extremities, thighs, and feet. Furthermore, we investigated the adverse effect of acupotomy on those areas after treatment. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, and frequency analysis. Results : 'Bruise of specific region' accounted for the largest portion with 29 cases, followed by 24 cases of 'feeling tired and sleepy' and 17 cases of 'itch'. There were 16 cases of 'sustained pain' at the area of treatment, 11 cases of 'fatigue', 5 cases of 'swelling', 5 cases of 'dizziness', 4 cases of 'hematoma'. There were 3 cases of 'vertigo' and 2 cases of 'parathesia' and 'wide bruises', 'headache', 'gastric discomfort', 'bleeding', and 'skin rash' each. There was one case each that experienced 'unclear pronunciation', 'nausea', 'abnormal sweating', 'vomiting' and 'emotional/psychological reactions'. Conclusions : Adverse outcomes associated with acupotomy were mostly 'bruise of specific region', 'feeling tired and sleepy', 'itch', 'sustatained pain', and 'fatigue'. However, no adverse outcome or irreversible damage that have a serious effect on the body were observed.

Our Korean traditional cultural inheritance Bangpae Kite has the stable rectangular shield shape decorated with artistic paint or poem and a good flight performance due to the central wind hole. In this paper, to analyse the wind hole effect to kite performance we performed the wind tunnel testing of the various design factor of kite model and air flow visualization passing through the wind hole. As the result of aerodynamic analysis, we knew that the wind hole of kite displays similar function of slot system for the wing high lift device. This fact demonstrates that our ancestor understood the function of slot system and applied effectively to the development of kite flight performance.

기후변화에 따른 수해를 대비하기 위해서는 미래의 확률강수량을 알아야 한다. Global Circulation Model(GCM)은 미래의 기후변화를 예측하기 위하여 많은 분야에서 널리 쓰이고 있다. GCM의 시간축척은 일반적으로 월단위로 시간단위 자료를 사용하는 수공학 분야에 직접적으로 적용하기에는 많은 문제가 있다. 또한 GCM 예측값은 실강우값과 큰 편의(bias)를 가지고 있어 직접적인 적용이 힘들다. 이런 문제를 해결하고자 다양한 다운스케일(downscale)기법이 연구되고 있다. 다운스케일기법을 적용하여 시간자료를 예측하면 전반적인 통계값을 잘 재현해내나, 극치값의 경우 잘 재현해내지 못하는 문제가 있다. 이런 문제점을 극복하고자 본 연구에서는 연최대 월강수량과 연최대 시간강수량의 이변량빈도해석을 통하여 기후변화를 고려한 강우-지속기간-빈도 관계의 변화를 평가해보고자 한다. 본 연구는 연최대 월강수량과 연최대 시간강수량과의 관계가 변하지 않는다는 가정하에 관측강수량을 이용하여 연최대 월강수량과 연최대 시간강수량의 이변량분포모형을 구축하였다. 이변량 분포모형을 구축하기 위하여 copula 모형을 적용하였다. 구축된 모형에 GCM으로 예측된 연최대 월강수량을 적용하여 미래의 확률강수량을 평가하였다. 본 연구에서는 서울지점을 대상지점으로 선정하였으며, A2 기후변화시나리오를 적용한 GCM 예측값을 이용하였다. 적용결과 A2 기후변화 시나리오 상에서 미래의 확률강수량이 크게 증가하는 것이 확인되었다.

This was explorative study to exam whether the moderating effects of emotional expressiveness on the relationship between social anxiety and intimacy in romantic relationship were with classificaton of emotional type(positive, negative) and gender(male, female). Data of 270 students were analysed with hierarchical multiple regression analysis. The results were as follow. First, In case of male, positive emotional expressiveness had moderating effect between social anxiety and intimacy in romantic relationship, though negative emotional expressiveness had not. Second, In case of female, negative emotional expressiveness had moderating effect between social anxiety and intimacy in romantic relationship, though positive emotional expressiveness had not. The meaning of results, implications of results, and suggestions for following researches were discussed.

질적 양적 성장을 해온 양계산업이 최근에는 계분처리 등 악취문제로 인한 민원발생과 각종 소모성 및 전염성 질병으로 이중고를 겪고 있다. 이에, 주식회사 대자연(사장 신왕기, 이하 대자연)은 15년간의 연구 끝에 고전압과 특수합금을 활용한 고전압 미네랄이온활성수로 악취문제와 세균을 한방에 해결할 수 있는 시스템을 개발했다. 무독성으로 2차 오염물질을 생성하지 않고 세균이나 악취물질을 세정하거나 흡착시키는 임시방편적인 방법이 아니라 세균과 악취물질자체의 분자화학 결합을 깨트려 분해하는 근본적인 문제해결방법으로 음수로 먹이거나 분무로 뿌려주면 된다. 이번호에는 대자연을 소개코자 한다.
