This study aimed to develop the teacher training programs to prevent and treat of game addiction. First, we analyzed the existing training programs concerning game addiction and searched for various strategies applicable to game addiction prevention and treatment education programs. On this ground, training programs were divided into three courses that were the prevention program for normal students, the treatment program I for students in the potential-risk group, and the treatment program II for those in the high-risk group. For the prevention program, commonalities were drawn and developed from the existing studies and training programs; and for treatment programs, game addiction clinic centers were analyzed to draw various useful strategies and contents. We also developed the details of those programs in consultation with experts. As a result of content validity about the developed teacher training program to prevent and treat of game addiction, this program was generally appropriate and acceptable. We expect that the developed programs help to treat a student who has game addiction effectively.

The purpose of this study is to analyze demands of education training about copyright for Infant and early childhood education institutions. This study investigated demands of education training about copyright for infant and early childhood education institutions targeting 248 directors and teachers. Using a questionnaire, research data was analyzed using the program spss. Demands of education training about copyright for infant and early childhood education institutions appeared differently depending on education institution type, position, education career, etc. copyright training topics include the highest demands for understanding of the copyright associated with the work of the early childhood education. Training contents had higher demands for using typeface(font) and video material. So these results reported that directors and teachers require copyright education relating to the work of Early childhood education. The results of this study suggest the implications for developing and implementing copyright training programs for Infant and Early childhood education institutions.

건협은 지난10월 27일'89년도 본회 해외연수자 중 과장급 이상 직원13명이 모여 간담회를 개최했다. 이 간담회는 해외연수에 참가해서 배우고 느낀 점을 함께 나눔으로써 협회 발전에 도움이 되도록 하기 위해서 개최되었으며,특히 그동안 중단 되다시피한 해외 교류사업을 보다 적극화 하고자 했다는 데에서 큰 의의를 찾을 수 있을 것이다.

지난 7월 1일부터 4일까지 베트남 하노이 대우호텔에서 제2회 아시아 유닛 로드스쿨 연수교육 및 제3회 APSF(Asia Pallet System Federation)총회가 개최되었다. 이번 연수교육을 성공리에 마치고 APSF의 2대 회장이 한국에서 선출될 수 있었던 계기는 (사)한국파렛트컨테이너협회 박은규 상근 부회장의 끝없는 노력이 있었기에 가능하였다.

특허분야의 전문인력은 한 영역에서 전문성을 높여나가기 때문에 한번 관계를 맺으면 이후에도 상호의 유익한 관계를 지속할 수 있다. 해외 연수를 고민하는 사람이나 기업이라면, 분명 이러한 다양한 효과를 생각하고, 그 효율성을 가늠하는 등의 고민이 필요할 것이다. 그런 점에 간략하나마 이 글이 도움이 되기를 기대해 본다.

한국해양대학교는 IALA WWA에서 인증 받은 Level 1 (AtoN Manager) 교육기관으로 개도국 훈련을 분담하고 있다. "항로표지 전문가 및 글로벌 리더 양성"이라는 교육목표를 가지고 개도국을 위한 교육프로그램을 구성하였으며, IALA WWA 모델코스를 바탕으로 초청연수 교재를 개발하였다. 2017년 7월 한 달 간 아시아 태평양 지역의 항로표지 관리자 공무원을 대상으로 초청연수(역량강화)을 시행하였으며 초청 연수 종료 후 연수생을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하고 분석한 결과 항로표지에 관한 전문지식이 향상되었고 연수에 대한 만족도도 높게 나타났다. 한국해양대학교는 지속적인 항로표지교육을 실시하여 주변 개도국의 해양안전과 해양경쟁력을 발전시키는데 이바지할 계획이다.

한 일 광학산업 기술협력사업의 일환으로 한일산업기술협력재단과 한국광학기기산업협회가 주관한 기술연수에 참가했다. 필자는 광학이 아닌 전자공학을 전공했지만 광전자 회사를 다니는 연유로 이번 연수에 참가할 수 있는 기회를 얻었다. 연수에는 한국산업기술대학교의 조언정 교수를 포함해 광학업체 대표와 연구원 등 총 17명이 함께했다. 중소기업인들은 물론 대기업인 삼성전자 광학개발 담당자들도 참석해 폭넓은 의견을 나눌 수 있는 자리였다. 지난 1월 27일부터 31일까지 총 4박 5일 동안 참가한 이번 연수는 도쿄대학 광학 관련 연구소 방문 및 세미나, 광학 업체 오하라(OH ARA) 방문, 세계 최대 규모 나노기술 전시회인 '도쿄 나노테크 2013' 참관 등의 일정으로 진행됐다.

이번 두 기관 방문은 ‘SK와 함께하는 행복한 일자리지원센터’의 영국 국제연수의 일환으로 이루어졌다. 연수팀은(사) 부스러기사랑나눔회 행복한 일자리지원센터와 SK 사회공헌팀으로 구성되어 있었으며, 허인영 사무국장 외 8인으로 이루어져 있었다. 이번 연수는 영굴에서 학령기 아동에 대한 지역사회 아동보호 및 방과 후 보호. 교육을 탐방하고 우리나라 상황에 적용 가능한 사회적 기업 모델을 모색하는 데 그 목적을 두고 있었다. 필자는 이번 연수팀의 두 기관 방문에 동행하며 통역과 소개를 하는 역할을 맡게 되었다. 연수팀이 방문하기 전 이미 방문할 기관에 대한 사전접촉은 마쳐있는 상태였다. 우선 BAND(Bistol Association for Neighbourhood Daycare Ltd)라는 곳을 먼저 접촉한 후 그 기관을 통하여 CCK 방과후클럽(Cabet Cool Kics After School Club)을 소개받게 되었다. 두 기관이 가까운 거리에 위치해 있는 관계로 하루에 두 기관 모두 방문할 수 있었으며 방문은 지난 4월 26일에 이루어졌다.

Web-based distance teacher training should focus on increasing self-directed problem solving skills of trainers by problem-based instruction(PBL). Performance assessment evaluates achievement of learning goals through the practical performance learning to solve problems in the real situation. This study proposes a web-based performance assessment model for the distance teacher training. It reflects fairness and objectiveness issues of performance assessment which elementary teachers are concerned about through the survey on distance teacher training, and relieves instructors from overload of managing and scoring performance tests. The proposed model provides problem-based learning situations, interactions between individuals and groups, and web-based cooperative evaluation and the peer evaluation.

This study proposes a self learning material for understanding the key contents of Galois theory. This material is for teachers who have learned algebraic structures like group, field, and vector space which are related with Galois theory but do not clearly understand how algebraic structures are related with the solvability of polynomials and school mathematics. This material is likely to help them to overcome such difficulties. Even though proposed material is used mainly for self learning, the teachers may be helped once or twice by some professionals. In this article, two expressions 'solvability of polynomial' and 'solvability of equation' have the same meaning and 'teacher' means in-service mathematics teacher.
