A Design on The Zone Master Platform based on IIoT communication for Smart Factory Digital Twin (스마트 팩토리 디지털 트윈(Digital Twin)을 위한 IIoT 통신 기반 ZMP(Zone Master Platform) 설계)

  • This paper creates a standard node for acquiring sensor data from various industrial sensors (IoT/non-IoT) for the establishment of Smart Factory Digital Twin, and provides inter-compatible data by linking zones by group/process to secure data stability and to ensure the digital twin (Digital Twin) of Smart Factory. The process of the Zone Master platform contains interface specifications to define sensor objects and how sensor interactions between independent systems are performed and carries out individual policies for unique data exchange rules. The interface for execution control of the Zone Master Platform processor provides system management, declaration management for public-subscribe, object management for registering and communicating status information of sensor objects, ownership management for property ownership sharing, time management for data synchronization, and data distribution management for Route information on data exchange.

A Study on Implementation of a Disaster Crisis Alert System based on National Disaster Management System

  • In this paper, we propose a function and service of the Disaster Crisis Alert Management System that automatically analyzes the situation judgment criteria to issue a disaster crisis alert and a plan to operate in the National Disaster Management System(NDMS). In the event of a disaster, a crisis alert(interest-caution-alert-serious) is issued according to the crisis alert level. In order to automatically analyze and determine the crisis alert level, first, data collection, crisis alert level analysis, crisis alert level judgment, and disaster crisis alert management system that expresses the crisis alert level by spatial scale(province, city, district) were implemented. The crisis alert level was analyzed and expressed in two ways by applying the intelligent crisis alert level(determination of regional sensitivity, risk level, and crisis alert level) and the crisis alert standard of the crisis management manual(province-level standard setting). Second, standard metadata, linkage of situation information of target) and API standards for data provision are presented to jointly utilize data linkage and crisis alert data of the disaster and safety data sharing platform so that it can be operated within the NDMS.

  • Recently, safety issues in companies and public institutions are no longer a task that can be postponed, and when a major safety accident occurs, not only direct financial loss, but also indirect loss of social trust in the company and public institution is greatly increased. In particular, in the case of a fatal accident, the damage is even more serious. Accordingly, as companies and public institutions expand their investments in industrial safety education and prevention, open AI learning model creation technology that enables safety management services without being affected by user behavior in industrial sites where high-risk situations exist, edge terminals System development using inter-AI collaboration technology, cloud-edge terminal linkage technology, multi-modal risk situation determination technology, and AI model learning support technology is underway. In particular, with the development and spread of artificial intelligence technology, research to apply the technology to safety issues is becoming active. Therefore, in this paper, an open cloud platform design method that can support AI model learning for high-risk site safety management is presented.

  • The regular assessment of a building is important to understand structural safety and latent risk in the early stages of building life cycle. However, methods of traditional assessment are subjective, atypical, labor-intensive, and time-consuming and as such the reliability of these results has been questioned. This study proposed a method to bring accurate results using a 3D laser scanner and integrate them in Building Information Modeling (BIM) to visualize defective condition. The specific process for this study was as follows: (1) semi-automated data acquisition using 3D laser scanner and python script, (2) scan-to-BIM process, (3) integrating and visualizing defective conditions data using dynamo. The method proposed in this study improved efficiency and productivity in a building assessment through omitting the additional process of measurement and documentation. The visualized 3D model allows building facility managers to make more effective decisions. Ultimately, this is expected to improve the efficiency of building maintenance works.

  • Autonomous driving-related technologies are developing step by step by applying the degree of driving. It is essential that operational management technology for roads where autonomous vehicles move should also develop in line with autonomous driving technology. However, in the case of road operation management, it is currently managed using only two-dimensional information, showing limitations in the systematic operation management of lane and facility information and maintenance. This study proposed a plan to construct an operation management system architecture capable of 3D spatial information-based operation management by designing a convergence database that can process real-time big data with high-definition road map data. Through this study, when using a high-definition road map based operation management system for lane and facility maintenance in the future, it is possible to visualize and manage facilities, edit and analyze data of multiple users, link various GIS S/W and efficiently process large scale of real-time data.

Development of Well Network System Platform against Drought (가뭄 대응 기존 관정 활용을 위한 관정 연계 플랫폼 개발)

  • 2020년 기준 우리나라 전체 지하수 시설은 총 1,659천개소, 이용량은 2,916백만m3/년, 년간 지하수 개발가능량은 130억m3대비 22.3%이다(환경부 등, 2021). 단위면적당 지하수 시설수와 이용량은 16.8개소/km2, 29,168m3/년/km2(81.1m3/일/km2)이다. 이러한 자료는 가뭄 대응시 신규 관정 개발도 필요하지만, 기존에 개발된 관정들을 최대한 효율적으로 활용하는 방안을 우선적으로 고려해야 한다는 것을 시사한다. 관정들을 상호 연계하게 되면 여러 개의 관정에서 나오는 물을 합하여 총량을 늘릴 수 있기 때문에, 가뭄 등 비상시에 일시적으로 다량의 물을 공급할 수 있다. 또한, 평상시에도 적절한 양수량 조절을 통해 지하수 자원의 손실을 막고 수위 저하에 의한 문제를 최소화할 수 있다. 관정연계시스템(well network system, WNS)은 기존 관정들을 가상의(virtually) 또는 물리적(physical) 연계를 하여, 최적의 지하수를 공급할 수 있는 시스템으로 정의할 수 있다. 가뭄 대응 및 효율적 지하수 자원 활용을 위한 관정연계시스템 개발과 실증을 위해 홍성군 서부면 양곡리 일대에 양수제어, 관로시설, 물탱크 등 물리적인 시설을 시험 설치하여 운영하고 있다. 또한, 관정연계시스템은 ICT 기술과 지하수관리 기법을 연동하여 지하수 관정들을 연계하고 최적으로 운영할 수 있는 하나의 의사결정시스템으로서 관정연계 플랫폼을 개발하였다. 관정연계 플랫폼은 웹기반으로 개발되었으며, 대수층의 수리지질 특성, 수요에 기반한 물공급량 평가, 관정 연계 시나리오 및 최적 운영 알고리즘, 지하수 모델링 등이 가능하도록 각각의 모듈들이 구성 및 통합·운영 되도록 설계되었다. 본 시스템 개발을 통해 가뭄 발생시 현장에서 신속히 지하수로 물을 공급할 수 있으며, 신규 관정 개발에 드는 비용을 절약할 수 있고, 기존 시설을 활용하기 때문에 새로운 수자원 건설 인프라 구축 비용도 절감할 수 있을 것이다. 또한, 개별관정에 대한 이용률 제고와 지하수관리도 보다 체계적, 과학적으로 할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. 하지만, 이러한 시스템이 제대로 운영 및 보급되기 위해서는 관정연계와 관련한 법제도적 보완과 함께, 지역사회의 공적자원으로서의 지하수에 대한 인식개선과 지하수의 개발 및 보전, 적합한 합리적 배분·이용 등 적극적인 협조가 이루어져야 한다.

2050 Carbon-neutrality scenario to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in domestic building sector (2050년 국내 건물 부문의 온실가스 감축을 위한 탄소중립 시나리오 연구)

  • 기후 위기에 대한 대응으로 현재 많은 국가에서 2050년 탄소중립을 목표로 하고 있으며, 우리나라도 2050년까지 탄소중립을 선언하고 다양한 부문의 배출 절감 계획을 내세웠다. 현재 건물 부문에서는 2050년의 목표배출량을 6.2 백만톤 CO2eq으로 설정하고 관련 정책적 수단을 검토 중이지만 달성 방안 등에 대해서는 구체적으로 제시하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 건물 부문의 이산화탄소의 배출량 산정 모델을 개발하여, 2050년까지 이산화탄소 배출 저감 시나리오를 시뮬레이션하였다. 이를 토대로 국내의 건물 부문 탄소중립 가능성을 검토한 통합 시나리오를 제시하고, 향후 정책 및 기술 개발의 방향성을 제시한다. 탄소배출량 산정모델은 연면적 예측 및 사용 에너지의 원단위 환산, 탄소배출계수 등을 고려해 개발하였고, 이를 활용하여 4가지 탄소배출 시나리오를 분석하였다. 먼저 현재 정책 기반 탄소 배출 시나리오는 탄소중립에 이르지 못하여 더 강화된 시나리오의 필요성을 보여준다. 신규 건물을 대상으로 한 제로 에너지화 제도 기반 시나리오는 전체 탄소배출량에 큰 기여를 하지 못하며, 기존 건물 대상의 그린 리모델링 제도 기반 시나리오에서는 10년 이상 건물에 50% 이상의 높은 에너지 효율 개선을 시행해야 한다는 결과를 도출하였다. 또한 전기화 시나리오에서는 화석연료와 전력의 탄소배출계수를 비교하여 적절한 에너지 전환 시점을 계산하였다. 그 결과, 건물 부문에서 2050년까지 탄소배출량 감축 목표 달성을 위해 신축 건물의 에너지 자립율 100%, 에너지 전환 계획과 연동한 건물의 전기화, 그리고 그린리모델링을 통한 효율 개선 기준을 47% 이상 달성하는 조건을 만족해야 한다는 결과를 얻었다. 이 연구는 도전적인 온실가스 감축 마련의 필요성을 제시하였으며, 탄소중립 가능성을 제시하여 실질적인 감축정책에 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

Standard Representation of Simulation Data Based on SEDRIS (SEDRIS기반의 모의자료 표현 표준화)

  • Synthetic environment data used in defense M&S fields, which came from various organization and source, are consumed and managed by their own native database system in distributed environment. But to manage these diverse data while interoperation in HLA/RTI environment, neutral synthetic environment data model is necessary to transmit the data between native database. By the support of DMSO, SEDRIS was developed to achieve this requirement and this specification guarantees loss-less data representation, interchange and interoperability. In this research, to use SEDRIS as a standard simulation database, base research, visualization for validation, data interchange experiment through test-bed was done. This paper shows each research case, result and future research direction, to propose standardized SEDRIS usage process.

Porting gcc Based eCos OS and PROFINET Communication Stack to IAR (gcc 기반 eCos 운영체제 및 PROFINET 통신 스택의 IAR 포팅 방법)

  • This paper describes how to port the eCos operating system and PROFINET communication stack developed based on gcc to the IAR compiler. The eCos operating system provides basic functions such as multi-thread, TCP/IP, and device driver for PROFINET operation, so there is no need to change it when developing PROFINET applications. Therefore, in this study, we reuse an eCos library built with gcc and it link with PROFINET communication stack that are ported to IAR complier. Due to the different of the gcc and IAR linker, symbol definitions and address of the constructors should be changed using the external tool that generates symbol definitions and address of the constructors from MAP file. In order to verify the proposed method, it was confirmed that the actual I/O was operating normally through PROFINET IRT communication by connecting to the Siemens PLC. IAR compiler has better performance in both the compile time and the size of the generated binary. The proposed method in this study is expected to help port various open sources as well as eCos and PROFINET communication stacks to other compilers.

Control System of Simulation-based Government Level Exercise for Emergency Preparedness (시뮬레이션 기반 비상대비 정부연습의 통제체제에 관한 연구)

  • This study is on the control system of simulation-based emergency preparedness 'government level exercise'(GOV-Ex), which provides main control elements required for each stage of planning, preparation, implementation, and follow-up measures and its operation concept. For this purpose, the control requirements of 'simulation-based government level exercise'(GOVSIM-Ex) was derived through the preceding studies on GOV-Ex and simulation exercise control in military exercise and disaster exercises and then the concept of operation was presented. The main contents are exercise planning and key event scenario, the linkage between simulation model and other models, the composition of the simulation control center and the organization's workstation(WS), DB, control and evaluation team etc. The study limited to the main control elements, not all the control elements required for the GOVSIM-Ex, and it has limitations that the specific implementation plan of some control elements proposed has not been presented. These are presented as a future research subject. The study will promote the development of the GOVSIM-Ex Control System and early settlement of GOSIMV-Ex in the future.
