The academic information analysis service is including automatic recommendation of reviewers and analysis of researchers' accomplishments. The service of recommendation of reviewers should be processed in a transparent, fair and accountable way. When selecting reviewers, the following information must be considered: subject of project, reviewer's maj or, expertness of reviewer, relationship between applicant and reviewer. The analysis service of researchers' accomplishments is providing statistic information of researcher, institution and location based on accomplishments including book, article, patent, report and work of art. In order to support these services, we designed ontology for academic information, converted legacy data to RDF triples, expanded knowledge appropriate to services using OntoFrame. OntoFrame is service framework which includes ontology, reasoning engine, triple store. In our study, we propose the design methodology of ontology and service system for academic information based on OntoFrame. And then we explain the components of service system, processing steps of automatic recommendation of reviewers and analysis of researchers' accomplishments.

This study examined the current state of digital libraries in Korean cyber universities and suggested recommendations for improvements. The study conducted a survey and face-to-face interviews with people in charge of managing cyber university digital libraries, and analyzed library Web sites as well as library holdings and budget information available from the university information disclosure. The examples of cyber university digital libraries in other countries were also analyzed. Based on the findings, the study developed guidelines and policies for improving cyber university digital libraries and suggested a hosting-based digital library system. The findings of this study is expected to contribute to enhancing the quality of education in cyber universities.

The purpose of this study is to analyze mobile web accessibility of public libraries. To achieve this, accessibility checklists were driven from mobile web and application guidelines. The study also conducted automatic and manual evaluations. As results, the study found that text alternatives for resource image, main menu, image for text contents were mainly missing. In addition, focus for retrieval, operating system accessibility for retrieval, and id & password label, color difference for library calendar and seat reservation, brightness difference for main manu and resource display, and space between controls for retrieval were mainly missing. The study also suggested focal missing areas for main library services. It will be utilized as checklists for development of mobile services.

Museum Records is both a resource for the administration and for researchers. And It is necessary for the day-to-day operation of the museum's activity and it serves researchers of all kinds. This study is aimed to grasp the present condition of museum records management in a National Museum of Korea and 11 local national museums in Korea as a case study. To this end, two methods were used to collect the essential data. First, a comprehensive literature survey was conducted to investigate foreign successful museum records management system. Second, interview and questionnaire survey were conducted to collect the data of actual state of National Museum. The results show that National Museum should be a wholly responsible for the department and disposition of professional staffs and set up the comprehensive registration system, the standard of classification considering the museum's feature and the regular estimation system. And also National Museum should expand and improve the facilities according to "Archives and Records Management of Public Agencies Act".

In order to establish a special school considering the rights of disabled students to receive education and the principle of fair regional placement, this study identified the deviation of regional maintenance status of special education facilities and analyzed and examined their characteristics to provide desirable basic data for the establishment of facilities in the future. As a research method, the main status and maintenance index for each region were calculated based on the status of each special education subject and the disability area by using the statistics and facility data of the Ministry of Education, Special Education Policy Division, and the Ministry of Education of each province. According to the analysis results, large cities tended to rely on special classes and general classes due to the lack of facilities at special schools, and local cities showed uneven results for each disability area and supplemented the system lacking special education support centers. In overall evaluation, special education facilities have not yet been leveled across the country.

The objective of this study was to evolve development strategies used as primary resources for the development plan establishment of public libraries in Yongsan-gu. To reach the aims of this research, this study examined precedent studies related to the status of domestic libraries operation and development plan. This research derived integral factors such as regional characteristics, library facilities, human resources, collections, and budges to be considered for analysis of the current situations. By using in-depth interviews with librarians and professionals, the operational and development plans of public libraries in Yongsan-gu were explored. The findings presented in this study suggested development strategies such as an expansion of library infrastructure and reading culture and development of regional specialization programs and redesign the management system.

생물정보 분야에 관한 방대한 보고서가 이미 여러 관련 정부기관에서 발간되었으므로 이 자료들을 조직적으로 종합하면 국내.외의 기술 현황 분석이 가능하다고 생각된다. 특히 각 보고서 작성을 위해 국내의 거의 모든 관련 연구자들이 장기간 참여하였으므로 생물정보학의 현황파악을 위해 필요한 자료를 대부분 포함하고 있다고 생각된다. 본 글은 현재까지 국내에서 조사된 생물정보 연구 및 기술 개발에 관한 내용을 정리하고 또 국외의 최근 보고서를 종합하여 정리 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 국가 과학기술정보 지원의 주관기관인 KISTI의 역할 및 임무에 관하여 생각해보려 한다.

본 논문에서는 음성에 의한 man-machine communication의 핵심기술인 음성인식 및 합성의 전반적인 기술에 관하여 그 현황을 알아본다. 먼저 음성인식에서 해결되어야 할 문제점들을 고찰하고 격리단어 인식, 연결단어 인식, 그리고 연속언어 인식의 기술현황을 기술한다. 격리단어 인식에서는 pattern matching 방법에서 사용되는 입력어휘의 특징 추출, reference와의 유사도 측정, 유사도 측정 결과에 의한 인식결정에 관해서 논한다. 연결단어 및 연속언어 인식에서는 현재 연구가 되고 있는 "bottom-up approach"와 "top-down approach"에 관해서 설명하고 이들 방법의 어려운 점들을 고찰한다. 다음 음성 합성에서는 기존의 여러 가지 합성 방식을 검토하고 이들의 장단점을 기술한다. 마지막으로 한 예로서 한국어 text-to-speech 변환 시스템에 관하여 기술한다.

본 연구에서는 우리나라의 민간단체에서 시행되고 있는 전국 강살리기 운동 사례를 조사하여 강살리기 운동의 현황과 전망 및 한계점을 분석하며, 앞으로의 바람직한 강살리기 운동의 방향을 제시하는 것으로 하였다. 이를 위하여 전국 강살리기 네트워크 참여 단체를 중심으로 각 단체의 활동 사례를 조사하여 이들 활동의 특성을 검토하고, 치수와 이수 및 하천환경 측면에서 운동의 현황과 한계점을 검토하여 이를 극복하는 방안을. 제시하며, 이를 바탕으로 지역 주민과 함께 하는 강살리기 사업의 방안도 모색하는 것으로 하였다.

주택경기 침체와 글로벌 금융위기 등의 영향으로 2008년부터 본격화된 국내 건설경기 침체가 최근까지 이어지면서 건설업계의 경영난이 가중되고 있다. 2012년 건설수주는 불변금액 기준으로 10년 전 수준까지 떨어졌으며 건설투자는 최근 3년간 감소세가 지속되면서 역대 최장기간 감소세를 기록하고 있다. 이처럼 건설경기침체가 장기화되면서 건설투자 감소에 따른 경제성장률 하락, 취업자 감소, 금융부실 확대 등 거시경제 전반에 대한 우려가 확산되고 있다. 여기서는 우리금융경영연구소 허문종 수석연구원의 '건설경기 침체 현황과 거시경제 영향 점검' 보고서를 통해 국내 건설경기의 현황과 건설경기 침체가 가져올 파급효과에 대해 분석하고 분위기 반등을 위한 방안을 검토해본다.
