본 연구는 국내의 CATV 홈쇼핑에서 최근 문제가 되고 있는 소비자들의 비윤리적인 행위에 관한 연구로서 소비자들의 비윤리적인 행위에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고 이러한 요인들이 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하고자 한다. 기존의 심리학 분야에서 소비자들의 윤리의식에 관한 연구와 오프라인 상의소비자 비윤리적인 행위에 관한 연구에서의 요인들을 홈쇼핑의 상황에 맞게 수정하여 홈쇼핑에 적용시켜보았다. 비윤리적인 행위에 영향을 미치는 요인을 신뢰와 전환비용, 그리고 충성도로 보았다. 설문조사를 통해서 분석한 결과 홈쇼핑에 대한 신뢰와 전환비용은 소비자들이홈쇼핑에 대한 충성도를 만드는데 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 4단계의 충성도는 소비자들의 비윤리적인 행위의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 홈쇼핑 사들은 소비자들과의 관계를 보다 탄탄하게 구축하기 위해서는 전환비용을 지각하도록 하는 것보다 소비자 스스로가 홈쇼핑 사를 신뢰할 수 있도록 관리한다면 소비자들의 비윤리적 행위는 감소시킬 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.

This study focuses on the problems of traditional ethics in the textbooks of 7th Moral Education Curriculum. As the fact that Traditional Ethics is an advanced elective of high school curriculum shows, 'traditional ethics' is an important part of moral education curriculum. Unfortunately, many have maintained that there are significant problems in the contents of traditional ethics described in moral education curriculum. The problems mentioned are: encyclopedic enumeration of the contents, incorrect information, content repetitions, placing too much one-sided emphasis on confucianism, lack of organic link between Korean and oriental ethics, and unlikeliness of accomplishing subject's objectives. This study raises more fundamental problems. The problems pointed out are as follows. First, the definition of traditional ethics in the textbooks is problematic. Second, there is a lack of examination on 'tradition'. Third, there exists a naive understanding that western ethics or thoughts are the causes of all problems and oriental traditional ethics is the cure-all for them. Fourth, viewpoints of orientalism or occidentalism are widespread in describing traditional ethics.

The professional ethics for the guard is defined as the professional ethics that the person working as a guard to have. The professional ethics education builds the certainty and confidence about professional ethics recognition as well as behavior for guards so that helps the successful performance of the job. Therefore, this study tried to consider previous researches, understand the current professional ethics education for the department related to the guard and the case studies of incidents due to lack of professional ethics education to suggest the measures of activating professional ethics education. First, it is to consider the specialty of the guard to build the guard-martial spirit. Second, the professional ethics education must be out of the central culture study but develop as a major subject. Third, the quality and professionalism of the responsible professor of the professional ethics subject shall be considered. Forth, the professional ethics education must be performed not only at school but also continuously through the various ethics programs of the work places as well as organizations.

It can be said that the effectiveness of organization is influenced by the ethical leadership of the boss, including the CEO, who is the subject of ethical management. In this study, ethical leadership was set as the subject of the study, and the concept of ethical leadership was set as ethical leadership that perceives the superiors in the process of performing subordinates by members of a company or organization. In this study, the effects of ethical leadership on organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction were examined, and the effects of ethical leadership on the ethical consciousness of subordinates were analyzed, and ethical consciousness in the relationship between ethical leadership, organizational citizenship behavior, and job satisfaction The mediating effect was analyzed. The subjects of this study were surveyed on 300 small and medium-sized workers in Gyeonggi Province from March 7 to May 10, 2020, and used as empirical analysis data. For data analysis, SPSS 24.0 and AMOS24.0 statistical analysis programs were used. The results of this study are as follows. As a result of the study, it was found that ethical leadership has an effect on organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction and ethical consciousness, and organizational characteristics such as ethical consciousness affect organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction according to how individuals perceive the organization. It was found that. Ethical leadership affects organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction. And these results are absolutely necessary to practice ethical management as a way to strengthen ethical leadership in order to increase organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and implement various programs that make you feel a sense of unity with the organization.

This study examines the effects of ethical education using CEDA discussion learning, on nursing professional self-concept, ethical dilemma and ethical decision-making confidence of nursing students. The participants were 57 third year nursing students from a nursing college in C city, and the data were collected from March 4 to May 13, 2019. Ethics education using CEDA discussion learning was conducted for 9 weeks, including 3 weeks of theoretical education and 6 weeks of CEDA discussion. Collected data were analyzed by t-test, one-way ANOVA and paired t-test using the SPSS WIN / 21.0. The results indicate that ethical education using CEDA discussion learning positively affects nursing professional self-concept (t=13.816, p<0.001), ethical dilemma (t=6.205, p<0.001) and ethical decision-making confidence (t=11.950, p<0.001). In addition, the self-concept of nursing professional, ethical dilemma, and ethical decision-making self-confidence are correlated, and nursing professional self-concept differs according to major satisfaction. Our results indicate a necessity to strengthen the ethics education of nursing college students, to help develop positive nursing professional self-concept and confident ethical decision-making in an ethical dilemma.

The present study focuses on ethical leader ship of people who are member of organization. The survey was conducted to 209 spectators who participated in the corporate organization. Collected data were analyzed through the statistical and analysis program SPSS. Correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted for analyzing the influence of ethical work climates on ethical leader ship and organizational citizenship Behavior. The results are below. First, the result of analyzing the relationship between ethical work climates and Ethical leader ship shows that principle have a positive impact on distributive justice, procedural justice, transparency, contribution, integrity and benevolence have a positive impact on procedural justice, contribution, integrity. Second, the result of analyzing the relationship between ethical leader ship and organizational citizenship behavior shows that transparency has a positive impact on conscientiousness, and integrity has a positive impact on sportsman ship. We discuss the implications of the results for the theory and the future research on the ethical leader ship.

본 연구는 판매원이 업무를 수행하면서 경험하게 되는 윤리적 갈등과 관련을 지니고 있는 개인적 특성에는 어떠한 것들이 있는가를 살펴보는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위하여 판매원의 개인적 특성에 따른 윤리적 갈등정도를 백화점과 쇼핑센터에서 판매업무를 담당하고 있는 판매원 332명을 대상으로 하여 실증적으로 고찰하였다. 수집된 자료를 분석한 결과에 의하면 윤리적 의사결정상황에서 판매원들이 경험하는 윤리적 갈등정도는 성별, 연령, 교육수준, 근무경력에 따라 다른 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 윤리적 의사결정 상황에서 남성이 여성에 비하여 윤리적 갈등을 보다 많이 경험하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 대졸이상의 학력을 지닌 판매원이 그렇지 않은 판매원에 비해 윤리적 갈등정도가 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 그리고 연령에 따른 윤리적 갈등정도에 있어서는 21세 미만과 26세${\sim}$31세 미만의 집단이 유의적인 차이를 보여주었으며, 근무경력에 있어서는 1년 미만의 판매원 집단과 1년${\sim}$5년 미만, 그리고 1년 미만과 5년 이상${\sim}$10년 미만의 판매원 집단이 다른 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose was to compare the ethical knowledge, values and class satisfaction by students' cognitive style to develop the convergent nursing ethic class considering cognitive style. Questionnaires were collected from 149 freshmen after 12 hours classes for four weeks from October 1st to 30th 2013. Group Embedded Figure Test was used as a cognitive style measurement tool. 62.4% of them were field-dependent. There was a significant difference in cognitive style and ethical knowledge according to high school division. The ethical value was different significantly according to the nursing science satisfaction. Class satisfaction was different significantly according to reason for applying to nursing and nursing science satisfaction. There were no significant differences in ethical knowledge and values by cognitive style. Class satisfaction was higher in field-dependent students. This conclusion will give baseline data to develop nursing education program based on cognitive style.

The purpose of this study is to investigate and to display circumstances about importance issues connected with various publication data and engineering ethic principle. It is an investigation study about circumstance and actual conditions of engineering ethics education that is spoken by engineering ethics or engineer ethics on present Japan. Engineering ethics principle, or engineer ethics education is continued until present appearing in the 1980s by formal course of study in the case of American university. But, in the case of Japan, along with appearance of JABEE (Japanese Accreditation Board for engineering education), engineering ethics education for engineer is proceeded very intensively. At present, the purpose of engineering ethics education is heard on important engineering literary category so much so that can emphasize very as basic attitude to prepare everybody if it is a person who is to be an engineer. The present condition and circumstance of Japanese engineering ethics education analysis may become good information in the beginning step on ethics principle education of engineering our country.

정보통신윤리는 정보화사회에서 인간의 존엄성과 인간의 본래적 가치를 지켜 인간 중심의 건전한 정보 문화를 창출해 나갈 버팀목이라 해도 과언이 아니다. 본 연구는 정보화사회에서의 정보통신윤리교육의 필요성을 고찰하고, 정보통신윤리교육 내용을 교육과정 및 선행연구에 나타난 내용을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 이를 토대로 정보통신윤리교육 내용을 재정립해 보았다. 아울러 인터넷에서 정보통신윤리교육에 활용할 수 있는 컨텐츠를 분석하고 이를 적용한 교수 학습 과정안을 제시하였다.
