차세대 화합물 반도체 플랫폼으로 각광을 받고 있는 GaN 전자소자 글로벌 연구개발 동향에 관하여 기술하고자 한다. GaN 전자소자는 와이드 밴드갭(Eg=3.4eV)과 고온 안정성($700^{\circ}C$) 등 재료적인 특징으로 인하여 고출력 RF 전력증폭기와 고전력용 전력반도체 응용에 큰 장점을 가진다. GaN 전자소자 기술동향에서는 먼저 미국, 유럽, 일본을 중심으로 한 대형 국책 연구프로젝트 분석을 통한 RF 전력증폭기 연구개발 방향을 살펴보고, 후반부에서는 이동통신 기지국, 선박 및 군용 레이더 트랜시버용 고출력 RF 전력증폭기의 응용 분야에 관하여 알아본다. 이러한 총체적인 동향분석을 통하여 차세대 반도체의 신시장 개척과 선진입을 위한 GaN 전자소자의 연구개발 방향과 조기상용화의 중요성을 함께 생각해보고자 한다.

This study aims to analyse the research areas and trends of reading (reading instruction) abroad in the respect of LIS, and suggest future research tasks. First, I reviewed the controlled keywords in SU field of LISTA database and the entries of DDC 23, and identified the research areas of reading and reading instruction in overseas. Second, I analysed the research trends of this field by applying a intellectual structure analysis on 2,115 research articles (1914~2014) retrieved from a representative database in the areas of Library and Information Science (LISTA). Third, Based on the results of these analysis, I suggested the future research tasks of this field in the domain of library and information science.

This paper summarizes on the state-of-the-art research on the reinforced concrete (RC) walls for evaluating and predicting the performance of RC walls analytically and experimentally. A brief discussion of the research trends is presented to propose the further research direction of RC walls. In the paper, 102 papers published on the ACI, Engineering Structure, KCI journal, and AIK journal are collected and reviewed.

This study analyzes key word networks of the papers which are published at Korean Journal of Social Welfare issued by Korean Academy of Social Welfare from 1979 to 2015. It aims at investigating the trends of social welfare researches in Korea by dividing the given period into two: 1979-2000 and 2001-2015. It shows the trends in three ways: methodologies, subjects, and intellectual structures. In order to identify intellectual structure, it calculate centrality indices basing on co-appearance frequency of key words. It also derives some values which explain relationship structure of key words by using pathfinder algorithm, and finally visualizes the intellectual structures by using the NodeXL program. Some implications of the findings of these analyses are discussed in the end.

저자동시인용분석 기법은 인용을 통해서 특정 주제분야의 지적 구조를 파악하는 수단으로 널리 사용되고 있다. 그러나 저명한 연구자 위주의 분석이 되기 쉬우므로 은퇴자나 고인을 비롯한 비현역 연구자가 포함되는 경우도 흔하다. 또한 비영어권 국가의 국내 연구동향을 분석할 경우에는 분석결과에 국내 연구자가 상당수 배제되는 상황도 발생한다. 이 연구에서는 국내 현역 연구자 위주로 최근 동향을 분석할 수 있는 새로운 지적 구조 분석법인 서지적 저자결합분석을 제안하고 실제 자료를 대상으로 분석하여 효용성을 검증하였다

In this paper, we apply KeyBERT(Keyword extraction with Bidirectional Encoder Representations of Transformers) algorithm-driven topic extraction and topic frequency analysis to deep learning and reinforcement learning research to discover the rapidly changing trends in them. First, we crawled abstracts of research papers on deep learning and reinforcement learning, and temporally divided them into two groups. After pre-processing the crawled data, we extracted topics using KeyBERT algorithm, and then analyzed the extracted topics in terms of topic occurrence frequency. This analysis reveals that there are distinct trends in research work of all analyzed algorithms and applications, and we can clearly tell which topics are gaining more interest. The analysis also proves the effectiveness of the utilized topic extraction and topic frequency analysis in research trend analysis, and this trend analysis scheme is expected to be used for research trend analysis in other research fields. In addition, the analysis can provide insight into how deep learning will evolve in the near future, and provide guidance for select research topics and methodologies by informing researchers of research topics and methodologies which are recently attracting attention.

본 논문에서는 비동기식 회로기술의 최근 동향을 분석하기 위해 관련 분야의 가장 저명한 학회인 비동기식 회로 및 시스템 학회(International Symposium on Asynchronous Circuits and Systems: ASYNC)에 투고된 논문과 기존의 동향분석 자료를 비교 분석하여 제시하고, 관련 업체의 상용화 사례를 통한 비동기식 회로 기술전망을 제시한다. 조사된 논문은 2011년부터 2015년까지 투고된 총 90편의 논문을 각 기준에 따라 분류하고, 연도별, 국가별, 기관별 동향을 분석함으로 최근 관련 기술의 연구동향을 통계화하여 제시하였다. 분석 결과 지난 최근 3년 내 Low Power 분야가 주목할 만한 성장세를 보였고, 상용화 사례로는 Intel의 비동기식 설계를 통한 네트워크 칩, IBM의 Brain inspired processor인 TrueNorth 프로세서 등이 주목할 만하다.

대규모 시스팀의 해석 및 제어에 관한 연구동향을 시스팀의 축소화 기법, 안정도 검사, 비집중 제어, 계층적 제어로 기술하고, 이러한 대규모 시스팀의 연구분야로 자동생산 시스팀, 전력계통시스팀, 교통통제 시스팀, 사회공학 시스팀 분야로 분류하고 그 해석 및 제어에 관한 연구동향을 분석함으로써 이와 관련하여 추진되고 있는 연구분야를 소개하였다.

The present study aims at encouraging discussion on research paradigms as well as research methodologies of records and archives studies. Reviewing research paradigms, defined by Guba and Lincoln based on basic beliefs, leads to the suggestion that the discipline needs to reach to a certain degree of consensus on ontological, epistemological, and methodological premises in order to inform and guide future research. To make the argument, the present study reviews all research papers published in two major journals: the Korean Journal of Archival Studies and Journal of Korean Society of Archives and Records Management, from 2007 to 2016. It then identifies 80 research papers from positivistic research and reviews 32 papers, which collected data through surveys and experiments.

In this paper, we analyze the research / technology trends of electric vehicles from 2001 to 2014, through keyword analysis using paper data published in SCIE or SSCI Journal on electric vehicles, time series analysis using patent data by IPC, and network analysis using nodeXL. also we predicted promising technologies of electric vehicles using one of the prediction methods, weighted moving average method. As a result of this study, battery technology among the electric vehicle component technologies appeared as a promising technology.
