본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 상장기업들의 기업규모 및 시장지배력이 연구개발투자활동에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 있다. 가설검증을 위하여 1997년 3월말 현재 한국증권거래소에 상장된 72개 제조기업을 대상으로 상관분석과 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석결과 연구개발투자 활동은 기업규모와 관련성이 크며, 기업규모가 일정 크기에 이를 때까지는 연구개발 활동이 증가하지만, 일단 그 선을 넘어서면 기업 규모에 비례해서 증가하지는 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 시장지배력을 나타내는 시장집중률 및 시장점유율과 연구개발 활동간에는 유의한 부(-)의 효과가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고, 매출액성장률과 연구개발투자 활동간에는 분명한 관계를 확인할 수가 없었으나, 기술기회는 연구개발 활동과 예상대로 정(+)의 관계가 있는 것으로 나타나 성장기회가 높은 산업일수록 연구개발 활동이 많은 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 기업의 규모 및 시장지배력이 연구개발투자 활동에 미치는 영향을 우리나라 기업을 중심으로 실증적으로 검증함으로서 기술혁신을 위한 산업조직 및 개별기업의 연구개발 투자를 위한 의사결정과 관련한 시사점을 제공한 점에 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

본 연구에서는 국내ㆍ외의 도로교통부문 연구동향을 살펴보고, 현재 미국, 영국, 일본 등의 선진국에서 추진중인 도로교통분야 연구과제들을 수집하여 분석함으로써 우리나라의 향후 도로정책 수립에 기여할 수 있는 도로교통분야 연구방향을 제시하였다. 우리나라와 선진국의 도로교통 연구분야를 크게 10가지로 제시하였으며, 국내의 도로교통분야 연구 중 미약한 분야와 초기단계분야 및 중간단계분야를 정성적으로 제시하였다. 이 중, 지속 가능한 도로교통체계의 확립분야, 인간중심의 도로교통체계분야, 연계교통체계 및 복합운송체계 분야, 육상(도로) 물류분야에 과감한 연구개발 및 투자가 필요한 것으로 나타났으며, 무엇보다도 도로교통분야 연구전반에 지속적이고 과감한 투자가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 양(Quantify)-공급(Supply)-중심의 도로교통정책에서 질(Quality)-성과(Performance)- 중심의 도로교통정책이 수립되어야 하며, 향후 도로교통정책의 결정시 관련 분야 연구와의 연동화를 통한 도로교통정책-연구의 연동시스템이 정착되어야 한다.

최근 개방과 협력 기반의 연구정책 수립, 연구기획, 연구개발, 성과 활용 확산 등이 매우 중요하게 인식되고 있다. 특히 기술융합 시대에 연구역량을 하나로 집중하고 창조적인 연구개발을 지원하기 위해서는 연구기획 단계에서부터 개방과 협력에 기반한 연구지원체계가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 연구성과 분석을 통해 획득 가능한 정보와 서비스 기능에 대해서 살펴본다. 또한 연구기획 활동별 서비스 요구사항을 정의하고, 이를 바탕으로 연구성과 분석결과를 기반으로 한 연구기획지원 서비스 모델을 제안한다.

본 연구의 목적은 바이오뱅크(생명연구자원 소재은행)분야의 연구데이터 관리 및 서비스 동향을 고찰하고 시사점을 도출하는데 있다. 바이오뱅크 분야의 연구데이터 관리 및 서비스와 관련하여 해외 선진 사례를 프로그램과 서비스 모델측면에서 조사하였다. 조사된 프로그램과 서비스 모델은 ATCC(American Type Culture Collection), BIobank Data Sharing (MIABIS 2.0 Core), WDCM(World Data Center for Microorganism/Word Federation for Culture Collection)이다. 각각의 프로그램과 서비스 모델에서 시사점을 도출하였으며, 본 연구에서는 이를 기반으로 국내 생명연구자원 바이오뱅크 분야의 연구데이터 관리 및 서비스를 위한 시사점을 제시하였다.

A research and management institution plays a middleman role between government departments and research institutes. Research records collected from research institutes are important not only as evidence for research tasks but also for knowledge and information sharing. In this study, the key research records collected by research management institutions are identified, and problems are analyzed to present efficient measures to improve key research management.

While numerous studies have empirically investigated user behavior in LIS research community, less research has attempted to examine such studies in methodological perspective. Reflecting this, relevant studies have suggested the need to develop methodological framework for such studies. This study conducted content analyses of user behavior studies recently published in JASIST and analyzed factors which affect the external validity of result of such researches. The findings revealed various types and cases related to the generalization of the study results. Based on these, a methodological framework for user behavior studies were suggested.

연구개발을 통해 얻어진 결과물 자체가 잘 보존되고 관리되면, 기술이전 등 상업화가 가능하다. 그렇지만, 연구 현장에서 연구개발을 통해 얻어진 데이터셋이나 소프트웨어 등 성과물들은 개인별로 관리되고 있거나 제대로 관리되지 않아서, 재사용이 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 국가차원에서는 전체 연구성과물의 메타정보 수집을 통한 연구성과물 현황 관리와 이를 분석한 분석정보의 활용에 중점적으로 노력하고, 실제연구개발을 수행하는 개별 연구원이나 기관들은 연구성과물의 재활용에 초점을 맞춘 성과물 관리가 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 연구개발의 결과물을 관리하기 위한 시스템 아키텍처 설계 방안을 제시한다. 연구성과물의 체계적인 관리를 위해서 연구성과물 등록, 저장, 조회/사용, 관리 등 연구성과물 관리를 위한 프로세스 마련이 필요하고, 개별 연구성과물에 대한 메타항목 정의도 필요하다는 결론을 도출했다. 이를 통해 연구성과물의 재생산을 위한 비용을 절감할 수 있으며, 연구의 연속성이 확보되어 질높은 연구성과를 창출할 수 있는 환경이 마련될 것으로 기대한다.

가정용 통합형 리모콘에 관한 연구의 중간 점검 결과 5 가지 디자인 요소를 찾을 수 있었다. 본 연구는 이 선행 연구를 통해 조작대상 기기의 변환 제어에 관한 요소의 중요성이 인식되어 이에 관한 좀 더 심도있는 분석과 연구를 진행한 것이다. 먼저 가정용 통합형 리모콘의 사용상황을 3 가지 (C1, C2, C3)로 분류하고 물리적이고 직관적으로 기기를 사용하는 C1 조작 상황을 연구의 범위로 제한하였다. C1 조작 상황에서 통합형 리모콘으로 기기를 변환, 제어하는 방법으로서 피지컬 트랜지션을 연구의 대상으로 정하였다. 피지컬 트랜지션 연구를 위해 현재 출시된 통합형 리모콘의 기기 변환, 제어 사례 연구와 조작 대상 기기의 특정을 분석하여 통합형 리모콘의 사례연구를 통해 기기 변환, 제어 방법을 4가지로 정리해 보았다. 또한 조작 대상 기기를 조작 상황인지를 위한 디스플레이 요소, 작동방식 (ON/OFF, OPEN/CLOSE), 사용빈도 등에 따라 3가지로 분류하고 이 3 가지 종류의 조작 방식을 사용할 때, 어떻게 대상기기에 맞게 전환하여 사용할 것인지, 사용자가 어떻게 이 방법에 접근할 수 있는지에 관한 피지컬 트랜지션 아이디어를 도출하는 연구를 진행하였다. 피지컬 트랜지션 아이디어는 현재 출시된 통합형 리모콘의 추출 연구 및 조작 대상 기기의 사용 특성 분류 연구 아이디어 도출 연구 일반 제품의 인터페이스 연구관련 유사 사례 연구를 통해 대안을 개발 제시 하였다. 본 연구는 통합형 리모콘 디자인에서 조작 방식 전환을 위한 디자인 개발 시에 유용하게 쓰여 질 것이라고 기대한다.

This purpose of this study is to drive important criteria for improving customer relationship of R institute using data mining techniques. The focus of this research is to consider patterns and interactions of research variables from research management database of R institute, and to classify the outside organizations and the inside organizations for research contract organizations, and to decide the directions of customer relationship management through analyzing the research type and research cost of research topics. In order to drive criteria variables through pattern analysis of the research database, decision tree algorithm is employed. The results show that determinant variables of 17 input variables are research period, overhead cost, R ＆ D cost as variables to classify the outside and inside contract organization.

This study aims to analyze research trend of Web 2.0 use in education and to suggest directions for further studies. Sixty representative studies were selected and analyzed in terms of a developed framework of Web 2.0 based learning environments and an analysis scheme. This scheme is divided into five dimensions: research targets, research themes, types of Web 2.0 tools, learning theories and research methodology. The findings indicate that a majority of the previous studies aimed to share information and reflect thoughts in collaborative contexts through blogs and wikis at universities. Some implications were discussed for further studies.
