본 연구는 과학영재교육의 중요성이 증대되고 있는 현 시점에서 이의 효과적인 성취를 가져오기 위해선 우선 영재 판별의 시도가 다양해져야 한다는 필요성에서 출발하였다. 그 동안 영재 판별은 주로 인지수행의 결과적인 측면을 다루었다고 본다면, 본 연구는 인지수행의 과정적인 측면을 다루었다고 할 수 있다. 인지수행의 과정적인 측면은 뇌기능의 활동성을 파악하는 것으로 가능하다. 따라서 뇌의 활동성에 대한 뇌파측정 방법을 통해 좌.우뇌 기능상에서의 뇌파특성을 파악해 보므로써 영재성 판별의 한 방법으로서 그 가능성의 단초를 제공하는데 본 연구의 주목적이 있다. 이를 위해 영재성 판별 및 뇌기능 연구방법과 뇌의 정보처리과정에 대한 이론적인 고찰을 바탕으로 초등학교 4-6학년 아동 중 과학영재아 11명, 일반아 10을 연구대상으로 선정하여 PC용 뇌파측정기를 통해 이들의 뇌파특성을 분석한 결과, 다음과 같이 나타났다. 다음 표는 과학영재아 및 일반아의 아무런 과제를 수행하지 않은 상태의 기본뇌파와 과학 창의적 과제를 수행중인 상태에서의 뇌파를 좌뇌와 우뇌의 뇌파 활성도별로 그 차이를 분석한 것이다.

The present study attempts to (1) identify the critical dimensions that affect job performance of computer programmers and (2) clarify the specific behaviors that are related to each performance dimension, and measure them fairly and accurately. In particular, this study focus on producing a Behaviorally anchored Rating Scales (BARS) with a high level of acceptability by both raters and rates. 422 computer programmers from 8 companies participated in the process of developing the scale, which consisted of typical 5 phases. The results demonstrated that 13 performance dimensions were derived and the final job performance rating scale was made by vertically arraying 5 representative behavior anchors order by their scale value for each of 13 dimensions.

본 연구에서는 주부가 가족자원을 적정하게 지각하는데 영향을 미치는 요인과 주부의 가정관리수행에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고, 가족자원에 대한 적정지각이 가정관리수 행에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 규명하고자 한다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주부는 대인관 계자원과 주거자원에 대한 적저지각이 가장 높고, 건강자원, 지식.기술자원, 시간자원, 지역사회자원, 금전자원의 순으로 저정하게 지각하고 있다. 둘째, 전체 가족자원적정지각에 영향을 미치는 변수는 학력, 월평균소득, 취업유무, 하루평균 가사노동시간, 주택소유형태, 내구재소유수이다. 세째, 주부의 대상별 가정 관리수행 수준에서는 기질.성격에 대한 관리수행 수준이 가장 높고, 그 다음은 애정관리이며, 지식.기술에 대한 수행이 가장 낮게 나타났다. 네 째, 주부의 대상별 가정관리수행에 전반적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 변수는 주부가 지각하는 남편의 가사조력도이다. 끝으로, 전체 대상별 가정관리수행은 전체 가족자원적정지각과 정적상관을 가지며, 주부가 지식.기술자원을 보다 적정하게 지각할수록 전체관리수행 수준은 높게 나타났다.

무인화 로봇 연구는 정해진 환경에서 빠른 속도로 반복적인 작업을 수행하기 위한 산업용 로봇을 이용하는 무인화 공장 등으로 발전되었다. 최근에는 정해진 환경에서 작업을 수행하는 것이 아닌 사람이 생활하는 공간에서 사람 대신 작업을 수행하는 무인화 로봇 시스템 연구가 증가하고 있다. 청소 로봇은 이미 많은 가정에 보급되었으며, 홈 로봇이나 안내 로봇에 대한 연구도 진행되고 있다. 또한 전쟁 지역이나 심해, 방사는 누출 지역 등 재난 지역에 사람 대신 투입되어 인명 구조나 탐사, 시설 복구 등의 역할을 수행하기도 한다.

본 발표에서는 한국전자통신연구소의 대화체 음성언어번역 연구방향을 기술한다. 한국전자통신연구소에서는 1979년 공중전화 관련 연구를 필두로, 음성분야의 연구를 시작하여 그간 음성인식, 자동통역 등을 연구하였다. 특히 1991년부터 KT와 공동연구체계를 수립하여 특정분야를 대상으로 음성언어번역 연구를 수행하는 중이다. 이러한 경험을 바탕으로 한국전자통신연구소에서는 국내외 공동연구를 통해 대화체 음성언어 번역 연구를 수행하고자 한다. 앞으로 다중매체통신이 더욱 보편화될 것일므로 다중매체 환경을 고려하여 연구를 수행할 계획이다. 아울러 연구의 부산물을 상용화 하는데에 노력을 경주할 계획이다.

This study was conducted to analyze the effects of person-environment fit on the job performance in the National Assembly legislative support organization. Job performance was classified into task performance, contextual performance, and adaptive performance. Impacts of each factors on the job performance were identified through structural equation model. From the results of analysis, it was confirmed that supplementary fit of officials of legislative support organization of the National Assembly had a positive effect on task performance, contextual performance, and adaptive performance. However, complementary-fit does not directly affect task performance, contextual performance, and adaptive performance. Rather complementary-fit affects job performance by the mediating role of variable self-efficacy. The implications of this study confirm that it is important to match between organization members and jobs in order to improve the job performance of civil servants in the legislative support organization. The necessity of introducing self-efficacy enhancement program into the education and training process of the legislative support organization was proposed.

본 연구는 휴대용 게임기에서 가상현실(Virtual Reality)을 구현한 비행기 시뮬레이션 게임을 대상으로 상황인식(Situation Awareness), 수행도(Performance), 현실감(Presence)을 측정하여 세 측정 지표의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 상황인식 측정은 SAGAT (Situation Awareness Global Assessment Technique)을 이용하였고, 수행도는 분당 격추 시킨 적기 수를 기준으로 측정하였다. 현실감은 Presence Questionnaire (Version 3.0) 기법을 통해 측정하였다. 실험 결과 상황인식 2 단계와 3 단계의 능력이 좋을수록 현실감이 증가하는 경향을 보여 상황인식 능력과 현실감에 밀접한 연관이 있다는 기존 연구와 동일한 결과가 휴대용 게임기에서도 일어남을 밝혀냈다. 또한 상황인식 2 단계와 3 단계의 능력이 증가할수록 수행도도 같이 증가하는 경향이 있어 좋은 상황인식 능력이 높은 수행도를 가질 확률을 증가시킨다는 기존의 연구 결과를 뒷받침할 수 있었다. 현실감과 수행도의 관계는 본 실험 결과에서 서로 연관이 있는지 결정하기 어려웠다.

본 연구는 사용자와 밀접한 인터랙션이 이루어지는 터치 모바일폰의 선행 연구 결과를 바탕으로 모바일폰에 적용한 터치 인터페이스의 행위 요소(Action type)와 작업수행 요소(task)를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 인터렉션 시 발생하는 행위 요소 17개, 작업수행 요소 27개를 도출하였으며, 도출된 각 요소들을 군집화 및 체계화하여 분석하였다. 행위 요소 17개 중 탭의 요소가 가장 많은 작업수행에 사용되었으며, 작업 수행에는 '조작하다' 요소가 총 52개 중 12개를 사용하여 가장 많은 행위 요소를 사용하였다. 또한 작업 수행시 '조작하다'와 같은 '탐색하다', '실행하다'의 의미적 요소가 수단적 요소보다 행위 요소를 더 많이 사용하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 통해 다양한 행위 요소와 작업수행 요소의 상관관계를 분석하였으며 차세대 모바일 인터랙션의 발전 가능성과 방향에 대해 분석하였다.

In this paper, we try to find through questionnaires from the teachers of Cheju elementary schools what the situation at schools in performance assesment is like at this present time, what methods of performance assesment they prefer to use, and what methods they want to be developed. After that, we are going to find the methods which can be used for each grade in elementary school.

This study is to examine academic phenomena of public administration research field in Korea through analysing the trends of researcher behavior. For the purpose of this study I analysed the types of research performance, reference materials, core journals, and the half-life of reference materials by investigating the articles in Korean Public Administration Review which is one of the major journal in this discipline. The results I found out are the followings: most of researches of the public administration are performed individually by the established academic fellows : researchers show their preference to foreign journals: as for the case of domestic journals, researchers tend to refer the latest issue: the major journal is discriminated from the others by getting a higher points
