The purpose of the article is to help users to select appropriate Korean WWW search tools and to retrieve Web documents for their information needs by using them effectively. It analyzes the characteristics, functions, and advantages and disadvatages of each search tool, while search tools are divided broadly by two categories-subject directory services (Kor-seek, DIR, ZIP, Netquest21, Simmany) and keyword search engines (Simmany, Kachine, Jungbotamjung, Anysearch, Unifinder, Webglider, Missdachanni). It provides the selection criteria of search tools for users who have information needs. In addition, the study also attempts to contribute to the improvements in designing Korean WWW search tools, as investigating their shortcomings.

As E-discovery in criminal investigation is increasing, the importance of Forensic Tools which can legally extract data with high effectiveness is getting higher. Digital products are growing fast. Therefore, Forensic Tools should be implemented readily to suit users and events well. Although forensic industry and governments use expensive forensic tools, some have suggested limitations to its use, such as memory limitations and the limits of post-audit. We need to develop open source forensic tools that can implement a variety of forensic tool fast. This research studies digital forensics technical skills which are commercialized currently and suggests applicable strategies of the open digital forensics to help overcome these limitations.

The aim of this study is to suggest a new website measurement scale revised in accordance with the present tendency, and to test the practical use of it. The empirically current studies suggest the information, connectivity, practical function, lay - out, design, interlace, system, service as a website measurement scale. However. this study suggest a new website measurement scale including communication between internet users, platform for editing information. The test of a practical use about measurement scale progressed by a survey on computer access. A sample of 300 internet users answered the question based on a new website measurement scale. The result of this study shows that primary factors of the website measurement scale are information, user interface, website service, and communication. The influence of these factors on user's website preference changed as compared with the past. The result also shows that there is close correlation between information factor and communication factor. And the communication factor suggested on this study has effected in user's website satisfaction. Results imply that the idea of web2.0 is practically an important strategy for improving website satisfaction. And, because influence of primary factors on the website satisfaction has changed continually, strategic planning will have to be kept up.

Simulation은 진실로 대단히 편리한 도구이다. 그러나 절대로 이것이 "만병통치"는 되지못한다. Simulation은 원래 통계학적인 근사치를 구하는 방법이고 적정정책이 직접적인 해로 나오는 것이 아니라 단지 몇개의 대안을 비교하는 데 그친다. 또한 Simulation이란 어디까지나 계량적인 기법이기 때문에 모든것이 수치로 나타나고, 숫자로 나타나지 않는 인과관계나, 또는 modeling단계에서 빠뜨린 부분에 대한 영향은 알 수가 없다. 그럼에도 불구하고 Simulation는 운영연구에 있어서 대단히 편리한 도구이고 다른 방법으로 해결할 수가 없는 많은 운영문제에 있어, 없어서는 안될 중요한 기법이다. 중요한 기법이다.

본 연구는 중증도가 높은 신경계중환자를 대상으로 중환자 중증도 분류도구와 Glasgow coma scale 적용의 유용성을 검정하고자 하는데 있다. 본 연구에서 대상자의 일반적 특성 및 임상 관련 특성에 따른 사망률 확인, 중환자 중증도 분류도구(CPSCS)의 일반적 특성, 임상관련 특성에 따른 중증도 차이, GCS의 일반적 특성과 임상관련 특성에 따른 중증도 차이를 파악하고, 임상적 유용성을 검정하고자 한다.

본 고는 시스템 엔지니어링의 유래부터 현재까지의 변천 및 자동화 도구의 발전 과정을 소개하고, 그 사례를 조사 분석하였다. 시스템 엔지니어링의 발전에 대한 조사 연구는 미국을 대상으로 서술하였으며, 적용되었던 자동화 도구(시스템 엔지니어링 소프트웨어)의 사례 조사 연구와 병행하여 발전 동향을 분석하였다.

본 연구에서 제안하는 의사결정지원도구는 의사결정과정에서 발생하는 문제점들을 효율적으로 해결해 줄 수 있으며 기존의 의사결정지원도구의 단점들을 고려하여 설계한다. 발생하는 아이템 설명을 알 수 없거나, 투표자의 투표이유 또한 알 수 없는 것과 같은 문제점을 효율적으로 해결할 수 있도록 고려하여 설계하였다.

뇌전도(EEG), 심전도(ECG) 와 같은 생체 전기신호는 카오스적 특성을 가지고 있으므로, 신호특성 분석에 비선형 도구를 사용하므로 의미있는 정보를 얻을 수 있다. 분석하는 데에는 주파수 특성, 변이 특성과 같은 생체시스템의 상태를 검증하는 방법이 주로 이용되어 왔다. 이에 본 연구에서는 심장 맥파의 RR 간격의 값을 획득하여 비선형 분석하는 도구로 Hurst Exponent 값의 변화를 모델화 하여 두 개의 비교대상 집단을 대상으로 차별성을 검출하는데 그 목적이 있다.

본 논문은 보안제품 적합성 검중을 위한 자동화 도구를 리눅스 기반에서 구현하였으며, 구현된 적합성 검증 자동화 도구를 이용하여 TCP/IP 5Layer중 IP Layer 이상의 계층에서 보안성을 제공하는 제품들에 대한 무결성 테스트를 실시하였다. 그리고 CC(Common Criteria) 기반의 적합성 검증 절차를 연구하여 구체적인 보안제품의 보호파일에 대한 제안을 제기했다. 구현된 적합성 검증 자동화 도구를 이용하여 개발된 보안제품의 안정성을 테스트할 수 있으리라 예상되며, 제안된 보호파일은 구체적인 평가항목으로 국가기관에서 보안제품의 평가 시 사용될 수 있으리라 예상된다.

지난 몇 년간 HCI 분야에서 사용자 경험 (User Experience)이라는 용어는 전통적 의미의 사용성부터 심미적, 유희적, 감성적 그리고 기술 사용을 포함하는 사용의 전반적인 경험을 일컫게 되었다. 기술 성숙과 더불어 제품의 빈번한 상호작용으로 인해, 사용자는 제품의 도구적 의미의 유용성과 사용성에 대한 기대 충족 뿐만 아니라, 심미성, 감성 등 사용자의 내재적 가치까지 만족시켜주길 원한다. 본 연구는 사용자의 실용적인 목적 뿐만 아니라, 내재적 가치까지도 고려한 전체 사용자 경험 연구를 위해, 제품의 '도구적 요구 관점' 과 '비도구적 요구 관점' 을 함께 고려하고자 한다. 비인간 대상을 사람으로 간주하는 의인화 (Anthropomorphism) 연구에서는 대상을 도구적임과 동시에 비도구적으로 대하려는 현상을 보여준다. 이런 의인화 연구들을 착안하여, 본 연구는 의인화의 의의와 도출 과정을 살펴보고 HCI 분야에서 왜 의인화 관점의 연구가 중요한지, 사용자들은 언제 어떻게 사용하는 제품을 의인화하려는지 다른 분야의 의인화와 비교 설명하려 한다. [연구 1]에서는 2 개국 (독일, 인도) 에서 4 개의 디지털 기기 (핸드폰, MP3 플레이어, TV, 냉장고) 사용자를 대상으로 Contextual Interview 를 실시 후, 분석하여 국가별 디지털 기기 별 주요 의인화 요소들을 도출하였다. [연구 2]에서는 의인화 관점의 분석 결과가 문화적 차이에 따라 어떤 영향을 받는지를 검증하기 위해 [연구 1]의 통일 2 개국에 문화적 성향 측정을 위한 설문을 실시하였다. [연구 1]과 [연구 2]의 결과를 통해 HCI 분야에서의 의인화 관점 연구의 의의와 프레임웍을 설명하고, 문화적 차이를 반영한 제품의 의인화 가이드라인을 제시하고자 한다.
