This study alms to perform Business Process Reengineering and to develop tourism statistics information system through the development of tourism statistics process design supporting tool. With this tool, we can manage tourism statistics systematic and integrated. Also it offers a tourism decision making supporting tool. Tourism statistics process design supporting tool consists of information provider, information maker, and information user. This tool can improve bossiness process, and rationalize system architecture. 49 business processes were designed and a database which connected with outside system was designed by this supporting tool. By these means, this tool provide more reasonable and effective decision making tool, when it comes to plan tourism development.

Public libraries and the Library & Information Sciences departments at Korean universities are increasingly interested in the application of a variety of bibliotherapy methods. Bibliotherapy serves as a therapy to understand a client and participants basic material sources and the effects of that particular treatment (necessary for program verification of psychological tools utilized). Its design is based both on literature selection and employed activities tools. Currently, bibliotherapy has been used mainly as a method to understand and diagnose a client and participants using simple and uniform questions. The development of appropriate and, possibly, additional assessment tools and report forms required for bibliotherapy evaluations in this study will be applied to actual case scenarios to determine the validity of this program and/or tools.

Recommended book lists make 'a good book' known and help choose the books. Currently, the recommended book lists published by various institutions are primarily used as the selection tool for choosing children's and young adults' book in many libraries and schools. Considering this reality, I examined the present production condition of the recommended book lists and evaluated whether they were suitable as a selection tool. Afterwards, I suggested the development methods about how the recommended book lists will be developed for them to function as a selection tool.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the development direction of a BIM performance assessment tool. To do this, a series of focused group interviews were conducted with BIM experts in South Korea regarding the objective, characteristic, potential problems of a BIM performance assessment tool. A survey questionnaire was developed based on the focused group interviews and distributed to practitioners through four different occasions. The survey results showed that there were the significant differences between practitioners by their field and years of experience about the objective, characteristic, potential problems of a BIM performance assessment tool. Based on the survey results, the consideration factors for developing a BIM performance assessment tool was suggested.

이 연구의 목적은 Motor-Free Visual Perception Test (MVPT)와 Mariannene Frostig Developmental Test of Visual Perception (DTVP)을 사용하여 뇌성마비 아동과 정상아동의 시 지각 능력의 차이를 알아보고, 뇌성마비의 사지마비군과 양하지마비군, 그리고 정상아동군에서 두 평가도구의 결과에서 제시한 시 지각능력의 차이를 비교하기 위한 것이다. 뇌성마비 아동 21명(사지마비 11명, 양하지마비 10명)과 정상아동 8명을 대상으로 하였다. 대상의 연령범위는 4세에서 8.5세이었다. 시 지각 능력을 평가하기 위하여 운동기능을 포함하지 않은 MVPT와 운동기능을 포함한 DTVT를 사용하였다. 평가과정과 방법은 표준화된 지침서에 따라 수행하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS를 사용하여 Wilcoxon signed rank test와 Mann-Whitney, Kruskal-Wallis를 하였다. MVPT와 DTVP의 지각지수를 뇌성마비 아동과 정상아동을 비교한 결과 뇌성마비 아동의 지각지수가 정상 아동보다 유의하게 낮았다. 아동의 교정연령과 MVPT와 DTVP의 지각연령의 차(CA-PA)를 사지마비군, 양하지마비군, 그리고 정상군과 비교한 결과 정상군에서는 두 평가도구 간의 차이가 없었으나, 사지마비군에서는 두 평가도구 사이에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 이 연구의 결과는 뇌성마비 아동의 시 지각능력을 평가하기 위한 도구로 MVPT의 사용을 제시하였다.

When using computer-supported collaborative learning(CSCL) tool where learners with different perspective are discussing in the same place, it is difficult to catch connection between specific position of learning content and written message by learners, share each other knowledge and opinion. This study investigated the phenomena responsible for causing "Un-shared knowledge" by literature research and designed collaborative representation tool based on described principle. A version of the Mediated annotation tool was developed for each problem identified and was subsequently tested by software evaluation standard and F.G.I. Final mediated tool will contribute to overcome knowledge sharing barriers, facilitate communication among students and describe high quality solution.

In this paper I have researched the problems from education in Operating System and the Use of Tool that Korean 5GL Program Tool was better than Foreign Program Tool on functions and peculiarity, merits and demerits. I have a research and analysis of students response about the Using of Tool, Coding(Script), Application Programming in college education whose have had existing Foreign Tool. Also. I propose that the alternative plans which analyze out opinions from teaching professors and program developers.

In these days, there are explosive growths of Internet users. But the damages of hacking are on the increase lately too. In this thesis, We designed and implemented Sniffing detection and Management Tool, Which ran search an invasion by sniffing in Local LAN environment. The Implementation of Sniffing Detector and Management Tool are composed of two modules. In other words, They are Sniffing Detector Tool and Sniffing Management Tool. The Sniffing Detector Tool discovers implementation of the Sniffing from optional host to Sniffing Detector host. And The Sniffing Management Tool displays information of Sniffer on Web_Browser.

The objective of this research is to develop a measurement instrument for service recovery quality in the Internet commerce setting. To this same end, Parasuraman et al.(2005) have devised a scale called E-RecS-QUAL, which we revised and supplemented to develop another instrument named eSR-Q. To guarantee its reliability and validity, this instrument went through the refinement and validation processes for internal consistency and construct validity in terms of convergent, discriminant, and nomological validity. Our final scale consists of four dimensions including responsiveness, compensation, contact, and apologies altogether with fourteen measures. Overall, this research deals with the related research background, the scale development and validation processes, its limitations, and future research directions.

This paper aims at developing a valid evaluation tool which has reliability to measure the tendency of cyber bullying that is on the increase recently. After setting up the concept of cyber bullying and exploring its factors by reference to advanced research, we developed the draft tool through modifying by the expert group. By conducting several surveys using this evaluation tool, we have verified the reliability and validity of our tool. And we also have developed an evaluation tool to measure its tendency. As a result, the complementary evaluation tool of cyber-bullying tendency was proposed with more advanced and accurate test.
