본 연구는 대형 유통상업시절에 멀티플렉스 영화관등 잡객시절을 복합개발에 따른 효과를 분석하는데 중점을 두었다. 국내외 문헌연구자료와 실제 사례시절 고객조사를 통한 실증분석을 하여 잡객시절의 효과를 규명함으로서 복합유통상업시절의 개발전략에 적용할 수 있는 전략요인들을 파악하였다. 향후 복합유통상업시절을 개발하는 경우 상권특성을 물론 개발시절의 목표객층과 상품특성 등을 면밀하게 분석하여 잡객시절의 복합여부 및 적절한 시설선택이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

자율운항선박의 상용화 및 운항을 위한 기술 인증기준, 운항 법적 근거, 보험제도를 마련하고 국제기구의 효과적인 대응전략을 개발하여 자율운항선박 도입의 기반 마련하기 위하여 자율운항선박 국제표준화기술개발 과제가 수행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 자율운항선박의 기술이 개발되어 국제해사기구(IMO)의 의제화가 되는 절차와 국제표준화기구(ISO, IEC 등)의 표준개발이 완료되기까지 하나의 협력체계로서 효율적으로 완성이 되기까지의 일련의 과정을 보인다. 특히 수립된 협력체계가 체계적이고 효율적으로 운영 되도록 중장기적 관점에서 전략을 수립하고 개발된 기술이 산업계까지 연결되어 활성화 되도록 하는 플랫폼의 구축과 운영에 관하여 제안하고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 정부주도 에너지연구개발사업의 기획 시 활용 가능한 기술개발전략도출 모형을 제시하고, 실용화를 앞두고 있는 대체에너지기술인 고분자전해질 연료전지를 대상으로 모델의 실용가능성을 점검하였다. 그 결과 각 중점기술개발과 제별 기술환경특성이 고려된 추진전략 및 투자전략을 도출해 낼 수 있는 유용성이 입증되었다. 특히 본 연구의 모형은 그간 전문가의 직관적 판단에 의존하여 이루어지던 기술개발과제 도출과정을 AHP 분석을 이용하여 체계적이고 객관적인 방법으로 개선하였으며, 이와 연계된 국내외 기술수준 및 기대효과, 국내 가능성 평가를 통해 기술개발 추진전력을 수립할 수 있는 특성을 가지고 있다.

Defense R&D investment is expanding. This shows that major countries are preparing for future warfare by securing high-tech technologies and developing new concept weapons systems. In particular, it is expected to accelerate the development of the technology of the 4th Industrial Revolution in the future, and Korea needs its own ability to develop advanced weapons and medium- and long-term investment strategies to prepare for future warfare. The defense science and technology strategy will be established every five years. The strategy-dependent R&D drive has limitations in replacing the rapidly changing security environment and changes in science and technology. This study proposes an investment efficiency process to proactive incorporate information into R&D strategies with a focus on implementing policies and changing security threats, while maintaining continuity in which strategic and focused areas are linked to core technology development. The process can quickly reflect the needs of technological change, the security environment and defense policy. The process can be used to efficiently allocate defense R&D budgets and establish strategic investment directions.

미국, 유럽, 일본 등 우주개발 선진국들의 우주를 이용한 우주과학연구 현황을 파악하여 세계적인 우주과학 연구 현황과 추세를 파악하고, 이를 통해 우주를 이용한 한국의 우주과학 연구 전략을 도출한다. NASA, ESA, JAXA 등 우주선진국 우주기관들의 세계적인 우주과학연구 추세, 전략, 우주과학연구의 최전선(Front Edge)이 무엇인지를 파악하고, 국내의 우주개발 예산, 산업과 안보에 필요한 전략기술, 우주과학계의 희망 등을 종합하여 우주를 이용한 최적의 우주과학 연구 분야를 도출한다.

I analyzed the relationships among motives, strategies, and performances of the university-initiated R&D activities in the Information Technology Research Center(ITRC) Projects. I suggested a research model and 3 hypothesis about them through analysis of a lot of literatures. And I also made an empirical test on the hypothesis through statistical methods. The data which were used in this analysis were gathered through a questionnaire survey to the head of R&D projects in the ITRCs. I would make several useful suggestions to the head of university's ITRCs and the policy makers. Firstly, the type of university's R&D strategy were influenced from several motives such as technology development and acquisition, co-utilizations of research facilities, and utilization and rearing of the expertise. Secondly, to select an optimal type of R&D strategy, the university should considered the efficient methods which were related to forecasting market size of new product and new technology, and to using the useful information on technology development, and to securing the expertise. Thirdly, the researcher and manager of ITRCs had to recognize the correct forecast of future market size of new product and new technology and a useful information about technology development, as the most important factors in improving performances of R&D projects. Lastly, They had to make an effort of getting the efficient methods to secure the expertise, research facilities, and rational compensation system.

오늘날 기업에서의 인터넷 비즈니스는 매우 중요하다. 현재 대부분의 기업에서 e-Business를 추구하거나 준비중이고, 또한 많은 기업에서 인터넷 전담팀을 구성하는 등 e-Business에 매진하고 있다. 하지만, 수익모델의 부재와 체계적인 e-Business 전략의 부족으로 노력과 투자한 만큼의 성과를 올리지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 체계적인 e-Business 전략수립을 위한 방법론을 개발함으로써 효과적인 전략수립과 e-Business 활성화에 기여하고자 한다. 본 연구의 내용으로는 첫째, 놀란의 정보시스템 성장단계론에 근거하여 인터넷 비즈니스 역시 비즈니스 기능차원에서 성장한다는 차원에서 인터넷 비즈니스 성장단계 모델을 탐색적으로 분석하였다. 둘째, 인터넷 비즈니스 성장단계 모델에 근거하여 단계별 인터넷 비즈니스 수준을 기능 중심으로 평가할 수 있는 모델을 개발하였다. 마지막으로, 분석결과를 종합하여 인터넷 비즈니스 경영전략을 수립하기 위한 방법론을 제시하였다.

유럽연합은 1990년대에 접어들면서 미국과의 경제 격차가 점차 확대되자 미국을 따라잡기 위해 리스본 전략을 채택하였다. 이 전략의 목표는 유럽의 정보화를 통한 성장, 고용, 사회적 참여로 요약할 수 있다. 리스본 전략에서 제시된 정보화 모토는 정책과 연구개발을 2개의 기둥으로 하고, 이 두 영역간의 긴밀한 상호협조를 통해 유럽정보화의 시너지를 창출하자는 것이었다. 정책 부문은 리스본 전략에서 출발하여 신 리스본 전략, i2010 전략으로 발전되어 왔으며, 이에 맞추어 연구개발 부문은 FP5, FP6으로 발전되어 오다가 현재는 FP7이 시행되고 있다. 본 고에서는 FP7의 ICT 연구프로그램에서 제안하는 도전과제와 미래기술전략을 소개하는 한편, 그 정책적 시사점을 도출하였다. FP7 ICT 연구프로그램은 유럽이 차세대 ICT 및 그 사용에 있어서 세계 선도 그룹에 들기 위해 극복해야 할 7가지 도전과제를 제안하고 있다. 이들 도전 과제들은 크게 업계의 기술 목표 및 사회경제적 목표 달성을 위한 과제로 이분할 수 있으며, 향후 10년 간의 목표와 성과물을 제시하고 있다. FP7 ICT 연구프로그램 중 '미래 및 새로 부상하고 있는 기술(FET)' 프로젝트는 예상하지 못했던 아이디어와 발전에 효과적으로 대응하기 위하여 '개방형 FET프로젝트'와 '전 방위적 FET 프로젝트'의 두 가지 상호보완적 플랜을 운영하고 있다. 본 고에서는 이들 프로젝트에 대하여 성과목표, 기대효과, 자금지원 및 예산분배계획을 간략하게 소개하였다. 결론부에서는 앞에서의 논의를 토대로 우리나라의 미래 ICT 기술개발 전략 구상시 참조해야 할 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다.

In the context of the emerging knowledged-based economy or knowledge society, innovations and capacity of the national information system to collect, disseminate, and preserve the most important STM journals are becoming increasingly fundamental determinants of national prosperity and survival. It is essential that the scholarly or scientific communication system must provide the cost-effectiveness access to scholarly journals in support of research and development in Korea.
