연관 규칙 탐사는 이산적인 항목들을 포함하는 트랜잭션 데이터에 존재하는 항목 간 동시 발생 관계를 찾아내는 데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 연관 규칙은 {전항}${\rightarrow}${후항}의 형태를 갖고, 전, 후항은 모두 사전에 정의된 지지도 하한을 만족하는 빈발 항목 집합으로 구성된다. 연관 규칙 탐사에서 문제가 되는 것은 일반적으로 탐사되는 빈발 항목 집합의 개수가 많아지면서 규칙의 개수도 많아지고, 이들 사이에 중복성이 존재한다는 점이다. 따라서 단순히 지지도나 신뢰도 순으로 빈발 항목 집합이나 규칙을 나열하기보다는 항목들의 연관성을 고려하는 것이 분석자에게 보다 도움이 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이를 위하여 연관 규칙 탐사와 함께 계층 군집 분석을 실시하여 항목들 간 연관성을 정리하고, 이를 토대로 빈발 항목 집합들을 나열하는 방법을 제안하고자 한다.

Recent efforts of government to improve economic performance and increase employment through industrial convergence are being promoted actively. However, unfortunately, we have little of quantitative study on the following questions; (1) what is the rate of industrial convergence progressed?, and (2) what is the rate of total effects of industrial convergence spreaded?, and (3) which is the No. 1 industry in the magnitude of inductive effect of industrial convergence? In this study, we have measured and analyzed quantitatively the following questions using patent citation; (1) how is industrial convergence progressed?, and (2) how much has industrial convergence a effect on all industry?, and (3) what is the rate of the inductive effect of industrial convergence? In doing so, decision about industrial convergence has been made using patent citation and the effect of industrial convergence is drawn from convergence I/O table which made by patent citation.

본 논문에서 이용한 프레임워크 기반 통합관리시스템은 네트워크 관리와 분석을 위하여 관리기능, 분석 기능, 관리 및 분석 대상과 관련된 모든 항목을 측정하고 분석하여 예측할 수 있는 기능을 포함하는 시스템이다. 주요 연구방법으로는 세부 항목별로 현황 데이터를 수집, 가공, 분석하였으며, 각 항목간의 연관관계 및 대상별 연관관계를 상세하게 분석하고자 인프레인저(infRanger$^{TM}$)를 이용하였다. 프레임워크 기반통합관리시스템을 이용한 네트워크 트래픽 성능분석은 네트워크 운영에 있어서 성능 저하에 영향을 미치기 쉬운 장비나 구간, 그리고 현재의 문제 가능성이 예상되는 네트워크 자원을 선정하여 상세 분석을 실시하고 문제점을 도출할 수 있도록 하였다. 이렇게 해본 결과 사전에 네트워크에 대한 과잉투자를 예방하고 최적화된 네트워크 환경을 조성하여 관리의 효율성 및 보다 나은 서비스를 제공한다.

Entrepreneurs should continuously invest resource and capital for a long time to get tangible business results. In order to be successful, despite difficulties, it is essential for entrepreneurs to continue entrepreneurial businesses without giving up too early. Thus, it can be said that organizational commitment of entrepreneurs is essential for success. According to previous studies, the organizational commitment of entrepreneurs has a significant effect on organizing, establishments of new firms and new product developments. The purpose of this article is to examine the relationships among learning orientation, innovativeness and organizational commitment of entrepreneurs. Especially, we focus on the mediating effect of innovativeness in the relationship between learning orientation and organizational commitment and the moderating effect of career relevance among the relationships. Based on empirical analysis, we reported the following results. First, learning orientation, innovativeness and career relevance of entrepreneurs had significant positive effects on organizational commitment. Second, it was found that innovativeness of entrepreneurs has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between learning orientation and organizational commitment. Third, using Baron & Kenny's hierarchical multiple regression analysis, we examined the moderating effect of career relevance among the relationships of learning orientation, innovativeness and organizational commitment. Third, because the interaction term was found to be positively significant, it was concluded there is a moderating effect of career relevance between learning orientation and innovativeness. This means, when career relevance was higher than average, the influence of learning orientation on innovation increases even more. Fourth, it was also found there is a moderating effect of career relevance between learning orientation and organizational commitment. However, the results of the mediated moderating effect analysis showed the moderating effect of career relevance between learning orientation and organization commitment is an indirect effect of moderating effect of career relevance between learning orientation and innovativeness mediated by innovativeness.

An analysis of the correlation in port-related industries between minimum wage and employment effects, showed that it was very insignificant. However, there are some differences between commercial and temporary workers, those that are self-employed, and other workers in the private sector. Thus, while commercial workers are somewhat stable, they have a somewhat negative effect on temporary workers and self-employed people. At the Minimum Wage Council, the minimum wage hike is seen as stable because of the interaction between income and substitution effects in the labor market. According to the analysis, the port-related industries were affected more by the global economic recession and domestic economic volatility than the variables related to the minimum wage hike.

In these days startup became one of the most hot issue in business world. The problem is many startup couldn't overcome the valley of death. For this reason many startup want to funded by venture capital. However startup's business is trade secret itself, so they have to make strategic approach to venture capital. The purpose of study is to find the way to make strategic decision for startup. By analyzing the relation between startup's characteristic and venture capital's investment portfolio. Four famous venture capital(Sequoia capital, Lightspeed venture, Firstround and Khosla venture) and their seed invested startup Dropbox, Airbnb, Snapchat, Uber and Instacart was selected for this study. As a result, each venture capital has their own invest category characteristic and their seed funding belong to their category. Moreover, between seed funded startup and 36,4% of 244 past invented company shown vertical relationship, beside 0.5% of past 244 invested company shown horizontal relationship. This result shown the importance of the relation between startup's characteristic and venture capital's portfolio. Startup have to check the venture capital's portfolio for the strategic approach for funding and venture capital have to make mutual positive portfolio for decreasing the risk.

축구 경기에서 패스는 경기력에 있어서 중요한 요소를 차지하고 있다. 특히, 공격지역에서 패스와 경기의 승리가 밀접한 관련이 있을 것이라고 예상된다. 이를 좀 더 객관적으로 분석하기 위해서 2014년 K리그 클래식 전 경기 268경기에 관해서 팀별 패스 관련 데이터를 이용하여 연관성을 분석해보았다. 전체 패스, 공격 1/3 지역 패스, PA지역 패스 횟 수와 슈팅 및 골의 횟 수를 상관 분석 및 다중 회귀분석을 통해 그 연관성을 분석해 본 결과 골 수와 패스 횟 수 사이의 큰 관계는 없는 것으로 나타났다.

This study constructs an expert search system which has a mutual cooperation function based on thesis and author profile. The proposed methodology is as follows. First, we propose weighting method which can search a keyword and the most relevant keyword. Second, we propose a method which can search the experts efficiently with this weighting method. On the preferential basis, keywords and author profiles are extracted from the papers, and experts can be searched through this method. This system will be available to many fields of social network. However, this information is distributed to many systems. We propose a method using multi-ontology to integrate distributed data. The multi-ontology is composed of meta ontology, instance ontology, location ontology and association ontology. The association ontology is constructed through analysis of keyword association dynamically. An expert network is constructed using this multi-ontology, and this expert network can search expert through association trace of keyword. The expert network can check the detail area of expertise through the research list which is provided by the system.

Recently, Mining negative association rules has received some attention and proved to be useful. Negative association rules are useful in market-basket analysis to identify products that conflict with each other or products that complement each other. Several algorithms have been proposed. However, there are some questions with those algorithms, for example, misleading rules will occur when the positive and negative rules are mined simultaneously. The chi-squared test that based on the mature theory and Correlation Coefficient can avoid the problem. In this paper, We proposed the algorithm PNCCR based on chi-squared test and correlation is proposed. The experiment results show that the misleading rules are pruned. It suggests that the algorithm is correct and efficient.

고객의 만족도와 충성도 제고는 기업활동 중 가장 중요한 기능으로 인식되고 있다. 따라서, 고객 이탈율이 높고 신규 고객 확보 경쟁이 치열한 초고속 인터넷 서비스 산업에서는 고객 만족도와 충성도의 증대를 통하여 고객 유지율을 제고하고 이를 통한 장기적인 수익성 증대를 위한 노력의 일환으로 막대한 경영자원을 투입하고 있다. 하지만 실제 서비스에 만족하고 충성도가 높은 고객이 기업의 수익성 확보에 기여하는 지에 관련해서는 그 실증 연구가 거의 이루어지고 있지 않다. 본 연구에서는 국내 한 초고속 인터넷 서비스 회사의 고객을 대상으로, 생존분석(survival analysis)을 이용한 개별 고객의 총 서비스 가입기간 추정을 통해 각 개별 고객의 가치를 산출하고, 이를 기반으로 고객의 만족도와 충성도, 수익성간의 연관 관계를 파악하였다. 분석 결과, 일반적인 예상과는 달리 높은 만족도와 충성도가 고객 서비스 이용 기간의 증대에 기여하지는 않는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 또한, 만족도 및 충성도와 수익성 간에 정(+)의 관계가 존재하지 않는 것으로 나타났다.
