최근 성에 대한 잘못된 정보와 성적행동을 조장하는 유해 환경 속에서 많은 학생들은 심각한 피해를 입고 있으며 성폭력 및 성범죄, 십대임신 등이 사회 문제화되고 있다. 또한 사회발전과 생활문화의 향상으로 초등학교 학생들의 신체적 정신적 성숙이 빨라져 오는 상황에서 체계적인 성교육을 통하여 성에 대한 올바른 지식과 바람직한 태도를 함양하여 성 문제를 사전에 예방할 수 있는 성교육의 필요성이 가정뿐만 아니라 학교에서도 강조되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 초등학교 고학년 발달단계에 맞는 성교육 내용을 바탕으로 고학년 교육과정과 연계하여 재구성하고, 학부모 상담실 등을 만들어 웹상에서 학부모간 또는 교사와 학부모가 다양한 방법으로 연계하여 학생들의 성교육 실시할 수 있는 웹기반 성교육 시스템을 구안하고자 한다. 교사와 학부모의 지속적인 연계를 통한 웹기반 성교육 학습을 동해 학생들의 성에 대한 지식과 태도가 긍정적으로 변화될 것이다.

This study proposes a framework that enables efficient integration and usage of enterprise data using semantic based concept net. Integration of enterprise information that has been increasing geometrically in cloud environment. The concept net is very similar in approaching way to existing ontology. However, it builds correlation between object and concept to help user's information integration retrieval more efficiently. In this study, concept nets are divided into 3 kinds and are applied to the proposed framework independently. The concept net in this study is built in ontology format based on master information concept net, keyword concept net and business process concept net. This concept net enables retrieval and usage of data based on correlation among data according to user's request. Then, through combination of master information concept and keyword concept, it provides frequency trace of keyword and category thus improving convenience and speed of retrieval.

The mobile electronic notice service (MENS) is a service that delivers a mobile electronic notice to a smartphone in the person's name through an authorized electronic document intermediary instead of a bill that was delivered by mail using paper. In order to provide the MENS, information is needed to identify the same user between the sending agency and the authorized electronic document relay. In this paper, we propose a standard for safe conversion and utilization of Connecting Information (CI) used as user identification information for MENS. In the proposed method, it is necessary for the requesting institution to send the electronic notice to provide the resident registration number to the identity verification institution and convert it into the CI. In this case, a safe and efficient MENS will be possible by proposing a review standard and processing method to verify the appropriateness of the conversion of CI. By applying the proposed method to the MENS, it can contribute to service activation and reinforcement of user privacy protection.

In this paper, interactive inverter in series 2 module inverters is proposed. One of two inverters makes equivalent voltage. Another removes harmonics, contained in source voltage, through control inductor current. As a result, it remains only basic frequency voltage to produce the purely sinusoidal current wave. Using 2 module inverters is verified with simulation.

본 연구는 국내 교육과정의 빈번한 변경으로 인해 교사나 학생들이 교육이나 학습에 어려움을 겪고 있는 문제를 해결하기 위해 교육과정이나 교육 단계 등을 온톨로지를 기반으로 자동 연계되어 교육과정이나 체계에 상관없이 교육내용을 접근할 수 있는 방안을 제공한다. 초등.중등.고등학교 간 연계되어야 할 교육내용이 교육과정 변경에 따라 표현되는 상이한 교육과정체계로 인해 다양한 문제를 야기하고 사회적. 기술적 어려움을 가중시키는 것을 완화하고자 본 방법을 제안한다. 본 방법은 교과과정에서 교육 내용의 중심이 되는 성취기준을 기본으로 교육 단원-교육내용 등을 연계하고 또 교육 내용에 따라 제공되는 교육 콘텐츠까지도 연계함으로서 교사나 학생등이 쉽게 교육 내용을 접근하고 사용할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

어질러진 환경에서의 물체 조작은 개방형 과제이다. 어질러진 환경에서는 장애물들에 의한 물체 조작의 실패가 자주 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 어질러진 환경에서 장애물에 의한 막힌 물체 잡기를 위한 작업-모션 계획의 연계 방법을 제안한다. 작업-모션 계획의 연계는 로봇이 실행해야 할 연속된 행위들을 생성하고 이 행위들의 실행 가능성을 확인하는 방법이다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 연계 방법은 1) 실행 가능성 확인을 위해 비-기호적 상태를 포함한 작업 계획 생성, 2) 장애물 처음 위치를 고려한 목표 포즈 생성, 3) 실행 가능성 확인 과정에서 발생한 실패 처리를 위한 재계획 등의 세부 기술들을 포함한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 연계 방법의 높은 효율성을 확인하기 위해 휴머노이드 로봇을 이용한 실험을 진행하고 그 내용을 소개한다.

본 연구는 발주기관과 사내 공급자의 재해경감활동관리체계 연계성 강화에 대하여 연구하고자 한다. 기업재난관리표준에 정하고 있는 공급자 전략에 대한 요구사항을 파악하고, 발주기관과 공급자의 적용사례를 검토 분석하여 재해경감활동관리체계의 연계성 강화를 위한 절차를 도출한다. 기업재난관리표준의 요구사항인 공급자 전략에 대하여 명확히 정의하고, 연계성 강화를 위해서 발주기관과 공급자가 적용하는 절차와 그 절차에 의하여 산출된 결과물을 공유하는 표준화된 절차가 필요하다는 시사점에 대한 해결방안을 연구하였다. 공급자의 재해경감활동관리체계 수립 절차중 중요한 절차의 연계성 강화를 위한 개선안을 제안하였으며, 제안된 내용과 절차를 기업재난관리표준과 관련 규범에 반영할 것을 제시한다

Organization is increasing the authorizing process to use public certificate and bio information. Certificate, has evolved to be able to parallel distributes the bio authentication and portable bio-authentication device. Authentication using an individual's PC and smart devices continue to generalize, while convenience for authentication is increased by comparison Study on cooperation with the security at the network level's a weak situation. If ask authentication method through the cooperation of the public certificate and bio information work with current network access control, there is a possibility to develop a more powerful security policy. by cooperation weaknesses against vulnerable personal authentication techniques on security token in a reliable and secure personal authentication techniques, such as bio-recognition, Bio Information for identification and to prevent exposing a methodology suggest to validate whether or not to carry out in this paper. In addition, organize the scenario that can work with the 802.1x network authentication method, and presented a proposal aimed at realization.

The Public Data Portal(data.go.kr) is a gateway for searching and using public data in South Korea. In 2021, the Ministry of Public Administration and Security established individual portal maintenance plans. Individual portals refer to portals built by public institutions in Korea other than the public data portal. According to the maintenance plan, the Korea Intelligence Information Society, the operator of the public data portal, needs to establish operating and data integration plans to link the public data portal and individual portals. In this study, we investigated the current operating status and data integration methods of the public data portal in South Korea, the United States, the United Kingdom, and France, and proposed that the adoption of a top-down approach is efficient when integrating data. In addition, we divided the specific procedures that should be pursued when integrating data into five stages: determination of data integration standard methods, analysis of metadata status, expansion of operating infrastructure, confirmation of data import, and launch of services.

최근 물류 분야는 국가나 기업의 가치창출의 핵심동력으로 인식되고 있다. 하지만 내륙운송의 경우 정보화시스템의 현대화 및 정보연계는 미진한 실정이다. 국가물류의 효율화를 위해서는 물류흐름상의 정보 단절을 방지하는 것이 중요하며, 각 주체별 물류정보 연계/통합의 필요성이 확산되고 있다. 본 연구는 국가물류 효율화를 위해 각 물류 주체별 정보 현황 및 정보 통합의 문제점을 살펴보고, 물류 정보 표준화 방향성을 제시하고자 한다.
