This paper presents a new linking methodology of direct load control(DLC) and unit commitment(UC) considering system spinning reserve characteristics. To consider system spinning reserve characteristics, we formulate new constraints. And to link DLC and UC, we employed 3-Dimensional dynamic programming which has DLC state, UC state, and stage. As a result, economical DLC and UC schedule of the power system is possible. This method is applied to the test system, and the usefulness of the method is verified.

To link direct load control and economic operation considering system spinning reserve characteristics, this paper presents a new metholodogy. By formulating new constraints, considering system spinning reserve characteristics is possible. And by employing 3-D dynamic programming, linking direct load control and economic operation is possible. As a result, economical DLC and operation schedule of the power system is possible. The usefulness of the method is verified by applying to the test system.

본 논문에서는 필터 임피던스와 공진주파수를 고려한 계통연계형 인버터의 LCL 필터 설계기법을 제안한다. 일반적으로 계통연계 인버터는 고속 스위칭으로 인한 고조파 전류가 출력단에 포함된다. 이러한 고조파를 감소시키기고 출력을 정현파로 만들기 위해 출력단에 수동필터가 사용된다. 제안하는 필터 설계 기법은 필터 인덕턴스를 최소화 할 수 있다. 따라서 수동필터의 부피를 감소시키고 DC링크 전압 이용률 손실을 최소로 할 수 있다. 제안하는 방법으로 LCL 필터를 설계하고 실험을 통해 설계 방법의 타당성을 검증하였다.

This paper related to implementing issue and performance measuring about blended mechanism between networking technology and security technology. We got more effectiveness in overall network security, when applying and composing amalgamated security mechanism between network technology and security technology. The blended method offers $8{\sim}10%$ effective result in network security than the isolated ways of applying relational two technologies. As a result, we suggest amalgamated security mechanism between network technology and security technology, and also, we propose the blended method as a model of more effective way.

최근 정부는 에너지관리의 중요성을 인식하여 수요관리 및 분산형발전시스템을 2015년도 에너지기본계획에 포함시켰다. 이에 따라 K-water는 K-water형 BEMS(Building Energy Management System) 구축을 위한 태양광 연계 ESS(Energy Storage System)를 검토했다. 그리고 BEMS를 시범적용하여 실제적인 분석과 문제점을 고찰하였다. 이를 통해 태양광발전을 연계한 ESS를 이용하여 K-water형 BEMS 모델의 방법론 및 실행방법을 알아보고자 한다.

This paper describes Direct load control(DLC) method including unit commitment. To consider the unit commitment on DLC, 3-Dimensional dynamic programming as a new unit commitment method is developed. And, this method is applied to DLC. As result, optimization of operating schedule with DLC is possible. This method is applied to the test system, and usefulness of the method is verified.

네트워크보안에서 네트워킹기능과 정보보호기능을 분리하여 관리하지 않고 연계하여 종합 메커니즘을 구성 및 적용할 경우 종합적인 정보보호 효율은 시너지효과로 나타난다. 본 연구는 네트워킹 기능과 정보보호기능을 연계하여 정보보호기능을 적용했을 경우의 연동메커니즘 구현방법을 제안하기 위한 것이다. 연동 메커니즘에 의한 보안차단성과는 분리상황의 성과보다 증대되어 나타나므로 네트워크 인프라상에서의 정보보호기능 구현은 반드시 네트워킹기능과 정보보호기능을 연계하여 구성하고 그 성과를 측정, 관리하는 것이 정보보호 성과 관리에 효율적 방법임을 본 연구를 통해 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구에서는, 수문해석모형과 국산 GIS 엔진인 HyGIS와 직접연계를 통해 자료수집 분석, 모의수행 및 결과도시를 일괄적으로 수행될 수 있도록 GIS-수문통합모형을 개발하였다. GIS 기반 수문모형의 자동화를 위해 유역 추출, 하도망 생성, 유출 매개변수의 산정 및 수문모형 진행을 필요한 모든 과정들에 대해서 사용자 인터페이스를 구축하고, 강우자료, 레이다/위성자료, 설계강우 조건으로부터 NGIS를 활용한 수문분석을 위한 NGIS자료의 표준화 과정을 제시하였다. 수문해석을 위한 유역추적방법에는 Clark, SCS, Snyder 방법, 하도추적방법에는 Muskingum, Muskingum-Cunge 방법 등과 같은 실제 실무분야에서 많이 이용되는 방법들이 이용 가능하도록 구성하였다. 수문모형과 NGIS DB와의 Interface 기능을 활용하여 국내 실무분야에 적용함에 있어 편의성과 실용성을 갖춘 모형을 개발을 통해, 수문모형 구축 시 NGIS 자료 및 지형 DB의 표준화 과정을 제시하고자 한다.

증발열량 석탄가스 연료를 사용하는 석탄가스와 복합 발전 플랜트의 성능 및 NOx 배출량을 동시에 예측하기 위한 모사 방법을 제시하였다. 본 방법은 복합 사이클의 열역학적 해석 기법을 토대로, 석탄가스화 복합발전 플랜트의 시스템 연계 및 석탄가스 연소에 의한 탈설계점 효과를 예측하는 모델들을 포함하고 있다. 본 방법에 의한 전산 모사 결과와 천연가스를 사용하는 복합발전소의 실제 시험 결과를 비교함으로써, 본 방법의 예측정확도를 검증하였다. 본 모사 방법을 이용하여, 서로 다른 4가지 석탄가스 연료에 대해, 공기 분리장치와의 다양한 연계 설계 조건에 따른 석탄가스화 복합발전 플랜트의 전체 성능, 운전 안전성 및 NOx 배출 특성들을 비교, 검토하였다.

B2B 전자상거래와 같이 XML을 이용한 정보교환이 확산되고 있으며 이에따라 상호 교환되는 정보에 대하여 체계적이고 안정적인 저장 관리가 요구되고 있다. 이를 위해 XML 응용과 데이터베이스 연계를 위하여 다양한 연구가 XML DTD와 관계형 데이터베이스 중심으로 수행되었다. 그러나 XML DTD가 다양한 데이터 타입 및 표현의 한계 때문에 관계형 데이터베이스와 원활한 연계가 불가능하게 되었다. 그러므로 다양한 데이터 타입과 데이터 표현에 강력한 XML Schema에 대한 연구가 필요하게 되었다. 또한 계층구조를 2차원 정보로 변환하는 방법에 의해서 각 구조화된 정보를 관계형 데이터베이스로 저장하기 위한 데이터 모델링과 XML schema 모델링이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 XML schema로 정의된 XPDL 정의 스키마를 UML로 변환하는 방법론과 UML을 RDB 스키마로 변환하는 방법론을 제시함으로써, 워크플로우 정의 언어인 XPDL 정의 스키마를 토대로 관계형 데이터베이스의 스키마를 확정하는 방법론을 제안하였다.
