This article investigates 170 mental health social workers in order to find out the current status and influencing factors on linking services. The social workers of this study work at different kinds of mental health organizations(mental hospitals, mental health centers, mental rehabilitation facilities, mental residential facilities). The result from the research were 1) the degree of linking services is low, and the primary type of coordination is sharing of information and client referrals. The fund-raising and joint project cases are very poor. 2) based on personal and organizational characteristics, there arc significant differences between respondents' sex, education level, job-related status, experience in mental health field, mental health licence(personal factors), location, type of organization, and type of primary client(organizational factors). 3) the factors affecting service coordination among mental health social workers are experience in mental health field, current job-related experience(personal factors), education, location of organization, type of organization, and history of organization(organizational factors). Finally, the research recommends that establishment of cooperation system, service delivery system, and information network is needed in order to enhancing the function of service coordination among mental health social workers. Also, mental health professional associations and agencies should provide opportunity of discussion and training for mental health social workers, and develop the institutional devices to expand the content and type of service coordination.

스마트 항로표지 서비스를 위한 최적의 데이터 연계 방안은 다양한 연계 기술을 활용하여 스마트항로표지 서비스 확장성, 유연성, 안정성에 있어서 중요한 역할을 한다. 이 연구에서는 다양한 연계 기술을 이용하여 스마트 항로표지 서비스에 최적화된 연계기술을 적용하는 방법을 분석하고 실제 상황에 적용 방안을 연구하였다.

Since the opening of KTX, the number of people coming to KTX stations to use KTX has steadily increased. Passengers have a variety of access modes between a KTX station and their origin/destination. But there is no way to confirm the level of connection strength. So this study examines various connection characteristic variables that can show the connectivity, and examines influencing relationships, and chooses variables that affect connectivity by using a KTX modal split. We will suggest connectivity estimation models between a KTX station and origin/destination based on the selected connected variables.

This paper aims to introduce the basic concept of probabilistic record linkage and its statistical framework, and describe the specific process and principle of performing it using a real example from Statistics Korea. First, we briefly describe the deterministic record linkage and compare it with probabilistic record linkage. We introduce the Fellegi-Sunter model framework for record linkage and the related paprameters: m-probability, u-probability, matched weight and decision rule. Finally, we show the detailed process of record linkage under Fellegi-Sunter model framework and evaluate the record linkage results, using sample data from the registered-based census and Population and Housing Census survey in Statistics Korea.

하천시설의 관리규정(하천법 제 14조)에서는 댐, 보 등의 하천시설물은 하천시설의 관리규정을 정하고 있으며 홍수 재해 방지와 수자원의 효율적인 운영을 위하여 필요시 둘 이상의 하천시설 간 유기적인 연계운영에 관한 관리규정을 정할 수 있다고 명시하고 있다. 또한, 댐과 보등의 연계운영규정(환경부 훈령 제1348호)에서는 댐, 보, 둑높임농업용저수지 등 하천시설에 준하여 시설의 연계운영을 실시할 수 있으며, 갈수 및 홍수로 인한 재해 방지 및 수자원의 효율적인 운영을 위한 방안 마련이 시도되고 있다. 이에, 환경부와 한국수력원자력(주)에서는 한강수계 발전용댐 다목적 활용에 관한 협약을 체결하여 발전용댐의 운영계획 및 발전용댐과 다목적댐간 연계 운영계획을 수립하고 있다. 이에, 발전용댐과 다목적댐간 연계 운영을 통해 최적의 용수공급능력을 파악하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 팔당댐 상류유역에 위치한 댐의 용수공급능력을 분석하기 위해 댐 모의운영과 물수지 모형을 구축하였다. 해당 분석체계를 활용하여 화천댐, 소양강댐, 충주댐을 연계한 운영체계를 구축하여 용수공급능력을 평가하였다. 본 연구결과를 활용하여 용수공급능력 증대를 위한 연계운영 최적화 방안을 마련하고, 가뭄 등 비상상황 발생 시 용수공급조정 및 댐간 연계운영 수립 계획에 반영될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

기존의 영상검지기는 한정된 구간에서 차량을 추출, 추적하는데 본 논문에서 제안한 카메라간 연계 추적 방법은 두 대의 카메라를 서로 연계하여 차량을 추적함으로써 넓은 구간에서도 효과적으로 차량을 추적할 수 있다. 한 대의 카메라는 전방을 검지하고 다른 카메라는 후방을 검지하여 전방 검지영역에서 추적한 차량을 후방 검지영역에서도 연계하여 추적하게 된다. 연계 추적을 위해 전방 카메라에서 취득한 차량의 차선정보와 차량의 대표 gray level 정보를 후방 카메라로부터의 영상 분석시 이용하여 차량 연계 추적을 한다.

세계 각국의 풍력 발전기의 계통연계 운영 경험에 비해 아직까지 우리나라의 풍력 발전 단지에 대한 운영 경험은 매우 제한적이며, 연계 기준 수립에 대한 기초가 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 국내 계통의 특성을 고려한 연계 기준 및 최적 운영 방안의 수립을 위해서는 다양한 국가에서 적용하고 있는 풍력 발전 단지에 대한 연계 및 운영 기준에 대한 검토 및 계통 영향 평가에 대한 절차가 필요한 실정이다. 이에 본 논문은 계통운영자가 풍력발전기를 계통 연계하기 전 그 영향을 충분히 평가하여 허가 여부를 결정하거나 필요한 제어 요건을 갖출 수 있도록 풍력 발전기의 계통 연계 시 그 영향을 평가하는 절차에 대해 제안을 하였으며, 이 과정을 제주 계통 풍력발전 연계 모의 적용하였다.

본 연구는 직역연금 간 이동자의 연금수급권 확보를 위해 도입된 합산 제도의 문제점을 파악하고 이를 해소하기 위한 대안을 제시한다. 합산은 2015년의 연금법 개정으로 연금수급조건이 10년으로 하향 조정되어 그 실효성이 크게 약화되었다. 무엇보다 합산 기간에 대해 최종적으로 연금을 지급하는 직역연금에 재정적으로 불리하여 직역연금 간 재정부담의 형평성의 문제를 야기시킨다. 합산 시 납부하는 합산반납금 또는 수급자였던 자가 합산하는 경우 이체 받는 연금액은 연금지급을 위한 충분한 재원이 되지 못하기 때문이다. 또한 합산은 연금액 이체 시의 정산과 같은 비효율적 업무 혹은 관련 법령의 불완비성에 의해 제기되는 민원과 소송의 원인이 되기도 하는 상황이다. 이에 본 연구는 직역연금 간 합산은 연계로 전환하도록 제도 개선이 필요함을 주장한다. 연계를 통해 연금수급권 확보라는 합산의 도입 취지를 훼손하지 않으면서 합산의 문제점을 해소할 수 있기 때문이다. 그 구체적 방법으로 현재의 국민연금과 직역연금 간의 연계 제도를 확대하여 공적연금 간의 연계 제도로 확대할 것을 제시한다. 이 경우 기존의 법 제도와 정보연계시스템을 활용함으로써 직역연금 간의 연계 제도를 위한 많은 수고와 노력을 줄일 수 있다.

Recently, the building of an intermodal transportation system has become the most important policy in the establishment of a national-wide sustainable transport system. In the case of rail and public transport, an intermodal connecting improvement policy is essential due to the lack of trip completeness. In particular, high-speed rail has brought dramatic changes to the transportation system in Korea and the idea of high-speed rail stations as major transportation nodes to be linked to various travel modes needs to be analyzed in terms of an intermodal network. Thus, this study proposes a new connectivity analysis method to objectively and quantitatively evaluate intermodal connecting performance for high-speed rail in terms of an intermodal network around high-speed rail stations. Seoul, Busan, Ulsan, and Sin-gyeongju stations were designated for a range of spatial analyses; detailed connecting performance indexes of travel modes connecting high-speed rail stations, and the influence sphere of these stations are analyzed, except for internal transfer facilities. Finally, this study proposes a connectivity analysis method that applies the structural equation model and develops a connectivity index.

This paper presents how LOS (Level of Service) of connectivity at railway stations is developed. Based on interview surveys to railway users at 56 railway stations, the catchment areas for railway is defined and MOE (Measures of Effectiveness) is also developed. The MOE is determined to be the weighted access time (min) and LOS "D" was set up between 45 mins and 60 mins. The 56 railway stations is evaluated based on this MOE and most of them is found to be below LOS "E". Finally some guideline for improving the LOS of accessibility. They are an expansions of accessibility facility, an expansion of bus route, an improvement of congestion roads, and expansions of parking lots for automobile users.
