This study examines network compositions of convergent research relationships in the field of high-tech convergence technology and investigates the relational linkages among various research fields. A network analysis was performed to evaluate the High-Tech Convergence Technology Development Program, a convergent research funding program of the National Research Foundation of Korea (NRF); the dataset covered the 2009-2011 period. The analytical results reveal the hidden network structure of convergent research relationships and demonstrate that the formation of convergent research might be enhanced by interdependent pressures placed on various research fields but also by accumulated research capabilities that each of these fields possessed and which could be used to converge specialized and heterogeneous research areas and interests.

In this study, in order to efficiently perform smart city river management, we developed an integrated platform that connects flood analysis models on the web and provides information by converting input and output data into a database. In the integrated platform, a watershed analysis model, a river flow analysis model and an urban runoff analysis model were applied to perform flood analysis in smart city. This platform is able to obtain more reliable results by step-by-step approach to urban runoff that may occur in smart city through the applied model. In addition, since all analysis processes such as data collection, input data generation and result storage are performed on the web, anyone in an environment that can access the web without special equipment or tools can perform analysis and view results. Through this, it is expected that smart city managers can efficiently manage urban runoff and nearby rivers, and can also be used as educational materials for urban outflows.

This study aimed to analyze the contents of clothing and textile areas in practical arts, technology and home economics, and science of home economics courses, and the degrees of vertical connections among them. Totally 21 textbooks were chosen for this study, which consist of fifth and sixth grade practical arts textbooks(one from each grade), sixteen technology and home economics textbooks(eight from each eighth and tenth grade), and three high school science of home economics textbooks. In order to analyze systematically the degrees of vertical connections, clothing and textile areas were divided into 6 large sections, which were subdivided into 48 specific categories(contents) by content analysis. The method of connection analysis was based on development(constant continuity and sequence), repetition (continuity without considering sequence), gap(sequence without considering the continuity of curriculum), and reduction(the lack of both continuity and sequence). The connection analysis were done in 48 categories separatively. In the sections of clothing attire and clothing management, the most categories(46.1% and 44.5%) were evaluated as having connections of reductions. No category was analyzed as development in the section of clothing planning and the most categories(83.3%) had connections of repetitions. In the clothing material section showed to be the section with the most in-depth and expanded content compared to the previous educational levels, with developed categories of 50%. The most degree of connection in the clothing and textile areas of practical arts, technology and home economics, and science of home economics subjects was the development at 29.2%, followed by repetition at 25%, reduction at 25%, and finally gap at 20.8%. Developed categories were relatively more than repetitive, reduced, or gap contents. However, as the connection between grades was not highly outstanding, it was difficult to say that the connection of the curriculum was adequately distributed according to the school grades.

This study aims at providing ideas to develop a new plan after the completion of the first five year School Library Development Plan(2003-2007) initiated by the Ministry of Education(MOE). In doing so, it analyzes cooperative systems and collaborative efforts between school and public libraries in the City of Seoul and its outskirts. Major research methods used are associated with the following (1) case studies in the city of Seoul, Inchon, and the Kyung-Gi province and (2) questionnaire and interviewing techniques for those who are engaged In the collaborative systems. In sum, this study analyzes the strengths and limitations of the cooperative systems in different regional areas. It also suggests ideas to improve the shortcomings of current systems.

신설 선로와 기존 선로와의 계통 연계시 상 배치에 따라 연계 후 발생하는 급격한 영상전류의 증가로 인하여 지락계전기의 동작 같은 계통에 악 영향을 미치는 현상이 일어난다. 이 논문은 송전선로의 연가철탑을 이용한 역상배치 시행여부에 따른 계통 해석과 상시 불평형률을 문경 변전소 신설에 따라 10월 가압 목표로 시공 중인 송전선로의 $1{\pi}$분기와 관련하여 ${\pi}$분기시의 이상적인 송전선로 상 배열을 분석한다.

비균등 에러 보호에 의한 IMT-2000용 CDMA 순방향 링크의 성능개선 방법을 나타 내었다. 제안된 방법의 성능은 다경로 페이딩채널 및 BPSK변조에 대한 CS-ACELP 음성부 호화기 및 RCPC 채널부호화기를 이용하여 분석되었다. CS-ACELP 부호화기의 비트 에러 감도 정보에 근거한 연계성능분석 결과제안된 방법은 SEGSNR이 0.4∼1dB 개선되었다. 또 한 총전송율 및 전력제어비트를 펑처링하지 않고도 기존 구조를 유연성있게 변경 가능하다.

A purpose of this study is to examine the effects of job embeddedness on job satisfaction and turnover intention of construction IT worker and to verify the effects of job satisfaction as intervening variable on turnover intention. To achieve the purpose of this study, field survey was performed. To summarize the results of this study is as follows. First, if job embeddedness of construction IT worker (fit, links, sacrifice) in a workplace is high, turnover intention will be low; the result shows that there is a relation in relation level 0.00. Second, if job embeddedness of construction IT worker (fit, links, sacrifice) in a workplace is high, job satisfaction will be high it was excluded in working period links as there was no relation, but there was a statistical relation in service links, fit, and sacrifice for an organization. Third, if job satisfaction of construction IT worker in a workplace is high, turnover intention will be low this hypothesis can be adopted as there was a statistical relation. Fourth, job satisfaction works on the effect of job embeddedness (fit, links, sacrifice) on turnover intention as intervening variable.

본 논문에서는 새로 개발된 전력품질 보상 장치의 성능을 실험실에서 효과적으로 분석하기 위해 필요한 새로운 부하모의장치를 제안하였다. 제안하는 부하 모의장치는 2대의 PWM 인버터가 직류 단을 공유한 구조로 선형과 비 선형부하를 단일기기로 시험 가능하도록 설계되어 있다. 그리고 전력품질보상기의 하나인 능동전력필터와 연계시험을 수행하였다. 본 논문에서는 제안하는 부하모의장치와 능동전력필터의 연계 특성을 분석할 목적으로 PSCAD/EMTDC 소프트웨어를 이용하여 시뮬레이션 실시하였고 또한 실적용시 타당성을 검증할 목적으로 20kVA 용량의 부하모의장치와 10kVA용량의 능동전력필터를 제작하여 실험을 실시하였다. 시뮬레이션과 하드웨어 실험결과 제안하는 부하모의장치는 능동전력필터의 다양한 보상 능력 검증에 충분히 활용가능함을 알 수 있었다.

The objective of this study was to develop curriculum for successful articulation education program between department of information processing in Daejonsinil vocational high school and school of computer & communication in Hyechon College. This study was carried out through review of literature, survey and discussions with panels of judges composed of experts in the related fields. Gap analysis was used to interpret the survey results. Based on the results of this study, several educational needs and recommendations for articulation education of computer & communication area both in vocational high school and college were suggested.
