The purpose of this study was to derive and analyze the hub facilities that occupy major positions in the vehicle movement networks of livestock facilities. For this purpose, this study used the KAHIS data provided by Animal and Plant Quarantine Agency. The hub facilities were derived from the degree centrality & betweenness centrality. The analysis results are summarized as follows. First, in a livestock facility's vehicle movement network, there are a small number of hub facilities with very high centrality indicator values compared to other facilities. Second, the hub facilities based on the degree centrality are the feed factory, the milk collecting center, slaughterhouse, slaughterhouse for chicken, and livestock markets. Third, the hub facilities based on the betweenness centrality are the livestock markets, the feed factory, and slaughterhouse. Fourth, hub facilities based on the degree centrality are concentrated in a particular area, but the hub facilities based on betweenness centrality are distributed relatively evenly.

인터넷은 트래픽의 유형과 내용에 대해 대체로 중립성을 지켜왔다. 이러한 인터넷의 망중립성은 콘텐츠 및 애플리케이션과 네트워크의 선순환적 발전을 유도하여 인터넷의 비약적 혁신과 성장을 가능하게 하였다. 그러나 최근 들어 스마트TV와 같은 새로운 서비스가 등장하여 데이터 트래픽이 급증함에 따라, 망에 대한 투자 주체로서 이에 따른 권리와 함께 망의 연결성 책임에 따른 망 관리가 필요한 통신사업자와 망의 공공성을 강조하는 콘텐츠/애플리케이션 사업자간에 갈등이 발생하고 있다. 본고에서는 이러한 갈등을 해결하기 위한 망중립성 정책 개념의 진화 체계와 각국의 망중립성 정책을 살펴보고, 스마트 TV 등장에 따른 망중립성 이슈가 무엇인지를 설명한다. 또한 글로벌 이슈화 되고 있는 망중립성 정책을 우리나라에서는 어떤 방향에서 보완해야 하며 그 목표는 무엇이 되어야 하는지에 대해 제언 한다.

This study comprehensively analyzed the perceptions of Chinese consumers who have and have not purchased Samsung smartphones, based on data from the social media platform Weibo. Various big data analysis techniques were used, including text mining, frequency analysis, centrality analysis, semantic network analysis, and CONCOR analysis. The results indicate that positive perceptions of Samsung smartphones include aspects such as design aesthetics, camera functionality, AI features, screen quality, specifications, and performance, and their status as a premium brand. On the other hand, negative perceptions include issues with pricing, a yellow tint in photos, slow charging speeds, and safety concerns. These findings will provide a crucial basis for making significant improvements in Samsung's market strategy in China.

This article aims to explore the connectivity and centrality between environment law and spatial law, where make implications in environmental planning. To achieve it, we used Network Analysis(NA) as a tool for analyzing the connectivities. 52 environmental Laws and 29 Spatial Laws are selected and used for this analysis. This study also attempts to explain the phenomenon through quantitative study rather than qualitative research. This paper is methodologically the first attempt to Environmental Law study, which will help to understand the structure of complex Environmental Law. The result of the network analysis for connectivity between Spatial Law and Environmental Law demonstrates that two laws are in less mutual relationship with each other. It also supports that Environmental Law and Spatial Law need to be closely connected with each other for effective environmental management.

The study aims to identify key players through the last five passes when entering shooting circles in Korea and top four countries participated in the Rio Olympics. First, the analysis code was created using the Sports code to analyze the 29 games including Korea and the top 4 countries among 33 games. Second, Ucinet 6 has been used to analyze the Closeness Centrality of each country. The results of the study show that Korea is a key player in No.13 FW, New Zealand in No.1 MF, Germany in No.5 DF, Netherlands in No.9 MF and U.K in No.8 MF. In particular, the two teams that advanced to the finals saw their proximity center index average over 60. Based on these results, it is expected that the analysis of women's field hockey matches will serve as a tool to identify key players.

This paper proposes new algorithms of accessibility indices to analyze the connectivity of the Korean highway network. First of all, we find a transportation network that presents Korea's highway network in graphs in 2011 and 2017. And we analyze and compare the nation's highway network in 2011 and 2017 using concepts such as associated number, the relative distance, the accessibility, the degree of connectivity, the index of dispersion, the diameter of graph theory. To do this, an algorithm is presented which can easily obtain various accessibility indices from a given transportation network. Using the simulation results of this study, we can find city that is the center of traffic in the highway transportation network. In addition, cities that are included in the network but are relatively underdeveloped can be found and used as basic data for enhancing the connectivity of the nationwide traffic in the future. Moreover, the proposed algorithms of accessibility indices, which are modeled on highway transport networks, can help identify the accessibility space structure of each city and provide criteria for efficient and reasonable selection of alternatives in various regional planning processes, including transportation.

Existing researches on movie genre have been focusing on the relationship between a specific genre and performance of a movie. However, most of films cross into multiple genres and new approach is needed for analyzing a genre network. In this study social network analysis was used to analyze the genre centrality and its relationship with movie performance by developing a genre network, i.e. network among multiple genres constructed via genre co-occurrence pattern in a specific movie. Three index of genre centrality, eigenvector centrality, degree centrality, and bonacich power centrality, were tested for the valued genre network. Results showed that the relationship between genre centrality and movie performance appeared to be inverted U-shaped. This empirical finding is in line with the theory of ambidexterity which emphasizes the balance of exploration and exploitation. In addition, this study can provide practical implications for movie producers, distributors, and theaters that need to develop genre strategies.

Recently, the necessities of gathering, producing, and sharing criminal information are critically important as intelligence functions of police agencies to improving public safety and national security. However, the inadequacies and barriers within which police agencies have in regard to intelligence functions impede criminal information gathering, intelligence producing within their agency, and intelligence sharing with other agencies. In this study, we analyzed informal networks constructed from a survey dataset of information and intelligence sharing among officers in police agencies. The results revealed the different structural properties of intelligence networks between police agencies. We did find that officers with high indegree and outdegree in a network played critical role on the dynamics and degree of intelligence gathering and assessment responsibilities. Finally, we could find evidence that the potential role of intermediary triggered relational dynamics for developing and sharing critical information among all police agencies.

Focusing on the individuals' structural positions and roles in the internet discussion network, this research explores whether and how the opinion leaders' network characteristics are associated with the message quality and interpersonal influence in terms of attention-drawing and response-generation, which prior studies often failed to fully explicate. Findings suggest that discussion participants with high message quality occupy more central positions in the discussion network, thus enjoy more attention and responses of other following participants. However, opinion leader's network centralities, which tap the structural positions and unique roles in the online discussion network, systematically mediate the effect of the message quality on interpersonal influence. Moreover, significant interaction between opinion perception and network centrality was found only on the majority opinion group, rendering the entire discussion structure toward more enclaved deliberation and group polarization. Taken together, the results imply that the influence of the online opinion leader can only be substantiated with participant's central positions in the discussion network, which has been ignored by the prior opinion leadership research.
