Though the SNA (social network analysis ; SNA) has been used for various fields, esp. social science field, ig. politics, journalism, and science of public administration as well as natural science field, there are few studies about the introduction of analysis tools. In order to perform the SNA, collecting data which are fit for the purpose, statistical values deduction and visualized results made by analysis tool are necessary, but the studies, which explain them systematically, are not sufficient yet. So, in this study, we are intended to introduce the analytic process, from the data input to the interpretation, with proven data. using the R program, which is free, in order to help researchers who have any plan to study using the SNA. The proven data in this study are quoted ones in the domestic scientific journals of food, which are those supplied citation index DB of Korean scientific journals. As a study methodology, the SNA is a new paradigm to substitute existing research methods as well as a complement of statistical analysis. Therefore, this study would contribute to vitalization of the SNA.

막대한 투자비용이 소요될 것으로 예측되고 있는 초고속 정보통신 가입자망의 구축을 경제적으로 하는 것은 원가절감을 통해 경쟁에서 유리한 위치를 점하려고 하는 망 사업자의 입장에서 볼 때, 필수적 요건이 아닐 수 없다. 다양한 대체기술 존재와 극심한 수요 불확실성으로 대표되는 초고속 가입자망 시장환경은 망사업자의 투자결정을 늦추게 하는 주요한 요인이기도 하다. 본 연구의 목적은 여러 가지 망 구축 기술대안을 평가하기 위한 경제성 분석 절차에 대해 살펴보고 특정지역에의 시장진입시에 고려할 수 있는 망 구축 진화전략을 경제성 분석으로 연결시킬 수 있는 경제성 분석 툴 개발에 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 공공도서관에서 활동하는 강사간의 연결망을 분석하여 이들의 네트워크와 도서관 운영 참여에 관한 상관관계를 분석하는 것이다. 연구 데이터는 우리나라 A시의 7개 공공 도서관에서 활동한 강사를 대상으로 설문조사하여 수집하였다. 데이터 분석은 우리나라에서 개발한 연결망 분석도구인 NetMiner4를 사용하였다. 분석결과 네트워크의 Betweenness Centrality, Eigenvector Centrality, 그리고 In status Centrality가 다른 중심분석 유형보다 상관관계가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 운영참여에 관한 모든 문항의 평균값으로 한 분석 결과는 In Degree Centrality의 관계가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구의 주제는 정보의 관계를 사용자 중심으로 시각화하는 것이다. 생활속에서 제공되는 대부분의 정보들은 보이지 않는 연결성을 가지고 있다. 이런 정보들의 공통적인 특성 및 관계의 연구를 통해 정보의 중요도를 측정할 수 있고, 각 정보의 개체 간의 연결성이 형성되어 인접정보의 접근이 용이해진다. 특히 인간관계는 사회 연결망의 주된 관심사이며, 사회의 각 개체 간 관계를 분석하여 도식화하는 여러 방법론이 제시되어 있다. 이번 연구를 위하여 제한된 사회라고 볼 수 있는 그리스 신화를 소재로 선정하여 등장인물들 간의 관계를 파악하는데 사회연결망 이론을 적용하였다. 하지만 시각화 측면에서 볼 때 현재 제공되는 사회 연결망 분석 도구는 사용자를 고려한 디자인 부분이 배제되어 단순히 정보를 일방적으로 보여준다는 한계를 지니고 있다. 미톨로지아에서는 분석된 자료를 바탕으로 사용자가 정보를 파악하는데 좀더 효과적이고 용이한 시각적인 구성을 가질 수 있도록 시도했다. 사회 연결망 분석법으로 그리스 신화의 인물들이 가진 신분, 출현 빈도, 감정관계 등을 수치화하여 인물의 연결성을 분석하였다. 또한 정보와 사용자 간의 상호작용 기능을 제공함으로써 사용자의 이해도를 높였다. 기본 인터페이스는 인물노드에 쉽게 접근할 수 있도록 4 가지 분류에 의한 인덱스의 형태를 가지며, 인물 간의 세밀한 관계는 선택에 의한 줌-인(zoom in) 기능을 통해 볼 수 있다. 이는 기존의 필터링 기능과는 차별적인 요소로서 직접 관련된 정보 이외의 정보들은 시각적으로 제한되어 사용자가 인물 관계를 빠르고 직관적으로 파악할 수 있다. 미톨로지아는 개괄적인 관계를 보여주는 레이아웃과 부분적이며 상세한 정보를 파악하기에 적합한 인터랙션 방법을 제시한다.

This study is aimed to increase the possibility of using the Christopher Alexander's pattern language. The methodology of this study is (i) to analyze the pattern language by using the network analysis tool in order to understand the complicate network structure of the pattern language, and (ii) to apply the Alexander's method of using the pattern language by using the network analysis tool (Gephi) and to examine the feasibility of the network analysis tool as a tool for using the pattern language. Firstly, as a result of analysing the pattern language, (i) the pattern language classified by pattern number is distinguished by the patterns of towns, buildings and construction, among which the pattern of buildings plays a key function in the networks; (ii) the buildings functions a medium connecting between the towns and the construction; and (iii) the pattern language is divided into 6 sub-modules, through which the user can select a pattern. Secondly, the result of using the network analysis tool as a tool for using the pattern language (i) suggests the new method of using the pattern language by using the network analysis tool (Gephi); (ii) makes it possible to easily figure out the characteristics of the links between the patterns; and (iii) increases the completeness of the pattern language by making it easy to find out the sub-patterns in selecting a pattern.

The knowledge sharing in a knowledge management process is much affecting generation and distribution of knowledge. Especially, the knowledge distribution is being revitalized with the center of social media service like twitter and library service 2.0 in the knowledge-based IT (Information Technology) environment. The present research analyzed the structure and characteristics of a social network inside an organization that is growing like an organism through self-organization through tools for SNA (Social Network Analysis) and multiple regression analysis of independent variables such as 1) a relationship between social network's structure and knowledge sharing, 2) a relationship between structural holes and knowledge sharing influence of centrality, 3) a relationship between individual ability and knowledge sharing of information technology and work recognition.

Ethernet PON(Passive Optical Network)은 최근 들어 활발하게 연구되고 있는 경제적이고 효율적인 가입자망 구조이다. 본 논문에서는 OPNET 시뮬레이션 도구를 사용하여 Ethernet PON 시뮬레이션 모델을 구현하고, 시뮬레이션 한다. OLT(Optical Line Termination)에 연결되는 ONU(Optical Network Unit)의 개수, 트래픽 및 네트워크 파라미터에 대한 ONU의 버퍼 크기(buffer size)를 분석하고, 이 결과로서 실제 네트워크에 적용할 효율적이고 적정한 ONU의 버퍼 크기를 제안한다.

This study aimed to verify the effects of nutritional status, K-ADL, K-IADL, and social network on the life satisfaction of the elderly in home. Total 213 research subjects participated in this study, and their average age was 71.38±5.59. As the methods of analysis, using the SPSS 21.0, this study examined the differences between variables in accordance with the general characteristics, and then verified the correlations between independent variables of nutritional status, K-ADL, K-IADL, social network(family networks, friends networks), and life satisfaction. In order to verify the factors having effects on the life satisfaction of the elderly in home, the stepwise multiple regression analysis was conducted. In the results of this study, in the general characteristics, the life satisfaction showed statistically significant differences in accordance with education(F=5.280, p=.002), economic condition(F=22.407, p<.001), monthly income(F=3.181, p=.015), and subjective health status(F=14.933, p<.001). In the results of verifying the correlation between independent variables, the life satisfaction showed positive correlations with family networks(r=268, p<.001) and friends networks(r=.286, p<.001) while the nutritional status(r=-.222, p=.001), K-IADL(r=-.235, p=.001), and interdependent social support(r=-.283, p<.001) showed negative correlations. The predictive factors on the life satisfaction of the elderly in home included the economic condition(β=.358, p<.001), subjective health status(β=.245, p<.001), interdependent social support(β=-.158, p=.009), and K-IADL(β=-.153, p=.012), and the explanatory power was 30.1%. The regression model was statistically significant(F=23.778, p<.001). Based on such results of this study, it would be necessary to develop programs that could maintain and improve the health of the elderly, and also provide financial support to the elderly suffering from economic hardship, in order to improve the life satisfaction of the elderly in home. Moreover, there should be the concrete measures for vitalizing the community-connected activities for interdependent social support.

Mitologia is about visualizing relations of information in user-oriented method. Most information given in life has invisible relations with each other. By analyzing the common characters and relations of information, we can not only measure the importance of the information but also grasp the overall properties of the information. Especially human relations are the major concerns of social network having several visualization methodologies shown by analyzing relations of each individual in society. We applied social network theory to grasp relationships between characters in Greek mythology representing a limited society. But the current tools of social network analysis have limits that they show the information one-sided way because of the ignorance of user-oriented design. Mitologia attempts to suggest the visual structure model more effective and easy to understand in analyzing data. We extracted connections among myth characters by evaluating classes, frequencies of appearance and emotional links they have. And we raised the understanding of users with furnishing the proper interaction to the information. The initial interface offers 4 kinds of indexes helping to access character nodes easily, while zoom-in function can be used for the detailed relations. The Zoom-in is quite different from usual filtering methods. It makes the irrelative information invisible so that users can find out the characters' relation more easily and quickly. This project suggests the layout to show overall information relationships and the appropriate interactions to present detailed information at the same time.

막대한 예산이 소요되는 거점물류시설의 경우 물류네트워크에 대한 이해를 통한 효율적이고 최적화된 네트워크 구축이 필요하다. 최근 다양한 분야에 많은 관심을 끌고 있는 사회연결망분석은 페이스북과 같은 복잡한 네트워크를 보다 이해하기 쉽게 만들어 주는 도구로 각광을 받고 있다. 본 연구는 네트워크 분석기법을 활용해서 전국 시도별 물류중심지수를 도출하고, 이를 활용하기 위한 방안을 모색했다.
