  • 컴퓨터와 네트워크의 보급이 일반화되면서 인터넷을 통한 정보 전달이 일상생활처럼 되고 있다. 또한 인터넷, 무선통신, 그리고 자료 교환에 대한 증가로 인해 다른 사용자와 접속하기 위한 방식은 빠르게 변화하고 있다. 그러나 기존의 침입 차단 시스템과 침입 탐지 시스템과 같은 시스템 외부방어 개념의 보안대책은 전산망 내의 중요한 정보 및 자원을 보호함에 있어서 그 한계를 갖는다. 이러한 문제점을 보완하기 위해 본 논문에서는 해킹으로 판단되는 침입에 대하여 라우터의 구조적 변경 없이 효율적으로 역추적하여 공격자로부터 능동적으로 정보 및 자원을 보호할 수 있는 iTrace 메시지를 이용한 역추적 시스템을 설계 및 구현 하였다.

  • WiBro has become intentionally standardize as IEEE 802.16e. This WiBro service has been started by a portable internet at home as well as abroad. In this paper, an offender hacker do not direct attack on system on system that It marched an attack directly in damage system because a place oneself in mobile station of portable internet WiBro and avoid to attack hacker's system. At this time, a mobile make use of network inspection policy for back-tracking based on log data. Used network log audit, and presented TCP/IP bases at log bases as used algorithm, the SWT technique that used Thumbprint Algorithm. Timing based Algorithm, TCP Sequence number. Study of this paper applies algorithm to have been progressed more that have a speed to be fast so that is physical logical complexity of configuration of present Internet network supplements a large disadvantage, and confirm an effective back-tracking system. result of research of this paper contribute to realize a back-tracking technique in ubiquitous in WiBro internet network.

  • A serious problem to fight attacks through network is that attackers use incorrect or spoofed IP addresses in attack packets. Due to the stateless nature of the internet structure, it is a difficult problem to determine the source of these spoofed IP packets. While many IP traceback techniques have been proposed, they all have shortcomings that limit their usability in practice. In this paper we propose new IP marking techniques to solve the IP traceback problem. We have measured the performance of this mechanism and at the same time meeting the efficient marking for traceback and low system overhead.

  • As increasing of Internet user and fast development of communication, many security problems occur. Because of Internet is design and development for speed not security, it is weak to attack from malicious user. furthermore attack is more developed to have high efficiency and intelligent. We proposed effective traceback system in network and consider that ability of constitution. Traceback by Selected Router system is consists of managed router and manager system. Selected router marks router ID to packet which passing selected router, and use this router ID for traceback and filtering. Consequently this system reduce damage of attack.

  • 본 연구에서는 TCP Connection을 유지하는 Stepping Stone 형태의 공격을 역추적하기 위해 사용되는 패킷 워터마크를 검출하는 시스템의 구현에 대해서 기술하고 있다. 본 연구에서 사용한 패킷 워터마크는 Sleepy Watermark Tracing(SWT)에서 사용한 virtual null string 형태의 워터마크를 사용하였으며, 이러한 워터마크의 효율적인 탐지 및 분석하는 방법을 설계 구현하였다. 본 연구의 의의는 패킷 워터마크 검출 시스템의 실제 구현을 통하여 TCP Connection Traceback 형태의 침입자 역추적 시스템에 활용할 수 있다는 것이다.

  • Research for the inverse estimation of RF threats and the efficient electronic attack based on the parameters of the electronic information has been active in the electronic warfare (EW) situations. In this paper, an EW transmission simulator is constructed from the modeling of radar threats, EW receivers, and propagation environments with the collected electronic information in order to verify the performance of the inverse estimation algorithm in various and practical EW situations. In simulation results, we show that the range tracking error and angle tracking error are produced within ten meters and one degree, respectively. And also, we show that the changing relations between the angle tracking error and the parameters of the monopulse angle tracking radar such as the beamwidth and squint angle in simulation results correspond with those in the theoretical modeling. Accordingly, the constructed EW simulator can be used to observe the modifying characteristics of the electronic information in transmission environments, and then, to evaluate the performance of the inverse estimation system in various EW situations.

  • DDoS(Distributed Denial-of-Service) 공격은 인터넷을 통한 보안 위협 중 대표적인 분산 서비스 거부 공격이다. DDoS은 해킹 공격자가 공격 근원지 IP 주소를 스누핑하여 공격목표로 하는 시스템의 가용자원을 고갈시키거나 과도한 부하를 유발시커 서비스를 중단시킨다. 이러한 공격에 대한 대응 기술로 제시된 IP 역추적 기술은 DDoS 공격의 근원지를 판별하고 전달된 공격 패킷을 통하여 네트워크상에서 공격 패킷 전달 경로를 재구성한다. 기존의 역추적 기술인 패킷 마킹 기법에서 DDoS 공격에 대한 판별 과정 없이 임의의 패킷에 대해 역추적 정보를 생성 즉 DDoS 공격에 능동적으로 대응하고 있지 못하는 단점에 착안하여 본 연구에서는 SVM 모듈을 적용한 라우터에서 DDoS 트래픽에 대한 판별 기능을 제공하고 또한 DDoS 공격 패킷에 대해 개선된 마킹 기법을 제시하였다. 연구 실험 결과 네트워크 부하를 줄이면서도 역추적 성능을 향상시킬 수 있었다.
