A Study on the Feasibility of Special Classes Evaluation in General Schools in Three aspects of Curriculum and Class-Evaluation Integration (교육과정-수업-평가 일체화의 세 가지 측면에 근거한 일반학교 특수학급 학업성취도 평가의 타당성 고찰)

  • In order for learners with different characteristics to reach meaningful learning, the curriculum - class-assessment must be integrated. In this study, we classified the integration into three aspects: content compatibility, operator convergence, and institutional connectivity, and looked at the status of unifying special classes in general schools from each perspective. As a result of the study, in terms of content suitability, adjustment of the curriculum to those subject to special education-professorial revision-assessment adjustment was not performed well except for subjects where individualization professors were conducted. From an actor's perspective, the ambiguity of the roles of general and special teachers resulted in the inability of curriculum coordinators, educators, evaluators and others to agree or even minimal consultations. In terms of institutional linkage, the authority and role of curriculum coordination, professorial revision, and assessment coordination were unclear except for subjects where individualization professors were conducted. As an alternative to discuss and remedy these problems, it proposed increasing awareness of individualized education, compulsory consultation and institutional readjustment.

Influence that Heuristic Type has on Word of Mouth and Behavioral Intention in Mobile Game - Word of Mouth as a Mediator - (모바일 게임에서 휴리스틱 유형이 구전속성 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향 - 구전속성을 매개변인으로 -)

  • This study analyzed the outcome of 120 persons who used mobile game in order to investigate the influence that heuristic type which affects users' selection has on word of mouth, the influence that word of mouth has on users' behavioral intention and whether word of mouth will play the role of mediation between heuristic type and behavioral intention or not. First, heuristic(representatives, adjustment) type is found to have positive(+) influence on word of mouth (favorableness, reliance, persuasiveness). Second, while reliance word of mouth is found to have significant influence on behavioral intention, favorableness, persuasiveness and word of mouth is not found to have significant influence on behavioral intention. Third, heuristic (representative, adjustment) type is found to have significant influence on behavioral intention. Fourth, only reliance, word of mouth is found to play the role of mediation in the role of heuristic type and behavioral intention. The outcome of this study will help to understand users' behavioral intention selecting game in mobile game market.

  • Agent-based systems technology has generated lots of excitement in these years because of its promise as a new paradigm for conceptualizing. designing. and l implementing software systems Especially, there has been many researches for multi agent system because of the characteristics that it fits to the distributed and open Internet environments. In a multiagent system. agents must cooperate with each other through a Coordination procedure. when the conflicts between agents arise. where those are caused b by the point that each action acts for a purpose separately without coordination. But P previous researches for coordination methods in multi agent system have a deficiency that they can not solve correctly the cooperation problem between agents which have different goals in dynamic environment. In this paper. we solve the cooperation problem of multiagent that has multiple goals in a dynamic environment. with an automatic cooperative coordination model using I reinforcement learning. We will show the two pursuit problems that we extend a traditional problem in multi agent systems area for modeling the restriction in the multiple goals in a dynamic environment. and we have verified the validity of the proposed model with an experiment.

A Case Study on the Parameters Applied to the Estimation of the Peak Flood in a Small Watershed (소규모유역 첨두홍수량 산정시 적용된 매개변수 사례 연구)

  • 기후변화와 도시화에 따른 개발사업으로 인하여 재해 위험성은 날로 증가하고 있다. 이로 인한 재해의 영향을 최소화하기 위해 각종 개발사업 시 자연재해대책법에 따라 사전에 자연재해에 따른 피해를 예방하기 위한 목적으로 재해영향평가 협의가 시행되고 있다. 재해영향평가 협의에서 홍수로 인한 재해예방을 위해 개발사업으로 인한 홍수유출 증가량 검토하고 저감 대책을 제시하게 된다. 이중 소규모 재해영향평가는 면적 5천m2 이상 5만m2 미만의 개발사업을 대상으로 실시되고 있으며, 이를 위한 첨두홍수량 산정 방법으로는 합리식, clark단위도법 등이 사용되고 있다. 소규모 유역의 첨두홍수량을 합리식, 단위도법 등으로 산정할 경우 도달시간이 매우 짧아 홍수량이 과다하게 산정된다. 이를 방지하기 위해 합리식에서는 강우지속기간을 늘리기 위해 일정 유입시간을 고려하고 있으며, 단위도법에서는 유역반응시간을 조정하고 있다. 기존의 연구에서 clark단위도법에서 저류상수 매개변수 보정을 7 ~ 10분으로 적용하도록 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 화성, 양주, 청주지역의 소규모 재해영향평가협의 대상인 공장부지 조성사업의 홍수량 산정시 저류상수 매개변수 조정 사례를 조사하고 그 중 유역의 상황변화를 고려하지 않고 개발 후 매개변수 조정을 10분으로 적용한 10개 사업을 대상으로 선정하였다. 본 연구에서는 개발 후 매개변수 보정량을 10분을 7분으로 변경하여 홍수량을 산정하였다. 10개 사업 홍수량 산정결과 「재해영향평가등의 협의 실무지침 (2021.01, 행정안전부)」에서 제시하는 소유역 비홍수량의 범위인 25 ~ 35m3/s/km2에 8개 사업이 만족되었고, 2개 사업은 개발 후 비홍수량이 제시 범위를 다소 초과하였고, 홍수량의 증가는 4.7 ~ 16.3% 범위로 나타났다. 소규모 유역에서 저류상수 보정량이 홍수량 산정에 미치는 영향이 큰것을 감안하면 유역의 도시화등 상태변화 비율 및 소유역 면적별로 매개변수 조정량을 정량화하는 추가 연구가 필요하다.

  • 일본의 항만 및 연안에서는 대한민국의 연안 항만 VTS처럼 선박항행지원을 위하여 항외 및 항내에 따라 각 영역별로 VTS 관할구역이 구분되어 있다. 이 중 항내를 관할하는 일본 Port Radio의 업무 내용에 대하여 고찰하고, 이전과 다른 일본 Port Radio의 역할 변화(수역이용 조정 업무, 항공국과의 연대 등)에 따른 발전방향에 대하여 살펴본다. 아울러 일본 Port Radio가 현재 직면하고 있는 운용 요원의 교육훈련과 VTS 의사결정 지원 시스템 도입의 필요성에 대하여 살펴봄으로써 일본 주요 항만의 VTS가 보다 안전하고 효율적으로 운영되는 것을 목적으로 한다.

  • Alcohol is so-called "a magic bullet" affecting on the various organs and central and peripheral nervous systems and causes mental illness as well as physiological and psychological dependence. Also, alcohol problem is related with serious social problems including family violence, suicide, loss of job and crimes. Because alcohol use disorder is a common cause of consultation and liaison in general hospital, we could consider alcohol use disorder of one of psychosomatic disorder. Thus, I reviewed the prevalence, rate of consultation, and general consultant and treatment issues in treating patients with substance use disorder in a psychosomatic medicine.

Role accomplishment and job satisfaction of hospice nurse (호스피스간호사의 역할수행 정도와 직무만족도)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to provide the basic information on the improvement plan by identifying the role accomplishment and job satisfaction of the hospice nurses and analyzing the factors that impact such role accomplishment and job satisfaction. Methods: The data was collected of 189 hospice nurses who have been working more than 6 months in 56 hospice programs registered in Korea Hospice Association and Korean Catholic Hospice Association from October to November, 2007 by structured questionnaire which was developed by Ryu(1979), based on the Riehl's nursing role and the research of Choe(2005) on the role of hospice nurse. Results: The role accomplishment and job satisfaction of the study subject were 3.53 point and 3.39 point, respectively. The roles of hospice nurses were accomplished by the order of advocator, nursing care provider, coordinator (cooperation), educator, quality manager, counsellor, administrator, and researcher. The job satisfaction of the hospice nurses was shown highest in the satisfaction of professional status, followed by the satisfaction of the interaction, satisfaction of the task itself, satisfaction of the administrative aspect, satisfaction of the autonomous, and the lowest in the satisfaction of the pay. The role accomplishment of the subjects according to their socio-demographic and job characteristics was found to have a significant difference by their age, marriage status, academic background, and position. It also has a significant difference by whether they play role of coordinator, whether they took whole responsibility as hospice, working experience as hospice/palliative nurse, and the level of hospice/palliative nursing training(p<.05). In the study of job satisfaction of the subjects according to their socio-demographic and job characteristics, the job satisfaction was found to have a significant difference by the increase of age, the number of duties consisting the hospice team, whether they play role of coordinator, whether they take whole responsibility as hospice, the level of hospice/palliative nursing training, and whether they wish to work for as long as possible(p<.05). The role accomplishment and the job satisfaction of the subjects showed a statistically significant positive correlation. (r=.541, p<.01) Conclusion: Raised saiary will be increased hospice nurse's job satisfaction. And we suggest a repetitive study using the identical tool to the equally extracted subjects with same representativeness of each hospice/palliative institute type. For the expanded role and enhanced professional standard of hospice nurses, we also suggest a study on the improvement plan to enhance the roles of researcher and administrator.
