문제 해결이 수학교육의 한 목표로 강조되고 있음에도 문제 해결 지도에 있어서 여러 가지 문제점이 지적되고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이러한 문제점 중의 하나는 문제 해결에 대한 교사들의 이해와 그 역할에 대한 인식 부족을 들 수 있다. 본 연구는 수학적 문제 해결 지도에서 교사의 역할 행동을 비교 분석하고, 교사의 역할 행동이 아동의 활동과 문제 해결에 대한 신념에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 있다.

본고에서는 각국의 제로에너지타운 정책을 비교하고, 제로에너지타운 조성에서 ESCO의 역할과 방향을 모색한다. 특히 주요 제로에너지 타운 중 ESCO의 역할이 컸던 사례에 대해 집중적으로 분석하고 제로에너지타운 조성에서 ESCO가 기여할 수 있는 분야를 조명한다. 이를 통해 향후 국내의 제로에너지 타운 및 ESCO 정책을 설정하기 위한 참고자료와 시사점을 제시한다.

The object of this study is to improve the police administration service and the work performance of police officers, through the analytic ground to increase job satisfaction and to solve the role conflict by setting the role conflict as a main factor among many factors to influence the job satisfaction between the role conflict and the job satisfaction of police officers and explaining the factors of the role conflict.

In this study, to find out the learning effects and difficulties of role play activities to learn the earth's rotation and the sun's apparent motion, the degree of concept understanding through role play activities, difficulties arising from activities collected by interview, and eye movement during activities are analyzed. 22 fifth graders participated in this study and collected and analyzed experimental behaviors, post-interviews, and eye movement data during the role play of the students. The study found that students could explain the rotation and direction of the Earth through role play activities, but it was difficult to explain the apparent motion of the sun. Since it is difficult to perceive the sun's apparent motion through role play activities, the learning effect of the earth rotation role play activity is low.

This study aimed to examine the relationship between students' power types and the roles taken by students in school bullying situation. Four types of power relationship were identified by crossing two dimensions of power relationships among students, which are 'possibility of power acquisition,' and 'need for power acquision.' Salmivalli et al.'s(1996) six particpatants' roles taken by individual student were employed as possible roles for students in school bullying situations. Samples of 1822 cases were analyzed to test the relationships. Results showed that control type youth tend to be bullies, assistants of the bullies, or reinforcers of the bullies; both the followers of bullies and the recluse type youth tend to be victims. Surprisingly influential youth did not take any vivid roles in school bullying situations. Implications as well as suggestions were presented.

지역 R&D 혁신생태계를 조성하고자 정부는 부처별로 다수의 지역 공공 R&D조직들을 다투어 구축하고 있다. 현재 지역 공공 R&D조직은 그 역할과 기능이 명확하지 않고, 지자체는 지역 실정에 맞는 지를 따지기 보다는 "일단 유치하고 보자"는 인식이 강하다. 조직의 구성원은 중앙정부 공공 R&D조직문화 및 운영방식에 익숙해져 있어서, 지역 공공 R&D 생태계와 상호작용, 협력메카니즘 구축에 여러 가지 어려움이 있다. 한국기초과학지원연구원은 지역연구자들에게 근거리 연구지원을 위해 전국에 9개의 지역센터를 운영하고 있다. 지역 R&D 혁신생태계 중 기초과학지원이라는 중요한 영역을 맡고 있다. 하지만, 현재 지역센터는 분석수요 대비 지역센터의 인력 및 인프라 미흡, 유지비용 부족으로 성장의 한계에 부딪힌 상황이다. 현재 지역센터의 역할 재정립에 대한 요구가 크다. 본 연구에서는 기초과학지원연구원의 지역센터에 대한 인터뷰 및 설문조사를 통해 지역 공공 R&D 조직의 역할과 기능에 대해 짚어보았다. 우선 지역센터의 현황과 문제점을 종합적으로 살펴보았다. 그리고 지역센터의 역할과 기능, 지역내 포지셔닝을 살펴보고, 실질적인 운영방안검토 및 새로운 역할과 발전전략에 대해 검토하였다. 본 연구는 앞으로 기초과학지원 연구원의 지역센터를 비롯한 지역공공 R&D조직은 국가차원의 당위적 수직적 역할 외에도 지역차원의 수평적 협력적 역할에 대해 새롭게 조명하고, 지역 관점에서 지역 공공 R&D 생태계와 지역산업까지 그 성과가 이어질 수 있도록 역할전환이 필요하다는 점을 제시하였다.

정보화 사회의 진전과 더불어 정보통신의 역할이 사회에 미치는 파급효과가 갈수록 커지고 있다. 이러한 파급효과 중 최근 주목을 받고 있는 이 방재이다. 특히, 자연재해의 경우 엄청난 재산상 및 인명상의 피해를 가져오게 된다. 하지만, 자연재해가 갑자기 발생하는 경우는 매우 드물다. 따라서, 재해 발생 징후를 탐지하여 이에 신속하게 대처하거나 재해 발생시에 신속한 상황처리가 이루어진다면, 재산상 및 인명상의 피해를 최소화할 수 있게 된다. 이러한 과정에서 정보통신은 커다란 역할을 수행하게 된다. 본 고는 이러한 재해와 관련되어 정보통신, 특히 위성통신과 이동통신이 어떤 역할을 수행하게 되는지에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

With role-based access control, access decisions are based on the roles that individual users have as part of an organization. In this paper, we propose a new RBAC model that a user delegate a permission to another user with function-unit for practical organization. A function-unit delegation is more safe than existing delegations on RBAC model. And FuRBAC model has a authentication to supervise security problems.

RBAC is an Access Control Mechanism for security administration of system resource and technique attracting in commercial fields because of reducing cost and complexity of security administration in large network. Many RBAC's research is progressive but several problems such as the delegation of role have been pointed out concerning the mechanism. It is necessary that a person's role delegate someone with reliability by reasons of a leave of absence, sick leave and the others. But the existing RBAC standards don't give definition of the delegation of roles. In this paper, we propose RBAC model that delegator can delegate subset of role and permission to a delegatee so that more efficient access control may be available.

Separation of Duty(SOD), with delegation, is one of important security principles in access control area. The role-based access control model adopts SOD principle, but it has some problems; SOD concept is inconsistent with role hierarchy, permissions that have no relation with SOD may be restricted, and delegation may violate SOD. We propose permission-based SOD model on role-based access control. We establishes SOD as a set of permissions instead of role level SOD. Furthermore we propose a principle of role activation. It solves SOD problems of RBAC and supports easy implementation of SOD policy.
