오늘날 건강은 생존하는 모든 인간이 지녀야 할 기본권리로 인정되고 있다. 국민의 복지향상이 없는 경제 발전은 국제사회에서도 신망을 얻지 못하는 현대사회에서 국민의 건강수준은 그 사회전체의 문명척도를 의미하는 것이기 때문에 세계 어느곳에서나 인간의 복지 향상과 인권옹호를 위해 여러 가지 형태로 건강사업을 추진하고 있다. 따라서 간호인력은 건강 사업을 수행하는데 있어서 중추적 역할을 하기 때문에 그 교육은 그 어느때 보다도 중요한 과제로 대두 되었다. 간호교육 이념 정립과 제도의 개선을 위해 간호협회와 학계에서는 꾸준한 연구를 계속하여 정책 수립에 반영해왔다. 지금까지의 진료 중심의 간호에서 건강증심의 간호역할로의 전환기에 있음을 인식할 때 바람직한 변화가 올 수 있도록 교육 목표를 설정하는 일에 앞서 간호교육의 역사적 배경과 현재 우리가 처해있는 사회적 위치를 올바로 파악하는 일은 매우 중요하다고 본다.

The purpose of this paper is to compare the library and information education system in Ost-and West Germany. Toward this purpose, first, the historical beginning of library education is intraduced, secondly, library education system after the year of 1879 is descriebed along with theoretical foundation. Thirdly, seperated library education of the public librarian and academic librarian in Germany before and after the I. II World War was descirebed in context with historical and theoretical background and finnaly, in the modern information society. the library and information education of the seperated Ost-and West Germany is descriebed with their curricular.

The purpose of this study is to investigate /l/-deletion in lC clusters which are composed of a lateral followed by consonants at syllable-final position in English. For this, I have analyzed /l/-deletion in words depending on conditions and theoretical analyses such as Sonority Sequencing Generalization, Cluster Simplification, Complex sounds and merger, and Feature Geometry, but they didn't offer a very satisfactory explanation to the phenomenon. Therefore, I adopted a historical approach in order to determine the cause and origin of /l/-deletion in lC clusters, and then as a phonological analysis tool, I relied on the constraints and their ranking in Optimal Theory framework for explaining /l/-deletion in the clusters more consistently. As a result, I can explain the phenomenon more explicitly than from the above mentioned analyses.

본 논문의 목적은 일본기업집단(日本企業集團)의 재무(財務) 및 소유구조상(所有構造上)의 대표적 특징이라고 할 수 있는 상호주식보유(相互株式保有)에 대하여 역사적 형성과정을 살펴보고 기업재무입장에서 그 기능 및 역할을 분석하여 시사점을 얻는 것이다. 상호주식보유의 역사적 형성과정을 보면 2차 대전후 일본의 주요 재벌이 해체되고 강력한 소유분산정책이 시행되었지만 증자의 어려움과 경영권 침해라는 문제를 해결하는 차원에서 금융기관을 중심으로한 상호주식보유의 원형이 형성되었고 그후의 진행과정도 소유분산의 부작용을 해소하는 차원에서 진행되었다. 상호주식보유가 갖는 기업재무상의 의미는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성숙되지 못한 자본시장을 대신하여 경영자를 감시할 수 있는 메카니즘으로 해설될 수 있다. 둘째, 광범위한 상호주식보유로 일본의 주요은행을 거래기업들에 대해서 채권자임과 동시에 유력주주가 되고 있는델 이러한 구조는 기업의 부채사용에 따른 대리인문제(代理人問題)(ageney cost of risky debts)를 해결하여 일본기업의 자본비용을 낮추는데 기여하고 있는 것으로 분석된다.

이 연구는 미국의 ESCO에 의하여 개발된 800개 가량의 데이터베이스를 바탕으로 작성된 것이다. 이 프로젝트들은 누적 투자액이 14억달러에 달하는 에너지 효율 프로젝트를 대표하며 공공연히 이용할 수 있는 ESCO사업의 가장 포괄적인 역사적인 ''스냅 사진''들이다. 우리들은 ESCO프로젝트의 지리적 배분에 대한 정보를 제공하고 시간이 거듭될수록 다양한 분야에서 ESCO들에 의해 행해지는 프로젝트 개발 활동을 분석하며 견적 대비 실제의 입증된 에너지 절감효과를 분석했다. 우리는 또한 다양한 시장 분야(예를 들면, 프로젝트 비용, 건축면적 등)에서의 핵심적인 프로젝트의 특징을 요약하며 이들 프로젝트들을 개발함에 있어서 ESCO들이 의존하는 다양한 형태의 에너지설비 프로그램의 범위에 대하여 논의한다. 우리는 또한 연구로부터 주요한 몇 가지의 정책의 연관에 대하여 언급한다; (1) 중요한 민간 부문의 에너지 효율 활동이 있는 시장, (2) 민간 부문의 활동의 추세와 공공의 목적 또는 지방세 납세자 기금 프로그램과의 관계

The world history of modern comics is not too long. So is the domestic history of modern comics. Besides, there is a tendency that the domestic history of comics has developed with introduction of foreign materials. Even though a few argue that the domestic history of modern comics had a sheer background with our tradition, this argument is considered as a kind of minority. Obviously, it is not easy to argue something with valid grounds in the field of comics history. It is needed to provide valid grounds of comics history from our history. Several symbols of comics were found in 'Three Bonds and the Morals in Human Relations' and 'The Sequel to Three Bonds and the Morals in Human Relations', Joseon. Particularly, comics frames were used to explain the contents in two books. This supports the fact that Korean comics history has its own base in the tradition. This study is on the analysis of 'comics frames' among symbols of comics in 'The Sequel to Three Bonds and the morals in Human Relations.' It is said that another objective of this study helps get a real idea of comics history of Joseon by studying the symbolic meaning of comics frames used in this period. On top of that, the result of the study that focuses on the symbolic meaning of comics frames in Joseon is expected to be used as a kind of comics history for the people who have a passion for comics.

Since the Ming Castle located in Nanjing was designated by the Government of China as a cultural property in 1988, the Nanjing city government has been conserving the castle according to its plan and thus restoring the historical and cultural values of Nanjing. The project is still in progress, and in this regard, a series of logistics have formulated and a lot of discussions have taken place. Likewise, Korea has been carrying out multidirectional policies to conserve and utilize castles lying throughout the country, appreciating the historical and cultural resources of castles lying throughout the country, and at the same time gets down to designation as the World Heritage. This study focused on how Nanjing, not only a castle city but also a historical city, had established a principle and legal foundation regarding the protection of the Ming Castle, especially on how the problems, which might continually arise in a process where a scheme reached a working stage, had been solved. The problem-solving process is expected to have great implications for Korea in a similar situation. Hereat, this study analyzed the project plans formulated seasonally and gathered data on practical operation by conducting interviews with hands-on workers. The results showed that Nanjing had carried out policies to utilize the castles as tourism resources by harmonizing cityscape and ecological environment, but that it well conserved castles without damaging cultural assets. The stereoscopic protection system for the Ming Castle, based on the consideration of historical and cultural environments, may provide practical and useful data for Korea's administration mapping out for a castle conservation policy and designation as the UNESCO World Heritage.

“국어 어휘의 역사 검색 프로그램 개발”은 국민들에게 국어 어휘에 대한 역사 정보를 제공하여 국어에 대한 지식과 이해의 폭을 넓힘으로써 국어 생활을 더욱 윤택하게 하고, 국어의 정확한 사용을 통하여 국민들의 의사소통의 정확성과 신속성을 제고함을 그 목적으로 한다. 아울러 이러한 국어 어휘 역사에 대한 정보를 컴퓨터 프로그램을 통하여 국민들에게 제공함으로써, 국민들의 국어 정보화에 기여함은 물론, 잊혀져만 가는 국어에 대한 역사적 사실을 밝혀 줌으로써, 국어의 보존에도 크게 기여하게 될 것이다. 따라서 이 연구는 거시적으로는 한민족 언어의 정보화를 확충시켜 나아가고, 미시적으로는 국민들의 국어에 대한 자긍심을 갖게 함으로써, 국어 발전의 기틀을 마련하는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 본 논문에서는 국어 어휘의 역사 검색 프로그램에 대한 개발 개요와 어휘의 시대별 분류 방식에 대해서 논한다.

When it comes to how to define history·culture streets, people think of the streets as street environments that would create local identity in association with this local community's particular historical and cultural resources as well as urban streets. In order to build such streets, any relevant fields first need to apply some original design based on understanding on historical and cultural resources. With Street of Gaya in Gimhae selected as a research subject, this study aims to look into components and color characteristics of the history·culture street and finds ways to create other streets of that kind. As a frame to understand the history·culture streets, what this study would come up with is considered significant in that it helps the value to be re-recognized and promoted. In order to achieve the research goal, the study (1) extracted components of streetscapes referring to relevant previous researches and then, (2) analyzed a current status of these components of Street of Gaya via field investigation. (3) The study examined color characteristics of each of the components. Findings of the research are summarized as follows. (1) From a comprehensive point of view, the study categorized and subdivided the components of the history·culture street into nonphysical and physical elements. (2) After analyzing the current status of the components, the study learned that Street of Gaya basically consists of historical and cultural remains and sculptures as well as street facilities. (3) Results of the color investigation reported that the plan on designing of Street of Gaya had been processed with a focus laid on harmony of historical remains and cultural remains which are told to be natural components. However, the study also figured out that as long as relevant fields want to create different identity in each section and to efficiently deliver information, they should first prepare this smart design system to integrate each pieces of a streetscape as a whole.

In this study, we looked at how to preserve and use the Yibugok earthen fortification ruin in Sangju, which has recently been actively investigated and researched. Now that the coronavirus pandemic has become a reality, a utilization plan using local historical and cultural resources can be the starting point for regional revitalization. To this end, this study first reviewed the historical value of the Sangju Yibugok earthen fortification. The historical and cultural resource value of the fortification was reviewed in recent archaeological achievements along with the results of existing literature research, and distortion in its utilization was avoided. Next, an analysis of the perception of the demand class and local residents, the subject of utilization, was conducted with visitor statistics and surveys. This is because empathy for historical and cultural resources by the demand class and local residents, who are the main agents of utilization, is the most important factor in the use of cultural assets. Based on the theoretical review presented above, the use cases of ancient fortification ruins were examined in the last chapter 4, and a utilization plan for the fortification was presented focusing on empathy. This study was conducted with a focus on the historical value of the use of the fortification ruins, the empathy of the demand class, and the public. In order to overcome the crisis in Sangju, a high-risk area due to population decline, various measures must be proposed, and establishing historical and cultural identity at the center of Sabeolguk and enhancing its image through various utilization measures can be one of the alternatives.
