Spontaneous pneumothorax is a rare manifestation of primary lung cancer and it is even more rare as an initial manifestation. Recently we have experienced three cases of lung cancer presenting initially as spontaneous pneumothorax. These three cases involved 2 men and one woman with an average age of 70 years [66 - 74years]. Lung cancer was discovered by explothoracotomy in two cases and by endoscopic biopsy in one case. In pathologic cell types, the one was alveolar cell carcinoma and the others were squamous cell carcinoma. We report these three cases of primary lung cancer presenting initially as spontaneous pneumothorax with review of the literatures.

As a result, we developed knowledge based smart search system and customized it to PDM system on commercial use. In this smart search system, wherever process designer can seek to result quickly. This will be upgraded for be applied to some company.

본 논문에서는 구조물의 진동으로 야기되는 소음원을 규명하기 위해 구조물 동작중의 응답신호를 측정한다. 먼저 응답 신호벡터에서 스펙트럼행렬을 구성하여 특이치 분리법을 수행한다. 특이치의 정보로 구조물의 응답에 영향을 미치는, 서로 독립적으로 작용하는 주 가진원을 파악한다. 간단한 구조물에 대해, 본 논문에서 적용된 기법의 유용성 및 물리적 성질을 검토한 후, 자동차 파워트레인이 구조 진동이 실내 소음에 미치는 구조적 소음을 실험을 통해 규명한다.

Primary tumors of the heart are extremely rare, and about 25 per cent of all primary cardiac tumors are malignant. Recently We experinced three cases of primary malignant tumor; malignant fibrous histiwytoma, carcinosarcoma, and synovial sarcoma, These three cases involved 2 men and 1 woman. There was one operative death, and two operative survivors died of metastatic disease at 12 months postoperatively in spite of chemotherapy and radiotherapy. We report these three cases of primary malignant cardiac tumors with review of the literatures.

엔진 크랭크축계의 비틀림진동은 엔진설계 및 제작에 있어서 오랜동안 주관심사였다. 크랭크축계의 비틀림진동에서 고려되는 문제는 비틀림진동계의 고유진동수와 이에 따른 차수별 엔진의 공진속도와 엔진의 공진속도에서의 비틀림진동각 및 크랭크축의 비틀림진동에 의한 토오크와 비틀림 응력 등이다. 당사에서는 simulation program을 개발했으며, 비틀림 진동측정 방법도 개발했다. 또한 비틀림진동 측정결과와 simulation결과의 비교로부터 simulation결과 및 측정결과의 정확도를 높여가고 있으며, simulation 방법의 개선을 모색하고 있다. 본 글에서는 이 program에 이용된 기본이론과 실험방법 및 댐퍼 선정 방법을 간단히 소개하고자 한다.

N-Seoul Tower which is a symbol of Seoul installed new lights while remodeling. The purpose of this study is to help other buildings and towers to design by lighting design renewal process. The remodeled N-Seoul Tower would become a landmark of Seoul as a typical complex cultural space.
