  • 21st century has become an era can design human's image. By designing the each human's images it is possible to express the hidden abilities of their mind. Modern society changes rapidly where the elements such as consideration, sympathy, understandings, and female leadership of communication emerge as a spur rather than speediness or complexity.In a lot of global conglomerates, it is very common for women to be selected as CEO, and even more, the rate of woman who are the member of Congress is almost 40%. The fashion of female leader has come to the fore with an improvement of female leadership, and the fashion colour which is suitable to P.O has been developed as a significant image strategy. I am going to conduct the research and analyse the fashion of a female political leader through the colour image which is equivalent to a visual image and sensitive language. I will analyze the human image which female leaders present through fashion colors.

  • 한국잡지협회(회장 전웅진)은 자난 2월 15일 오후 1시부터 코엑스 컨퍼런스 센터 308호에서 회원사 CEO를 대상으로 한 '디지털 출판의 현재와 미래'라는 주체로 세미나를 개최했다. 한국어도비시스템즈의 최송현 부장의 환영인사에 이어 강진호 한국어도비시스템즈 이사가 '디지털 출판 워크플로와 비전'에 대해, 한덕훈 디지털웍스 팀장의 '인디자인 C55와 디지털 퍼블리싱 스위트 시연'을, 이국희 아이뱅크 대리가 '여성조선 및 북스동아 활용사례'에 대해, 황정호 한국어도비시스템즈 부장이 ACSP 2.0에 대해 소개했다. 이날 행사에서 이국희 아이뱅크 대리가 기존의 전자출판에서는 선보이기 힘들었던 다양한 기술을 소개한 '여성조선 및 북스동아 활용사례'가 큰 관심을 끌었는데, 약 20여분동안 질문시간이 이어지는 등 참가자들의 관심이 뜨거웠다.

Executives' Characteristics and Their Management Implications in Korean Entertainment Companies (우리나라 엔터테인먼트 기업의 임원 특성과 경영 함의점)

  • What are the characteristics of firm executives who have led the fast-growing Korean entertainment industry since the Korean Wave in the early 2000s, and what management implications can be inferred from them? To search for the answer to these questions, we conducted a complete survey of 293 executives from 27 listed Korean entertainment companies. Research has shown that career path diversity has increased in order of general enterprise managers, IT experts, accountants, lawyers and artists, away from the limited human resources level around artists. Thirty three percent of the firms gave stock options to their CEO. This is a positive aspect as data implying that these companies have been striving to do specialization, transparent management, digital and network management, creativity management, and motivational management in the context of sustainablity. However, it was pointed out as an improvement task that the percentage of young(20s and 30s) and female executives is low, even though such people's creativity, sensitivity, initiative and dynamic quality are apt to bring out their advantages especially in the entertainment company, a typical knowledge-creative firms and that the period of the CEO's average tenure was relatively short to 4.02 years.

The Effect of Resources and Family Saliency on Business Performance of Women Entrepreneurs in IT Business (IT 여성 기업인의 외부자원과 가족역할 중심성이 기업 성과에 미치는 영향-경험적 연구)

  • This paper empirically explores how resources and family saliency of women entrepreneurs in IT business influence their business performance. Building up on prior research and Shelton[2006], we develop hypothesis on how the strategies of resolving wok family conflict relate to determinants of performance and business performance. The central hypothesis states that role sharing would be the strategy raising up the business performance. We also posit that the role sharing strategy would be adopted by women who show high saliency in both family and work. and women who have high levels of resources. Results suggest that financial resources have significant impact on role sharing strategy and the sales. The hypothesis of positive role sharing effect on the performance is not supported, indicating that combining family role might be an obstacle to business performance of women.

The Development Device of the Local Food Industry - Focusing on Local Food CEOs in Daejeon.Chungnam Province - (향토음식 산업의 발전 방안 - 대전.충청지역 향토음식경영주를 중심으로 -)

  • This study aims to find a way of developing the local food industry by examining CEOs who run local food restaurants. As a result of researching the local food of Daejeon and the Chungnam province, there were 106 kinds of local food. However, all the CEOs of local food restaurants were having difficulty in operating. In order to survey the local food restaurants for development devices, 450 copies of the questionnaire were distributed to man- or woman-CEOs who operate a local food restaurant in Daejeon city and the Chungnam province. Among 450 copies of the distributed questionnaire, 390 copies were collected for this study. It used a total of 370 copies as the effective samples for an empirical analysis except 20 copies with false entries among them. The result of the empirical analysis showed as follows: 1) For the recognition of the local food, there was not difference between males and females. 2) For the factor of success on the local food restaurants, both males and females answered food taste was most important. 3) For the reason why chain business of the local food restaurants was difficult, both males and females answered there were too many side dishes coming with a main dish. 4) For the way of reinforcing competitive power of the local food restaurants, most of the male respondents and all females thought there should be financial support.
