It is expected that demand for cultural industry will be increased rapidly with economic growth. But it is doubtful how much desire of demander to be fulfilled. Because cultural products have public goods characteristics and they are supplied by government. Therefore this paper analysed deterministic factors of cultural demands in Chung-buk province, and suggested criteria of cultural products, which is supplied by regional government. For these purposes, we analysed three topics, first, deterministic factors of demander's satisfaction, second deterministic factors of cultural demand type, which are classified by type of participants and spectators, third deterministic factors of leisure type, which are classified by goods intensive leisure and time intensive leisure, and we analysed these through econometric methods. And we tried to suggest optimal criteria for cultural products supply by regional government, which needs of demanders are fully fulfilled.

This research develops a model of participation and scheduling choice of urban leisure activity. A nested legit model was found to be an appropriate approach. Data collected from Deagu and Pohang City were used for empirical estimation of model parameters. The empirical results confirmed several behavioral aspects associated with participation and scheduling choice of urban leisure activity. The paper presents a discussion on implications that can be inferred from the empirical results. Finally, future potential research question are also discussed.

This study identified the types and features of forest leisure activities based on data from the Nationwide Survey on Forest Leisure Activities (N= 6,191). Further, the study analyzed the demographic impact factors of the categorized forest leisure activities according to four types of objectives reported by visitors: health promotion, education, relaxation, and leisure sports. The investigation revealed that people visit forests for relaxation regardless of the season; however, leisure-sports visitors engage in activities that occur in summer, are most expensive, and involve the shortest trip time. The study also found that age, gender, household incomes, and the presence of children were the most important factors influencing the selection of activities. Age was found the predominant consideration: the older the age was, the more likely people were to prefer the relaxation and health promotion type. Men were more likely to choose health promotion activities over relaxation and tended to prefer educational trips over relaxation when accompanied by children. Higher household incomes corresponded to an increased likelihood of visitor preferences for relaxation over education and for health promotion over relaxation. This study contributes to the extant literature by statistically determining the nationwide predominance of age as the principal factor driving visitor preferences for forest leisure activities. Future studies should establish policy directions for forest welfare from the perspective of users grouped into day visitors and overnight guests.

본 연구는 같은 동양문화권에 속하면서도 사회·문화적 배경이 다른 한국과 일본 대학생들을 대상으로 라이프스타일 특성과 여가시간 활용을 비교 분석하므로써 양국대학생들의 소 비문화를 추론하는데 초점을 두고 있다. 새로운 세대로 지칭되는 대학생들은 이미 새로운 수요를 창출하는 세분시장으로서 마케터들의 관심을 모으고 있지만, 국가간 시장을 세분화하고 그에 따른 적절한 마케팅 전략을 구사하는 것이 과연 효과적인가를 탐색해 보는 것이 본 연구의 목표이다. 라이프스타일은 AIO 분석에 근거하여 의생활분야, 구매 및 쇼핑분야, 가치관분야, 정보추구분야, 인터넷 광고분야 등의 다섯 가지 영역으로 구분하고 양국 대학생들을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 각 영역별로 요인분석을 실시하여 모두 23개의 요인이 도출되었고, 양국 대학생 집단은 모두 18개 부문에서 차이를 보였으며 5개 부문에서는 유의적인 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 그러나 여가 및 시간활용에서는 양국 대학생 집단간에 차이를 보이는 항목이 많았으며, 인구 통계적 요인이 국적과 상호작용을 통해 여가활동에 서로 다르게 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 사회·문화적 환경이 다른 소비자 집단의 특성을 이해하고 여가활동 유형과 여가시간 활용에 따라 차별화를 가능하게 함으로써 국제적인 마케팅전략수립을 위해 효과적인 시장세분화 기준을 제공하고 소비패턴 분석을 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

플로팅건축물은 최근 지구온난화에 따른 해수면의 상승, 소득 증대 및 관광행태 변화에 따라 급증한 해양 레포츠 수요에 대응하는 효과적인 건축물이다. 플로팅건축은 프로그램, 형태, 건축규모, 층수, 위치, 접근방법, 이동성, 에너지 자립도 등 8가지 기준에 따라 유형 구분이 가능하다. 또한 시공된 주거시설을 대상으로 분석한 결과 플로팅건축의 디자인 특성은 (1) 2층 규모, (2) 면적 비율이 높은 데크, (3) 장방형의 균형감 있는 매스, (4) 조망 극대화, (5) 친수공간 확보, (6) 공간의 통합적 사용 및 합리적 면적 배분의 평면계획, (7) 수면 반사를 고려한 단면계획, (8) 모듈화 및 유닛화 등으로 정리할 수 있다.

코로나19의 영향으로 개인 여가 시간이 증가하면서 성격 유형 심리 테스트들에 대한 관심도가 늘어나고 하나의 유행처럼 다양한 종류의 심리 테스트들이 등장하였다. 즉 앞으로도 심리 테스트에 대한 수요는 높을 것이라고 예상되기 때문에 트렌드에 따라가보자 해당 연구를 진행하게 되었다. 이 연구에는 JS를 기본적으로 사용했지만 추가적으로 Node.js를 이용하여 테스트 피드백을 작성하고 작성한 데이터를 백엔드로 가져오는 작업을 수행했다. 또한 Bootstrap으로 전체적인 디자인을 담당하고 테스트 결과 공유를 위해 카카오톡, 페이스북, 네이버, 트위터의 API를 가져와 사용했다. 해당 테스트를 이용할 시 심리 테스트뿐만 아니라 테스트에 대한 피드백을 관리자에게 보낼 수 있고 테스트 전체 결과 페이지를 통해 원하는 결과까지 알 수 있어 테스트 결과에만 중점을 둔 일회성 강한 다른 테스트들과는 다른 차별점을 가지고 있어 경쟁력이 있는 프로젝트라고 볼 수 있다.

Various types of the sports utility vehicles become more popular in these days. This phenomenon says the increasing demand of performance oriented vehicles for the various life style It is changing now the rather the simple needs of passenger cars of the past. This popularity is due to not only for the increased leisure time which resulted from the five day working labor policy, but also the development of automotive technology. In addition to a large variety of vehicle and enhanced performance is another reason either. There have been many kind of multi-functional vehicles from the early days of the automotive history, and most of them have been evolved from the $\ulcorner$Jeep$\lrcorner$ which were developed by American makers. And various type of orthodox and crossover vehicles that is combined to many functional aspects for a transportation has been revealed so far. Usually the ambi-tendency has been revealed, in which the crossover vehicle has been become compact, on the other hand the orthodox type of 4-wheel drive vehicles has been become larger for being heavy duty vehicles. And this would be expand widely to more vehicles and brands in the future.

The society experiencing the industrialization and urbanization has got over the socio-demographic change. these changes make the number of the population around the world, and this phenomenon is flowing into the whole country. Korea has became a Aging Society since 2000 and will be turned into the aged society by the 2018. therefore, the importance of preparing elderly living life such as silver town is getting emphasized. the purpose of this study is aimed at analyzing the decision elements of the preliminary demanders' intention who selecting Elderly Housing. Based on this study, it was broken down by the type much more. Binary Logistic Regression Analysis of Factors affecting the Elderly housing choices were subdivided. Through this process, improvement and the implications of this study was derived. this study deducts 3 kinds of implications. First, the preference for the development of elderly housing are different with each type of characteristics. Second, the indicators along with the individual characteristics account for the most part of the surface. so the specific investigation for the demand must be required to check the indicators. Third, when it comes to development of urban elderly housing, it requires to have a part of a local government plans securing the land. Fourth, when it comes to development of suburb elderly housing, it is required to arrange the living environment around the suburbs to let user classes living in Gyeonggi-do flow into elderly housing and live their new-life in the suburbs. Finally, when it comes to development of rural elderly housing, a variety of production, leisure and other programs should be made and put into there.

Floating architecture is the most effective way to accommodate itself to sea-level rise due to climate change. At the same time floating architecture is the best model to offer the new spatial experience through water-friendly environment. Domestic floating architecture is still on the early stage compared to Europe which has several companies specialized in designing and building floating architecture. Floating architecture is divided into 8 types according to its criteria such as program, form, scale, level, location, access, mobility and energy. The following are design characteristics of floating architecture : (1) composed of 2 stories, (2) having large deck, (3) designing rectangular plan and balanced mass, (4) maximizing view, (5) having water-friendly space, (6) multi-using space and minimizing surface, (7) planning section to control light reflecting from the water, (8) modular and unit system.

NSW in Australia is famous for beautiful beaches and water activities. There are now almost 450,000 people who hold a NSW power boat driving licence and 200.000 registered boat owners. The popularity of boating continues to grow with licence and registration figures increasing by 3-4 per cent each year. This is a survey about the guide book for boating licence in NSW. This study outlines the essential information such as the types of licence, registration of vessels, choosing the right boat, maintain vessel, safety equipment and preparing for a safe boating trip. In addition, it touches the technical side like boat handling, water traffic rules, navigation markers, emergency and the ways to avoid them. Recently, more and more people are interested in boating. It forms an important part of recreational and tourism activities. To manage these demands effectively and to provide the orderly and safe leisure hours, it is necessary to induce more organizational and serviceable boating licence system.
