This paper describes the development and utilization of digital telesounder system. The digital telesounder system consists of two parts. The one is sea station part, which consist of power, single board computer, A/D converter, and RF modem. The two is land station part, which consist of RF modem, color display, memory system and printer. We obtained good results at the two times of sea experiments. The digital telesounder system is sufficiently good and clear to color display the information of fish school in setnet.

This paper proposes a distributed highlight algorithm to generate efficiently echo signal for underwater target. In this algorithm, echo signal is synthesized by discontinuity highlights that are varied to incident angle, by equivalent and specified position highlights according to the spatial target structure. Completed UTAHID(Underwater TArget by Highlight Distribution) model is confrimed that PTS, ETS, echo elongation effect, target time spreading loss and envelope fluctuation are satisfied to expected values by various simulations. Thus it can be efficiently used in all sorts of real systems related to underwater target echo signal synthesis in active sonar.

In this paper, we proposed the method that enabling warning through real-time analysis of dangerous driving behavior, improving driving habits and safe driving using the digital tachograph. Most of traffic accidents and green drive are closely related of driving habits. These wrong driving habits need to be improved by the real-time analysis, warning and automated method of driving habits. We confirmed the proposed that the method will help support eco-driving, safe driving through real-time analysis of driving behavior and warning through the method implementation and experiment.

Generally, to operate the IT devices, a user should exploit his eye and hand. It is so difficult for the most disabled user with the limited vision or hand to manipulate a personal computer and to buy devices assisting the manipulation due to the expensive price. In this paper, we propose the voice system manipulating the personal computer using the Amazon echo. The proposed system controls the mouse of the personal computer and activates functions of the personal computer using the skill stored in the Amazon web service.

IoT 및 사물인터넷 기반 빅데이터 시스템을 구축하는 경우 발생하는 빈번한 전송에 따른 데이터 오류율과 자원의 비효율적 이용율을 극복하기 위하고 오픈소스기반 하둡시스템의 문제점을 극복하기 위한 본 연구에서는 순수 하둡을 기반으로 적용된 결과를 분석하고 하둡 2.x대 버전을 기준으로 빅데이터 시스템의 용량을 산정한 가이드를 제시하고 용량 산정의 기준을 에코 소프트웨어 적용 플랫폼을 제안한다.

In recent years, smart technology has been applied to various information system fields. Especially, traditional library service area is changing to Smart-Library from Digital-Library. In this environment are need to library service software platform for supporting variety content, library services, users and smart-devices. Due to this, existing library service has a limitation that inhibits semantic interoperability between different heterogeneous library systems. In this paper, we propose Linked-Open-Data based smart library as an archetype of future-library system that provide a variety content and system interaction and integration of services. It is an innovative system of the cutting-edge information intensive. Therefore, we designed system environments according to various integration requirements for smart library based on Linked-Open-Data. And, we describe the functional requirements of smart-library systems by considering the users' demands and the eco-systems of information technology. In addition, we show the reference framework, which can accommodate the functional requirements and provide smart knowledge service to user through a variety of smart-devices.

2000년대 이후 국내 통신시장이 인수합병을 통해 주요 사업자로 재편되면서 유무선과 차세대 신규 서비스를 중심으로 통신사업자간 경쟁이 치열하게 전개되고 있다. 통신사업자간 경쟁은 개별 서비스간 경쟁을 넘어 에코시스템의 경쟁으로 부상하고 있으며 이에 따라 요금경쟁, 결합서비스 제공경쟁, 신규 서비스 설비경쟁을 통한 고객지향적인 비즈니스 전략이 기업의 핵심전략으로 부각되고 있다. 이러한 시장에서의 경쟁은 사업자의 재무상황에 영향을 미치고 있다. 특히 국내 통신시장이 대부분 성숙기에 진입, 재무적 측면에서 매출이 정체되는 상황에서 마케팅 비용이 급증하는 현상이 나타나고 있다. 이에 본 고에서는 국내 주요 유무선 통신사업자의 재무추이를 분석하고 우리나라 통신시장의 지속적인 성장을 위한 시사점을 제시하였다.

Big Data services is composed of Big Data user, Big Data service provider, and Big Data application provider. And it is possible to extend the service to interplay-reciprocal actions among three subjects such as providing, being provided, connecting, being connected, and so on. In this paper, we propose an ecosystems of Big Data and a framework of its service.
