  • CO2환기제어는 신축건물에서 흔히 사용되고 있지만, 기존의 건물에서는 그 적용 예가 흔하지는 않다. 아마도 개보수라는 것이 가능하다고 여겨지는 자원절감이나 이익에 대한 방대한 기록이 요구되기 때문이며 게다가 제어에 관한 개보수는 복잡하다는 인식에 기인한다. 공교롭게도, 에너지 사용 패턴에 대하 명확한 기록이 있는 기존의 건물에 가장 에너지절약적인 기회가 많다는 사실이다. 이 기고문에서는 기존 건물의 CO2개보수에 관하여 그 성능 평가에 대한 방법론을 제시하고 있으며, 현장 평가와 이 방법론을 적용한 A-등급 사무소 건물에서의 개보수를 통한 성능개선에 관하여 분석하고 있다. 대상은 첨단 DDC시스템이 있는 미국 환경청의 에너지스타 등급을 획득한 건물이다.

  • The make a decision for building remodeling, the economical value of the remodeled building should be analyzed and existing situation of the building system should be checked. For the energy issues related to the building remodeling process, careful diagnosis and re-designs of existing system should be proposed. In this research, the luminous environment for Seoul K Co. headquaters and Seoul S hotel were measured and then the re-design processes of building illumination systems were researched. With measured illuminance quantities of there cases, computer simulations for the existing situation and re-design were conducted.

  • The purpose of this study is to get some data to repair the existing apartment housings to energy saving house : The data are a repair requirement, a repair preference, and so on. For this purpose, an interview was carried out for the dwellers who is living in the estates constructed in about 10 years ago. If there would be a financial support of the government, which is to make a loan 1,400 thousand won and the 3.5% interest, then the 53% of dwellers have agreed to repair their houses. And the best preference repair item was a window, the items what is disturbed to their ordinary life would be not easy to be repaired. This survey has limited to only the apartment housings, so the additional survey will be carried out to get the data to practise the government's Green Home project for existing houses.

Energy Retrofit and Estimate for Small-to-Medium Office Buildings (중소규모 사무소건물의 에너지 개보수 방안 및 평가)

  • This paper is to derive energy retrofit strategies through energy audit and analysis for a selected small-to-medium office building located in Seoul, Korea,. To activate ESCO business in Korea, our final goal is to develope a simple and adequate energy retrofit procedure through computer simulation. Calibration process was fairly successful eve without the aid of tough field measurement. In terms of annual energy consumption, the percent difference between the predicted and the monitored values were within a reasonable tolerance of $\pm10$%. Based on the calibrated baseline model and the systematic investigation of target building, retrofit measures were suggested with two categories such as architectural side and equipment side. Both selected parametric and interactive retrofit measure simulations resulted in various energy saving quantities and cost, thus the priority among the measures were made. If we were to select the more realistic and reasonable retrofit measure in future, economic estimate were should be practiced with the life cycle cost analysis.

제도 & 시행 (1) - 노후 공공임대주택 그린홈으로 리모델링

  • 국토해양부(장관 정종환)는 한국토지주택공사(LH)의 노후 영구임대주택 중 7개 단지, 8,808세대를 대상으로 지난 4월 23일부터 그린홈 시범사업(120억)에 들어갔다. 2025년까지 제로에너지 주택건설을 목표로 한 저탄소 녹색성장을 위한 그린홈 건설추진 사업의 일환으로 지난 해 10월 신규 공동주택(20세대 이상)에 대해 그린홈 건설을 의무화[("친환경 주택 건설기준 및 성능"('09.10월 국토해양부 고시)] 하는 건설기준이 마련되었다. 이에 따라 국토부는 기존주택의 그린홈화를 위해 금년부터 우선적으로 공공부문의 노후화된 영구임대주택을 그린홈 개선 시범사업으로 개보수 시행에 들어간다고 밝혔다.

  • The vertically integrated power industry was divided into six generation companies and one market operator, where electricity trading was launched at power exchange. In this environment, the profits of each generation companies are guaranteed according to utilizing strategies of their own generation equipments. This paper presents on generator maintenance scheduling and efficient bidding strategies for generation equipments through the calculation of the contract and the application of each generator cost function based on the past demand forecasting error and market operating data.
