기업이 ERP시스템을 도입 후 영업, 구매, 자산, 생산 등에서 통합 전표가 발생되어 기업의 흐름이 매우 빨라졌다. 그러나 기업이 e-Business 환경하에 있으나 회계 프로세스의 중요한 부분을 차지하는 회계증빙과 회계업무 관련 부분이 여전히 수작업 처리하는 부분이 상당히 많이 존재하고 있다. 본 연구 과제는 회계 증빙 처리와, 업무프로세스를 디지털화하는데 성공한 D 사의 사례를 소개하고 이를 이론적으로 분석하였다. D 사는 법인카드 프로세스, 스캔증빙 프로세스, 업무처리프로세스를 디지털화하였고 Paperless, 업무처리 간소화, 시간 절약, 경비 절감, 시공간의 제약 등 비용과 불필요한 업무를 없애는 데 성공하였다. 본 연구 과제를 통해 타 기업들에게도 혁신의 동인과 반향을 제시하고자 한다.

Previous studies of business process analysis have analyzed various factors such as task, customer service, operator convenience, and execution time prediction. To accurately analyze these factors, it is effective to utilize actual historical data recorded in information systems. Process mining is a technique for analyzing various elements of a business process from event log data. In this case study, process mining was applied to the transaction data of a purchase agency to analyze the business process of their procurement process, the execution time, and the operators.

인터넷을 이용한 기업간 전자상거래를 위해 기업 내부의 업무 흐름을 관리하는 워크플로우에 관한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 워크플로우 엔진을 구동시키기 위해 먼저 고려되어야 하는 것이 기업 내부의 업무 프로세스를 정의하고 정의된 프로세스를 validation할 수 있는 모델링 도구가 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 물류 협업 프로세스를 정의하고 모델링하기 위한 EJB 기반의 Business Process Modeling Tool(BPMT)를 설계 및 구현하다. BPMT는 WPDL을 지원하는 다 기종의 워크플로우 엔진에서도 협력 체제를 구축할 수 있도록 설계되었으며, 프로세스를 수행시키기 위한 Activity, Transition, Process, Organization, Application, RelevantData DataType으로 구성 되는 일련의 업무 흐름을 정의하며, 범용적인 의미의 Process 설계 도구로서 사용자가 편리하게 작업할 수 있도록 Integrated UI를 지 원한다. 또한 기본적인 물류 영역의 업무 프로세스를 라이브러리화하여 제공함으로써 사용자로 하여금 새로운 물류 프로세스 정의를 쉽게 한다.

기업은 날이 갈수록 심화되는 경쟁 환경에 대비하기 위해 많은 공급업체들과의 협력관계를 점차 강화해나가고 있다. 정보기술이 발전함에 따라 기업들은 SCM (Supply Chain Management)을 도입하여 이를 실현해나가고 있는 추세이다. 이에 따라, 공급사슬상의 관련 기업간의 상호작용과 정보공유에 기반한 공급사슬 통합이 추진되고 있으며, 정교한 관리를 위해 프로세스 간의 통합을 통해 하나의 글로벌 프로세스로서 SCM을 관리할 필요가 대두되고 있다. 이러한 관점에서 프로세스를 하나의 객체로서 관리하는 BPM (Business Process Management)을 활용하여 SCM을 체계적으로 관리할 필요가 있다. 그러나, 지금까지의 BPM은 비즈니스 프로세스의 자동화 및 통제 등에 주력해왔기 때문에, 전체 프로세스 관점에서 이를 효율적으로 실행하는 기능을 제공하지 못하고 있다. 따라서, BPM을 통해 SCM 프로세스를 단순히 자동화하여 실행한다면, 각 참여 업체들이 글로벌 프로세스의 관점에서 효율적으로 업무를 수행하기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는, 각 공급업체들이 전체 프로세스 관점에서 효율적으로 업무를 수행하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법을 통해 각 업체들은 전체 프로세스 내 관련 경로의 긴급도 및 관련 업무의 우선처리순위 정보를 제공 받을 수 있다. 따라서, 관련 정보를 토대로 각자의 업무를 수행하기만 하면, 글로벌 SCM 프로세스의 효율성을 향상시킬 수 있을 것이다.

Recently, the off-line processes in the construction industry are being changed to the electronic processes by several information technology (IT) tools including CALS. To improve the business processes to on-line processes, the business process reengineering (BPR) is a representative methodology for reviewing unnecessary and additional processes from the established business procedure. This study suggests a new process modeling method for construction BPR (CBPR) that consists of object-related process model (ORPM). In suggested modeling method, the connection with IT tools such as Workflow, enterprise resource planning (ERP), construction CALS, and business breakdown structure (BBS) was considered. The ORPM in the study is the main model for representing the detailed construction processes. It consists of nine relationship and six diagrams to represent the relationship between construction activities and the direction within the process model. Those models suggested from this study can be a useful tool for the CBPR because the researches and the practical applications related to the BPR of construction project are insufficient in our construction industry.

경영환경의 변화에 대한 기업의 대처능력이 곧 생존에 직결되고 있는 시점에서 이에 대한 해결책으로 통합업무 프로세스를 지향하는 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)을 통하여 경쟁력을 강화하려는 노력이 진행되고 있다. 그러나 ERP는 적용상의 어려움과 실제 업무와의 차이점으로 인하여 막대한 노력을 들이고도 성공적으로 업무에 활용되지 못하는 사례가 많은 실정이다. 특히 건설업의 경우는 주문생산 방식의 프로젝트 특성 및 영세한 외주업체와 협업해야 하는 환경요인으로 인해 전산환경과 정보화에 많은 제약사항들을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 건설업체 D사의 예를 들어 건설업 ERP 패키지를 도입하여 업무 개선에 적용한 사례를 소개하였다. 건설사 고유 업무인 공사관리 업무 및 일반관리 업무를 대상으로 현행 프로세스를 진단하고 문제점을 도출하였으며 ERP의 Best Practice를 바탕으로 프로세스 개선방안을 제시하였다. 회사는 ERP와 유기적으로 연결된 개선안의 추진을 통해 지속적인 경영혁신 활동의 토대를 구축하였으며 이에 따른 정성적, 정량적인 성공요인을 분석하였다.

워크플로 관리란 참여자 공통의 업무 프로세스를 진행함에 있어, 정확한 정보를 정확한 시점에, 그리고 정확한 사용자에게 제공하여 업무의 흐름을 조정하고 통합하는 기술이다. 다양한 전자상거래의 활성화와 더불어, 전자적인 업무 프로세스를 유연하고 효율적으로 조율하며 업무 관련 정보 교환을 지원하기 위해 워크플로 관리 기술의 중요성이 부각되고 있는 바, 본 고에서는 이러한 워크플로 관리 기술의 연구 및 기술 동향에 대해 고찰한다.

BPMS implementation in L Electronics, which started in 2003, was spotlighted in the IS Project and research area. L Electronics has conducted process innovation with the goal of being one of the Global Top 3 brands. Continuous business environment changes because of globalization and speedy development of information technology have caused changes in business process and functions. This case examines its efforts for optimizing business process continuously and systematically with BPMS and discusses the implication and potential of business process innovation with BPMS.

본 논문에서는 업무할당방식이 효율성에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써, BPM 업무환경에서 효율성을 증진시키기 위한 방법론을 모색한다. 이를 위해, 업무할당방식을 프로세스 실행시에 사용자를 할당하는 동적할당과 프로세스 모델링시에 결정하는 정적할당으로 구분하여 BP효율성 관점에서 상호 비교한다. 지금까지 이런 업무 할당방식이 업무효율성에 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대한 연구가 없었으며, 본 논문은 cycle time 척도에 대해서 이들 업무할당방식을 비교 분석한다. 이러한 비교 분석의 결과는 상용 BPM를 도입하여 운영하는 기업에게 업무효율성을 높이는 가이드라인을 제시할 수 있다.
