A Study on Building Methodology of Virtual Organization (가상조직의 구축방법에 관한 연구)

  • 정보의 중요성과 함께 컴퓨터를 중심으로 급속하게 발전한 정보기술은 정보를 가공하고 의사결정에 도움을 주며 전략적 차원에서 우위를 가지게 하는 역할을 하였고 조직의 구조를 근본적으로 개편하였다. 이로 인해 새로운 개념인 '가상기업'을 창출하였다. 본 논문은 정보화 사회에 기업의 경쟁력을 극대화할 것으로 예상되는 가상기업의 모델을 제시하고 실제적인 가상기업 구축방법을 제시하는 목적이 있다. 먼저 아직 초기 단계의 개념인 가상기업의 개념 정립을 위해 인터넷 자료와 문헌 연구를 통하여 가상기업에 대한 모델을 제시하였고 모델에서는 기존 연구들을 종합하여 가상기업의 정의를 내리고 정의를 중심으로 특징과 단점을 제시하였다. 다음으로 퍼지이론을 응용하여 가상기업의 구축방법을 제시하였다. 구축방법으로는 퍼지이론이 크게 세 부분에 적용이 된다. 첫째로 퍼지이론이 사용되는 부분은 현재의 업무를 분석하여 기존의 업무와 유사성을 찾는 작업이다. 분석된 업무를 통해 제시된 기준을 이용하여 기존의 업무와 유사한 성격을 가진 기존 업무를 찾고 이 업무를 효과적으로 수행 한 팀들을 찾는 작업이 이루어진다. 둘째로 각 팀의 능력을 상대적으로 평가하는 방법에 퍼지 Rank Ordering 방법을 사용한다. 여러 팀이 기존의 업무를 수행한 결과 나타날 때 각 팀의 이번 업무에서 요구하는 기준에 상대적으로 만족하는 정도를 파악한다. 마지막으로 퍼지 종합적 평가 방법을 이용하여 가상조직의 업무에 적절한 팀을 찾아내는 작업을 한다.

Development of a Training Program for Hotel Banquet Service Employees (호텔연회 서비스종사원의 교육프로그램개발을 위한 연구)

  • This study systematically analyzes job descriptions of hotel banquet service employees using DACUM. The expert group involved in the content analysis was comprised of 6 F&B managers working at deluxe level hotels. The period for this study was from May to June in 2010, and a group interview, an individual self fill-out together with a personal interview were carried out. Findings from the analysis were as follows; job duties for hotel banquet service employees extended to pre-task, on-task and post-task for each banquet function, safety management, guest encounter and self development. They included 49 specific job tasks which were divided into 5 different categories; 16 pre-task, 13 on-task, 10 post-task, 4 safety management and 6 guest encounter and self development It is suggested from the findings that advance training should be carried out for pre, on and post tasks.

  • It is required to be enhancement of competitiveness for specialty contractors' employees due to specialty contractors are in charge of the actual construction work. The effective educational program for specialty contractors' employees is essential to improve the work performance of them. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze level of work performance and find factors of core competence for specialty contractors' employees that can be utilized for development of effective educational program. The survey is based on CEO, Engineer and Manager in specialty contractors, and a questionnaire survey was performed to investigate the importance of job task, work load and degree of work difficulty as well as their core competence needs. The analysis result of this study can be utilized for development of effective educational program which is reflected the characteristics of specialty contractor's employees.

  • This study suggests that the management of bridge was developed data which supports to execute analysis a-bout bridge. Basically, it makes standardization that the item of management of bridge keeps the effective data management which demonstrates the designed database by graphic processing technic and development of pro-gram in database manipulation. As a result of this study, through the analysis of the management of bridge, we tried to make the acceptable management item standard and to design database. For the purpose of it, computer program and database design with analyzing current works, stable inspection processing demanding the management of bridge and taking adventage of them. In this study, we can get the minimuim cost of the management of bridge and keep maximum common usage. also we contribute to perform effective data management and management system of bridge.

그룹과업의 분석 방안

  • 본 논문은 작업그룹의 과업을 수행하는 인지적 과정을 분석하는 방안을 제시한다. 먼저, 그룹의 인지현상을 연구하는 분산인지이론을 검토하고, 기존의 개인 과업 분석 방법론중의 하나인 GOMS를 확장하여 그룹에 적용할 수 있는 분산형 GOMS 방법론을 제안한다. 제안한 분산형 GOMS 방법론을 작업그룹의 실제 사례인 원자력 발전소의 주 제어실 운전반의 한 과업에 시험적으로 적용하여 분석해 본 결과를 제시한다. 각 구성원의 업무 수행 시간, 의사소통시간, 최대인지 부하등을 기초로 작업그룹의 업무 수행시간과 인지 부하의 ?형도를 계산하여 그룹의 과업에 대해 분석하였다.

  • This study was a descriptive research study to identify the effects of related knowledge to COVID-19, infection control performance, and job stress in emergency department nurses due to COVID-19 on nursing performance, to improve emergency department nurses' ability to cope with emerging infectious diseases and to prepare basic data for effective nursing work. This study was collected data from August, 10 until September, 10, 2021, for 165 emergency department nurses in 26 hospitals, which were located in G province and designated as regional emergency medical institutions, and total 150 copies were finally analyzed. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, correlation, and multiple regression. As a result of analyzing the variables affecting the subject's nursing job performance by multiple regression using the hierarchical selection method, the higher the infection control performance and the higher the job stress, the more higher the nursing job performance, and the explanatory power was 18.4%. The study results showed that infection control performance, job stress, and non-shift work had an effect on nursing performance. It was thought that various plans to protect them, reduced tasks to efficiently perform and the nursing ability to cope with emerging infectious disease should be prepared to improve and reduce the job stress of emergency department nurses.

The Effect of Beauty Service Worker's Behavioral Routines on Service Performance and Work Performance: Mediating Effect of Self-Efficacy (뷰티 서비스 종사자의 행동루틴이 서비스수행 및 업무성과에 미치는 영향: 자기효능감의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the mediating role of self-efficacy in the relationship between the behavioral routines of beauty service workers on service performance and work performance. The subjects of the study were 311 beauty consumers in Seoul and Gyeonggi, and data were collected and analyzed using a structured questionnaire. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis(CFA), correlation analysis, structural equation model analysis(SEM), and mediating effect analysis using bootstrapping techniques were conducted. The conclusions drawn through a series of research procedures are as follows. First, the behavioral routines of beauty service workers were found to have a statistically significant positive(+) effect on self-efficacy, service performance, and work performance. Second, the self-efficacy of beauty service workers was found to have a statistically significant positive (+) effect on service performance and work performance. Third, the partial mediating effect of self-efficacy was shown in the relationship between beauty service workers' behavioral routines, service performance, and work performance.

  • 각 초등학교에서는 학년말이 되면 신학년도의 교육활동을 위해 진급학년의 학급편성을 새롭게 한다. 학급은 학교의 가장 기본적인 구성단위이며, 교육적 목적에 맞는 학급편성은 효율적인 학교 학급경영의 출발점이다. 그러나 학교 현장에서 이루어지는 학급편성 업무수행 실태는 해마다 반복적으로 이루어지는 업무이지만 정보처리과정이 수작업으로 이루어지고 있어 업무의 효율성이 떨어진다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 현재 시행되고 있는 교육행정정보시스템에서 제공되는 진급반편성 관리 기능을 분석하여 개선점을 찾아보고, 학교 현장에서 이루어지는 업무수행 실태를 분석하여 교사의 반복적인 업무수행의 부담을 경감시키고, 학급편성 절차를 최적화할 수 있는 초등학교 학급편성 지원 시스템을 설계하고자 한다.

  • Recently, the Construction Management service of domestic construction environment has being extended because that is an effective means to supplement owner's management and improve a total management of construction. But existing CM service guide is staying simply defined level about a work scope and procedure. So the standard CM guide needs to set a detailed plan of the project. Therefore, the key works were deducted by doing survey after the main work of CM service based on CM case studies and an existing CM service guide. That is expected to use CM contract and do service.
