As domestic construction investment has been gradually reduced, the issue of expanding overseas CM market has increased. Strengthening CM capability from the view point of project life-cycle is required in overseas CM market. However, current regulations institutionally force public CM services to focus on the construction phase. Therefore, Korean CM firms can hardly have the opportunities for accumulating technical competitiveness especially for pre-construction phase. Result of this study shows that the total efforts in terms of man-hours for the construction phase is found to be more than 78 percent in domestic public CM projects. In this context, this study proposes the policies and tasks for improving 'rigid man-hour placement', 'unreasonable CM fee standards', 'CM firm selection method', 'unreasonable business scope decision', and 'evaluation of owner's project management capability' in order to improve domestic CM Industry as well as to expand overseas CM market successfully.

China's rapid economic growth is continuous but the country still has a long way to become a center for creativity. Leaders have no idea how to encourage their employees to work more efficiently in Chinese companies. Meanwhile the majority of employees are not fully engaged in their work, sometimes they think their work is not meaningful. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between transformational leadership and employee creativity, through perceptions of meaning in work and work engagement among employees working in XunLei Networking Technology Corporation. 140 valid data were collected and were analysed using SPSS and AMOS. Results showed that transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on meaning in work and work engagement. Meaning in work has a significant effect on work engagement, and work engagement has a significant influence on employee creativity. This study provides both academic and practical implications about transformational leadership and employee creativity through meaning in work and work engagement.

This research is to investigate the impact of informal communication of smart-phone user while at work on performance. To do this, we proposed the research model including informal offline communication represented by tea time and informal online communication typified by Kakao talk derived from water-cooler effect. The results of this empirical study is summarized as followings. First, Kakao talk with insiders has a positive effect on performance only in male group, and Kakao talk with outsiders has a negative effect on performance in both male and female group. Secondly, tea time has a positive effect on performance in group with high task interdependence, whereas Kakao talk with insiders has a positive effect on performance in group with low task interdependence. The findings have significant implications for policy development to regulate the wise smart-phone use in organization.

전자기적합성 전문위원회(TC 77 : Electromagnetic Compatibility)는 현재 IEC/TC중 에서 가장 활동이 활발한 TC 가운데 하나이다. 이는 거의 모든 산업 분야에 중요한 문제로 대두 되고 있는 EMC의 표준화를 담당하고 있기 때문이다. 이 글에서는 IEC/TC 77의 배경 및 업무 등 을 간단히 살펴 보고, EMC 표준화 전반에 걸쳐 관련되고 모든 EMC 규격의 바탕이 되는 '기본 E MC 간행물(IEC 1000 시리스)'의 현황을 알아 본다. 여기서는 IEC 1000 시리스 외에도 EMC 관련 이 많은 CISPR 규격 등 몇개를 포함시켰으나, SC 77C(HEMP) 관련 규격은 생략하였다.

유전자은행은 1971년 당시 한국과학기술연구소(KIST)의 생물공학부 응용미생물 연구실의 소규모의 미생물 콜렉션으로부터 출발하였다고 볼 수 있다. 1985년 이것을 모체로하여 현재의 유전자은행 사업이 정부로 부터 정식 승인을 받아 한국과학기술원 유전공학센터에 위치하고 있다. 유전자은행(KCTC)는 생명공학 발전에 있어서 절대적으로 필요한 요소인 표준 미생물균주, 동식물세포주, Gene library등의 배양생물및 관련되는 제반정보 등을 수집, 보존, 분양하기 위한 사업과 특허업무의 효율적 관리를 위한 뱅크 시스템의 운영을 목적으로 하고 있다.

인터넷이 발전함에 따라 학교나 기업에서는 새로운 골치거리가 생겼다. 학교에서는 학생들이 포르노, 폭력 등 유해 사이트에 접속하고 기업에서는 근무시간에 오락, 도박 등 업무를 방해할 수 있는 사이트에 접속하는 것이다. 이런 접속은 학교나 회사에게 시간적, 정신적, 물질적으로 많은 손해를 가져다 준다. 그래서 이런 유해정보는 차단되어야 한다. 그러나 인터넷 유해정보를 차단한다는 것은 말처럼 쉬운 일이 아니다. 인터넷 차단 소프트웨어인 넷아르고스를 개발해 해외수출을 모색중인 플러스 기술을 찾아가 개발배경과 제품기능에 대해 들어봤다.

This study aims to investigate the preferred sound level of water sound for various levels of open-plan-office noise regarding soundscape quality and speech privacy. And assessment of the work efficiency of the water sound. For the laboratory experiment, office noise was recorded using a binaural microphone in a real open-plan office. For the assessment of the soundscape quality and speech privacy, Overall Soundscape Quality (OSQ) and Listening Difficulty (LD) were evaluated under three different sound levels (55 dBA, 60 dBA, and 65 dBA) and five different signal-to-noise ratios (SNR -10 dB, -5 dB, 0 dB, +5 dB, and +10 dB). After the evaluation, the preferred SNR was proposed according to OSQ and LD. For the assessment of to work efficiency of water sound, this study evaluated the cognitive performance of both of the condition noise only and combine the water sound with office noise. The results showed that LD increased as the water sound level increased, but OSQ decreased. When the water sound level was more than the office noise level, the OSQ decreased from noise only. Therefore, considering OSQ and LD, the preferred SNR of water sound was -5 dB for all noise levels. At the preferred level of water sound, the cognitive performance results were shown to decrease at 55 dBA compared to noise only, but at 60 dBA and 65 dBA combine the water sound results were increased than the noise only.

News plays a similar role with myths in modern society. Myths provide the framework from which people understand and experience the world, and news media plays an important role in constructing these myths. In this context, this study examined how female and male business leaders have been represented in newspaper photographs through quantitative and qualitative textual analyses. Photographs of female business leaders which appeared in news interviews and profile news stories from 1990 to 2011 were analyzed, and photographs of male leaders corresponding to the total number of female photographs were also investigated. As a result, gender perspectives were found. While male business leaders were portrayed as active and serious figures in connection with their professional work places, mostly in bust shots, female business leaders were represented as passive objects artificially posed for the news in a context separated from their business, and often in full length shots.
