기존의 어학시스템 콘텐츠의 문제점은 수업에 대한 집중력 저하와 실제 학습여부를 판단할 수 없었고, 수업 진행자의 평가로 많은 결정이 되었다. 이로 인해 음성녹음 기반에 유비쿼터스 기술과 가상현실 기술을 조합하여 강의실에 프로젝터를 설치하고 각 강의실의 RFID 리더기 부착과 학생의 RFID 태그 부착된 학생증을 통해 영어 등급에 해당하는 콘텐츠를 학습한다. 3차원 영상 콘텐츠로 가상 현실상의 외국인과의 질의응답을 음성녹음 기술을 이용하여 발음과 억양을 동시에 체크 하여 레벨 패스 또는 레벨 실패를 판가름 한다. 이렇게 구성된 시스템은 학생 교육 데이터를 중앙 서버에 DB로 저장후 피드백 과정을 통해 정보를 제공하게 된다. 본 연구로 어학 콘텐츠에서 공통적으로 가질 수 있는 문제점들을 분석하고 문제점에 대하여 음성 녹음기술을 적용하여 기존의 어학콘텐츠에서 해결하지 못했던 문제점을 해결하였고 레벨위주의 수업이 가능하였다. 또한, 흥미위주의 적극적인 수업참여가 되도록 기여하였다.

The present design, which is the result of English Zone Project for 'I' Girls' High School in Yeonsu dong, Incheon, purposed to produce atmosphere like a cafe so that students can attempt more comfortable and diverse learning methods, breaking away from the structure and atmosphere of traditional language labs while providing functions such as experiential learning, teaching learning and native speaker conversation. In addition, it applied colors close to primary colors so that students throw away their fixed idea of language lab as a special class and access it easily at any time. Moreover, it was designed for the maximum changeability using foldable and portable furniture so that various types of group study can be performed. Ultimately the design project is expected to suggest methods of experiential learning distinguished from existing knowledge delivering education as it provides teaching learning methods beyond simple interior design.

The present design, which is English Zone Development Project for 'G' Elementary School at Seo gu, Incheon, contained various booths for experiential learning corners as well as spaces of teaching learning through group study, dramas and role plays, breaking away from the structure and atmosphere of traditional language labs, and at the same time it include a school building as an affiliated space where the whole students can gather for discussion and learning. The general design concept adopted the atmosphere of an exotic street, installing five theme booths (airport, bank, hospital, book/game store and shop) along the wall and applying the image of road to the floor in order to perform role plays. The blackboard and furniture were also designed to produce the atmosphere of street so that elementary students take interest and actively participate in learning.

Objectives：I want to examine the antimicrobial activity of Gwankeibujalijung-tang against Streptococcus pneumoniae 59 isolated from the mouth of a common cold patient. Methods： Antimicrobial activity was assayed through the hot water extract from Gwankeibujalijung-tang against Streptococcus pneumoniae 59 isolated from the mouth of a common cold patient. Results： The size of inhibition zone of Gwankeibujalijung-tang extract was 9.83 $\pm$ 0.11 mm. The optimal pH and temperature for the growth of isolated Streptococcus pneumoniae 59 were 7.0 and 37$^{\circ}C$, respectively. The minimum inhibitory concentration of Gwankeibujalijung-tang extract was 12 $\mu\ell$ and the antimicrobial activity of Gwankeibujalijung-tang extract was not destroyed by the heat (121$^{\circ}C$ for 15 min) and not affected by pH. Conclusions： Reviewing this experimental result, it appeared that Gwankeibujalijung-tang had efficacy against Streptococcus pneumoniae 59 isolated from the mouth of a common cold patient.

여러 분야에서 computer의 이용이 활발해짐에 따라 computer에 대한 올 바른 이해와 일반이 널리 이용할 수 있는 편리한 사용법의 연구를 필요로 하여 본 연구소 전자계산실에서는 computer언어의 한글화를 착한하여 Automatic Language Translation과 이를 활용한 한글 program의 일반화를 시도하여 보았 다. computer에 의한 번역은 1950년부터 연구의 대상이 되어 1960년 Harvard 대 학의 Oettinger교수 team에 의한 Russian$\longrightarrow$English 번역을 계기로 현재 각 국에 서 활발히 연구 개발 중인 테-마이다. 특히 개발 도상에 있는 우리나라로써는 이 과제를 해결하여 선진국의 기술정보, 학술 논문, 참고 서적 등을 어학능력에 구애 됨이 없이, 광범위하게 접할 수 있게 된다면 국가적인 발전에 기여할 수 있음은 물론 교육적인 견지에서도 다대한 역할을 할 수 있을 것이다. 언어는 특수한 지 역의 환경과 공동 관심속에서 고래의 뿌리깊은 전통과 관습으로 계승되어온 의사 전달의 매개체로써 특종의 適否에 대한 외적 조건을 만족시켜야 한다는 점이 분 명하여 생성된 문장들이 그 언어를 사용하는 토박이에게 충분히 용납되어야 한다 는 점에서 한 언어를 다른 언어로 번역하는데는 허다한 난점이라는 가정하에 무 한수의 문장을 만들어 낼 수 있다는 가능성을 가진 것으로 일종의 반복 장치를 가지게 되면 무한수의 문장을 생성할 수 있다는 이론을 근거로 한글 program, 한 영 번역 및 영한 번역의 실험 작업 단계에서 그 중간 과정을 소개해 본다.

본 연구는 상표소와 상심자가 난소적출로 유발된 흰쥐의 골다공증 치료효과에 미치는 영향에 관한 것으로서 주요 내용은 다음과 같다. 본 연구에서는 상표소와 상심자 물 추출물을 난소를 절제한 흰쥐에 투여하여 대퇴골, 비골경골의 골밀도, 혈청 중 오스테오칼신 함량, 알칼리성 인산가수분해효소 활성도, 칼슘 함량, 인 함량, 소변 중 무기성분의 변화, deoxypyridinoline 함량 등과 뼈의 함량, 인 함량, ash 무게에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 본 실험 결과 상표소와 상심자 물 추출물은 폐경기 이후 골다공증에 대한 치료에 효과적이라고 판단된다는 내용이다.
