Designated as a national intangible cultural asset, the fish weir is a traditional fishing method and was a leading fishing tool in Korean coastal fishery. As the littoral sea area fishing vessel fishery developed since the 1970s, traditional fishing methods including fish weirs began to decline. The fish weir has been passed down in the form of tools such as fish weirs, stone weirs, and bamboo weirs. In Namhae-gun and Sacheon City in Gyeongsangnam-do, anchovies are caught using bamboo weirs. A basic bamboo weir consists of a fish trap(balgong), a space where fish gather together, and a V- or U-shaped wooden fence(halgaji) that helps fish come inside the fish trap. Its fishing method is to catch fish that have come to the coast during high tide alongside those are stuck inside fish traps(balgong) with nets or scoop nets. This paper examined the process of passing down traditional fishing methods through a comparative analysis of the bamboo weir structures and fishing methods in the Namhae and Sacheon regions. First, the historical process of assembling the current bamboo weir structure was analyzed. The bamboo weir, a fishing tool, appears to have combined the features of past weirs and fish weirs based on the Jijok Strait and Samcheonpo Strait. Next, this paper examined the structure and fishing method of the two types of bamboo weirs made with a circular or square fish trap(balgong) where fish gather. Through this analysis, this study examined the lives of fishermen who have adapted to their natural environment and actively utilized obtainable resources(materials), and then changed the traditional fishing method of bamboo weirs and developed them into an appropriate technology. Lastly, a new value attributed to anchovies caught using bamboo weirs was analyzed. This new value extracted from better bamboo weir anchovies works as a mechanism to uphold the tradition of anchovy-catching bamboo-weir fishing, which produces a smaller amount of anchovies compared to other methods of anchovy fishing. In this way, bamboo weir fishing has been passed down as a result of its differentiated aspect of producing better anchovies than those produced with other fishing methods, as well as the historical aspect of it being a traditional fishing method.

The purpose of this study is to enhance the cultural heritage value of the Juk-Bang-Ryeum (Bamboo Weir) and prove the originality through the review of historical literature. The main industry of Korean was agriculture and fishery from ancient. In the ancient, fishery instruments are not enough due to the lack of fishing technology. The Juk-Bang-Ryeum was considered as important national resources and asset. It give us many implications about the wisdom of our ancestors because of it's scientific principle of the structure. It is surely a cultural heritage to preserve in the future because it is considered as important community asset as well as more natural and environment oriented fishing method. In the literature, the origin of 'Juk-Bang-Ryeum' can be found as 'Eo-Ryang' or 'Bang-Ryeum'. The records on this terminology go back to the Corea Dynasty, but their documentary records are rare, and most of them are records of the Chosun Dynasty. In this study, we surveyed mainly the literature records about the southern coast region in the period of Chosun Dynasty. This study contributes for preserving the cultural assets of our ancestors who pursued eco-friendly fishery method, and it is also of great significance to produce objective data based on records for the registration of the World Record Heritage.

현재 구현되어 있는 한국어 철자 교정 시스템은 문장의 문법 정보나 연어 관계로부터 문장의 오류를 처리하는 방식을 쓰고 있다. 본 논문에서는, 홑문장에서 의미소 사이의 관계를 이용하여 오타 문자를 수정하고 오타에 의한 의미적인 오류가 있을 때에는 의미에 해당하는 적절한 단어를 대체하여 제공하는 시스템을 제안한다. 단어의 뜻에 따라 체언은 의미 트리를 형성하고, 서술어는 주어 및 목적어의 체언과 의미 관계를 정의한다. 오류가 포함된 문장에서, 의미 관계를 비교, 분석하여 주어 및 목적어의 체언이 틀렸을 경우에는 서술어로부터, 서술어가 틀렸을 경우에는 주어 및 목적어의 체언으로부터, 수식어가 틀렸을 경우에는 체언 또는 서술어로부터 정의된 상호 의미 관계를 이용하여 한 문자에 대한 오타를 수정하고 오타에 의한 의미적 오류가 발견될 때에는 상기와 같은 철자 교정 방법을 적용하였다.

P2P 컴퓨팅은 자원 공유와 분산 컴퓨팅의 대안적 구조로 많은 주목을 받아 왔으며, 여러 분야에 응용되고 있다. 그러나. P2P 환경에서의 멀티미디어 스트리밍은 피어 간의 낮은 대역폭과 불안정한 연결이라는 구조적인 문제 때문에 상대적으로 주목받지 못하였다. 본 논문에서는 이의 해결을 위해서 다중 피어 결합 방식을 제안하고, 이를 이용한 오디오 스트리밍 시스템의 설계 및 구현에 관하여 논한다. 다중 피어 결합 방식은 데이터의 부분들을 여러 피어로부터 동시에 전송 받아 가상적으로 높은 대역폭을 확보하는 방식이며, 이 방식을 이용하여 기존 P2P 환경하에서 실현 가능한 오디오 스트리밍 시스템의 프로토타입을 설계하였다 설계된 프로토타입은 JXTA 기반하에서 구현되었으며, Java Sound를 이용하여 오디오 브라우징을 처리하였다.

A small hydraulic winch system with an automatic tension control unit was designed to improve the work efficiency of coastal small vessels and the dynamic response characteristics of the winch system operated in the open loop condition was investigated. The inlet and the outlet pressures in hydraulic motor, the torque and the rotating speed of winch drum were measured as a function of time, and the behaviour in autotension mode for stepped load changes was analyzed. The results obtained are summarized as follows : 1. The developed winch system for coastal small vessels will result in better fishing with improved efficiency and lower manpower consumption by remote control of winch system. 2. The rotating delay times of winch drum for on/off operations of solenoid valve were 0.09 see at CW mode and 0.04 sec at CCW mode, respectively. After the solenoid valve was controlled, response characteristics were unstable slightly but showed good tracking behaviour over short time. 3. The driving torque of winch system in autotension mode was kept almost constant of 55.9 kgf·m, and 11.1 then the rotating speed of winch drum was kept almost constant of 5.1 rpm in the larger torque than 55.9 kgf·m and 11.1 rpm in the lower torque than that. 4. The 5% settling times in the transient response characteristics of autotension mode under rapid increasing and decreasing conditions of load were 0.12 sec and 0.2 sec, respectively, and then the rotating speeds were 11 rpm and 5.3 rpm, respectively. 5. The tracking behaviour of torque and rotating speed by remote control operation were stable within 0.23 sec at CW mode and 0.37 sec at CCW mode, respectively.

지구온난화 방지 등 환경보전을 목적으로 전기기기 및 설비의 전력소비를 저감시키기 위한 성에너지관련법이 일부에서 시행되어 각 방면에서 그에 대한 대책이 이루어지고 있다. 전기기기 중에서도 공조기는 일반가정의 소비전력에서 차지하고 있는 비율이 $24\%$로 상당히 큰 편이다 최근 공조기는 소비전력을 저감시키기 위해 기간부품의 효율 개선을 도모하여 왔으나, 이 효율 개선에는 전력소비가 큰 압축기(탑재)모터와 이것을 구동하는 인버터의 손실 저감도 반드시 필요하다. 또 효율개선 외에 공조기 운전시의 쾌적성 향상의 관점에서 저진동화 및 저소음화를 도모할 필요가 있어 구조명과 함께 인버터 제어면에서의 대책을 시행하여 왔다. 압축기 중에서도 성능개선이 두드러진 룸에어컨은 압축기에 고효율의 브러시레스 DC모터를 탑재하여 정현파구동방식을 이용한 인버터에 의해 고효율화를 실현하였다. 이 정현파구동방식은 독자적인 과(過)변조 PWM(Pulse-Width Modulation) 방식을 적용하여 효율 개선에 크게 기여하고 있다. 또 인버터는 압축기 특유의 맥동(脈動)부하에 기인하는 진동을 제어$\cdot$억제하여 저진동화를 실현하였다. 또한 패키지에어컨에서는 인버터 캐리어주파수에 기인하는 캐리어음(音)을 인버터제어로 억제하여 저소음화를 실현하였다. 본고에서는 공조기를 대상으로 특히 에너지 소비가 큰 압축기용 모터와 이것을 구동하는 인버터의 효율개선 기술과 저진동화 및 저소음화를 도모하기 위한 인버터 응용기술에 관하여 기술한다.

Till now, Korean spelling proofreading system has corrected words of a sentence from the relationship of a collocation or the grammatical information of the sentence. In this paper, we propose a system that corrects a word using the relationship among the sememes in a single sentence and substitutes an apt word for a word of the sentence that has the meaningful mistake by a mistyping. The proposed system makes several sentences that are able to communicate with each sememe. The substantives forms meaning tree according to the meaning of the word and the predicate of a sentence defines the meaningful relationship between a substantives of the subject and the object. After this system compares and analyzes the relationship of meaning, it corrects the mistyping of a word in a single sentence that includes an error. If the system finds out the semantic error by the mistyping, it applies the spelling proofreading method that proposed in this paper.

This paper analyzed and compared the storytelling of female characters in Korean, American, Japanese animations and revealed the ideal image of woman of each culture. Chapter 2 analyzed the superficial images of the female characters and figured out how these images reflected awareness of a reality. This paper revealed that female characters act as a representative cultural symbols and embodies the paradigm and the order of those cultures. In Chapter 3, this paper analyzed and compared how the female characters solve the dramatic events in the entire narrative structure, and revealed the cultural implications of their action and these events. Korean characters were imitating the idols as an extension of the real world, and American characters were drawn as unreal Super Heroes who were utilized to enhance the order of the world if the United States. Japanese characters, the magical girls are led to create a magic circle and then become surreal goddesses. In this way, this paper revealed that female characters in animation reflect the male-centered ideology of each culture according to the awareness of a reality and cultural paradigm.

This paper aims to derive the specificity of film music of Baz Luhrmann, a Hollywood film director, focusing on his representative works such as Dancing Heroes, Romeo and Juliet, and Moulin Rouge. Frist, Dancing Heroes captures various dance music genres through dynamic shooting techniques and shows trendy sensibility by using the main theme song 'Time after Time,' sung by the main character, Tina. Second, Romeo and Juliet, the original work of Shakespeare, keeps thier lines and stories while decorating gorgeous fashion and rock music in jukebox style. Also, it is harmonized with the most modern and trendy MTV-style video. Third, Moulin Rouge presents film music through the 'mix and match' method, which consists of jukebox-type trendy songs containing classical back stage musical and Bollywood musical images. In conclusion, the style of Baz Luhrmann has been reborn as a unique way of directing Buz Luhrmann's film music that it is expressed by connecting various juke box style music with amazing visual effect. Through director's style, it is possible to suggest the direction of various film music to the industries.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the cultural value as well as business value of Juk-Bang-Ryeum(fishing instrument made by bamboo weir) by the investigation of remains in Gyeongnam Sacheon area and reviewing various historical literatures. The research will contribute to make back data necessary for the registration of World Heritage(UNESCO) and Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems(FAO). Fisheries, along with agriculture, have been great significance in human history. In particular, the Fisheries has been considered very important industry due to the geopolitical characteristics of our country surrounded by the sea. We can imagine may types of fishing practices and instruments at the agricultural age. Nonetheless, there are a few fishery heritages such as collecting and hunting tools that remains today. Fortunately, there are many Juk-Bang-Ryeum which is actually operate now from the past 500 years ago at the The Sacheon and Namhae areas. We could found some literature records about it in the historical ancient literatures. We could also infer that Juk-Bang-Ryeum was an important fishery resource of the country for a long time. It was built on the basis of scientific principles to capture fishes using the rapid tide of the natural geological straits, and it prove the wisdom of our ancestors. We also could found some unique cultural heritages that was important to the local community. Naturally, it has been managed as an important asset for the residents. In addition to such historical and humanistic values, it also has business and educational value. It can be useful to understand scientific fishery principles as well as fishery experience field. It has business value as an important tourism resource in the region in connection with historical relics and geological environment resources. In conclusion, it is a valuable asset to be handed down as a valuable cultural heritage.
