박막의 Sn/In atomic ratio는 0.12, O/In의 비율은 In2O3의 화학양론적 비율인 1.5보다 작은 1.3을 나타내었다.
Yttia-doped ceria-stabilized ziconia polycrystals(Ce-TZP) was prepared by dipping method and its microstructure was investigated. By controlling doped-yttria content and annealing condition, yttria-doped Ce-TZP showed the microstructure with irregular grain shape and undulated grain boundary. Irregularity of grain shape increased with the amount of yttria doped, and severe undulated grain boundary was observed mainly at the surface region. In the case of yttria-doped Ce-TZP annealed at 1$650^{\circ}C$ for 2h after two dipping times into yttrium nitrate solution of 0.2M, it showed irregular grain shape both at the surface and at the interior region as well as the most severe irregularity. Hot pressed specimen had mean grain size of 0.3$\mu\textrm{m}$ and undulated grain boundary. All specimens with irregular grain shape were retained the tetragonal phase. The fracture toughness of yttria-doped Ce-TZP with irregular grain shape was over the value of 17.6MPa.m(sup)1/2.

We developed an experimental model of brain death using dogs. Brain death was induced by increasing the intracranial pressure (ICP) gradually by continuous Infusion of saline through an epidural Foley catheter in 5 mongrel dogs (weight, 18~22kg). Hemodynamic and electrocardiographic changes were evaluated continuously during the process of brain death and obtained the following results. 1. The average volume and time required to induce brain death was 4.8$\pm$1.0ml and 143.0$\pm$30.9minutes respectively. 2. There was a steady rise of the ICP after starting the constant infusion of saline, and ICP rised continuously until the brain death (122.0$\pm$62.5mmHg). After reaching to the maximal value (125.0$\pm$47.7mmHg) at 30 minutes after brain death, the ICP dropped and remained approximately constant at the slightly higher level than the mean arterial pressure (MAP). 3. MAP showed no change until the establishment of brain death and it declined gradually. The peak heart rate reached to 172.6$\pm$35.3/min at 30 minutes after the brain death. 4. Even though the body temperature and all hemodynamic variables, such as cardiac output, mean pulmonary arterial pressure, left ventricular (LV) end-diastolic pressure and LV maximum + dp/dt, were slightly greater than those of basal state, at the point of brain death, there was no statistically significant change during t e process of brain death. 5. There was no remarkable arrhythmias during the experiment except ventricular premature beats which was observed transiently in one dog at the time of brain death. Hemodynamic changes in the brain death model induced by gradual ICP increment were inconspicuous, and arrhythmias were rarely seen. Hyperdynamic state, which was observed at the point of brain death in another brain death model caused by abrupt ICP increase, was not observed.

In order to increase the productivity of container terminals, automation is being considered seriously in nowadays. A yard is usually automated by running autumated RMGs (rail mounted gantries) which may require somewhat a different stacking strategy to archive a better performance. In this paper, we present a simulation model for RMGs and summarize experimental results with two different stacking strategies applied to a horizontal block which has two non-crossable RMGs. The concentrating strategy, which stacks containers belong to a single ship together and dedicateds each RMG to either ship services or external truck services, showed a good performance in ship unloading. In the contrast, the distributing strategy, which partitions a block into two regions and binds each RMG to one of the regions to improve the productivity of ship services by running each RMG alternately, is suggested for blocks of exporting.

This paper deals with productivity improvement of stevedoring system by pooling opertaions of transport vehicle at automated container terminal. Usually, in traditional container terminals, grouping operations of transport vehicle are applied for container crane because vehicle routing path is simple and vehicle assignment is easy. But this static assignment(SA) operation that arrsign vehicles to container crane ar apron reduces flexibility of vehicles. Therefore, This paper presented 4 dynamic assignment(DA) method to improve efficiency of vehicles. These 4 dynamic assignment method consider present situations of container crane such as sequence(Se), queue time(Qt), productivity(Pr), numeric of vehicle assignment(Nv), numeric of buffer(Nb) at vehicles assignment. At the results, dynamic assignment operation to consider Qt, Nv, Nb is most efficient and by next time, dynamic assignment operation to consider Se is superior more than static assignment operation. but, dynamic assignment operation to consider Pr or Qt of container crane only is inefficient than static assignment operation.
This study examined elements which could evaluate a container terminal logistics system from the viewpoint of supply chain management. This study derived the elements of a container terminal logistics system such as flexibility, reliability, responsiveness, and information sharing and 16 evaluation sub-items in the aspect of a supply chain. In the result of analysis, the weight between SCM elements of a container terminal logistics system was the highest in reliability(0.282), followed by flexibility(0.273), responsiveness(0.224), and information sharing(0.221). The conversion weight was calculated by combining the weight of elements of a container terminal logistics system and the weight of evaluation sub-items. The highest weight which was considered as the most important factor to evaluate a container terminal logistics system was work planning(berth, yard) of flexibility(0.081), followed by accurate fulfillment of container work schedule(ship, yard) and the optimum distribution and arrangement of equipment(QC, TC, YT)(0.079), stable works without damage of containers and ships(0.071), and preventive maintenance of equipment and operators' skill(0.070).
The physiological saline solution for animals is known as Ringer's solution which is used for keeping the function of cold blooded vertebrate animals. Primaily the saline solution is used for the purpose of perfusion experiment in frogs. Later the saline solution is applied in several kinds of animals including human being with satisfactory results. However, this saline solution was introduced to silkworm and it was found that the result was not as successful as in the case of other animals and human being. Normally, in the case of silkworm, the physiological saline solution is prepared in order to maintain the normal function of separated organs and tissues. To this end, the saline solution is adjusted to contain the certain amount and strength of ions, osmosis pressure and hydrogen concentration. The most of cases, the physiological saline solution should be prepared so that the constituent of the solution be the same with the blood selium and body fluid. The hydrogen concentration in the ion element of the saline solution is adjustable by adding Na$\^$+/, K$\^$+/, Ca$\^$++/, Mg$\^$++/ which are followed by adding of buffer solution such as NaHCO$_3$and NaH$_2$PO$_4$. Determination of optimum concentration of cation in the physiological saline solution, and the optimum mixing rate of more than two kinds of cations are based on the movement of dorsal vessel in the silkworm larvae. The optimum concentration of cations in the solution is prepared by adding NaCl solution which is under zero point. However, this solution was further added with the different concentration of KCl and CaCl$_2$. By dropping the prepared solution on the 5th larvae, the effects of solution was measured. The measurement was done by observation of movement' of dorsal vessel and its time length, and the number of pulses. According to the experiment, it was found that when only NaCl solution was applied, the number of pulses is increased for a moment, and the pulse stopped after one hour or so. When KCl solution was added the time of pulse was prolonged and in the contrast, the number of pulses was slow down. If KCl and CaCl$_2$solutions are added the time of pulse was further prolonged. Even though the adding of KCl and CaCl$_2$are found to be effectible, the correlation between the concentration of solution and the movement of dorsal vessel was not observed. However, it was same in the case of adding Ca$\^$++/ or K$\^$+/. It was found that when Mg$\^$++/ was added to dorsal vessel the number of the pulses was not decreased although the prolonged time pulse was observed.
