초등학교 교사들은 정보 활용 능력을 기르는데 노력하였다. 그러나 교육현장은 이보다 더 많은 능력을 요구하고 있으며 초등학교 교사들마다 정보 활용 능력이 다르고, 교사들의 스트레스 정도가 다르다. 따라서 본 연구는 초등학교 교사들의 정보 활용 능력의 정도와 스트레스 양과의 관계를 알아보고, 교사들의 직무스트레스를 극복하는 방법을 알아보았다.

Simple mass-rearing methods for Spodoptera exigua Hubner with an artificial diet were done in th laboratory. Hatchability of egg and its survival rates upto 3rd instar lava were 97.9 and 83.3 ercent, respectively. The pupation rates in individual rearing, mass-rearing, mass-rearing with sawdust were 48.5%, 37.5%, and 82.5%, respectively. The emergence rates in those methods were 85.2%, 86.7%, 90.9%, respectively.

본 연구는 공기청정기의 성능에 영향을 미치는 인자로서 홉입구, 배기구의 위치 및 형상, 그리고 실내 공간상 배치 등에 대해 수치해석에 의한 모사를 통하여 평가하였다. 해석방법으로는 먼저 유동장을 해석한 후 고정된 유동장 내에서의 먼지 입자의 거동을 검토하였다. 배기구 위치에 의한 성능해석 결과는 배기구를 상면에 위치하게 할 경우 양 측면에 위치한 구조보다 우수한 성능을 나타내었으며, 설치위치에 대한 성능해석 결과는 제한적이나 현관 옆에 설치할 경우 해석된 두 가지 모델 모두 우수한 성능을 나타내었다.

We used green manure crops such as hairy vetch, crimson clover, rye, sorghum, and sudan grass by mixing with soils to assess the effects of green manure crops on nutrient supply and soil quality improvement. Temporal changes in soil inorganic nitrogen, carbohydrate, microbial biomass, and humus content were determined as soil quality indicators. Inorganic nitrogen content of the control maintained similar level during the whole period, but it had continually increased until 4 weeks after incorporation (WAI) of green manure crops. Especially, inorganic nitrogen content sharply increased in sudan grass. After incorporation of green manure crops, temporal change of soluble sugar in soils was as follows: it had gradually increased in legume green manure crops-incorporated soils until 7 WAI, which was the highest, and then showed the tendency to be reduced. Meanwhile, it in non-legume green manure crops-incorporated soils rapidly increased after the incorporation, and reached the maximum around 4 WAI. Humic acid by the decomposition of crop residues in green manure crops-incorporated soils was greatly enhanced with the elapsed time of 4 WAI, although it was low at the same level as the control until 2 weeks. In addition, there was a difference in fulvic acid by incorporated crops, fulvic acid in hairy vetch, sorghum and sudan grass showed a similar tendency with the change in humic acid. Our results suggest that soluble sugar, microbial activity and humic acid could be available indicators to evaluate the fertility of green manure crops-incorporated soils.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the need of home modification for outpatient with stroke and spinal cord injury. The subjects of this study were 54 outpatients who have experience in rehabilitation therapy at hospitals in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. A questionnaire was distributed and collected form January 2th to February 4th, 2012. Descriptive statistics and $x^2$-test were used to analyze data. There were statistically significant difference in stairs of access, in width of front door, in bathroom, space of room according diagnosis. There were statistically significant difference in light of sensor, tissue holder and socket cover in bathroom for the comparison of demands for home modification by living type. There were statistically significant difference in width and threshold of front door, tissue holder and towel bar, nonslip floor in bathroom, space and table, chair of kitchen, space and threshold of porch, light for the comparison of demands for home modification according score of MBI. Based on the results of the survey, needs of home modification is different according disability level, diagnosis, living type, ADL performance. The results of this study show a need for the further occupational therapy of home modification and supporting policies in home modification.

This paper considers the cost minimization problem to satisfy QoS (Quality of Service) requirements for a given network, in particular when communication resources to each link can be additionally assigned. For the purpose of quantifying QoS requirements such as data transfer delay and packet loss, we introduce the cost function considering both the link utilization factor and the additionally assigned resource. To minimize this cost function, we firstly formulate a Basic Capacity Planning (BCP) problem, a special case of Network Utility Maximization (NUM). We show that the solution of this BCP problem cannot be optimal via a counter example. In this paper, we suggest the cross-layer design of both additionally assigned resource and routing path, whose initial values are set to the result of BCP problem. This cross-layer design is based on a heuristic approach which presents an effective way to plan how much communication resources should be added to support the QoS requirements in future. By simulation study, we investigate the convergence of the cost function in a more general network topology as well as in a given simple topology.
