Seasonal variation in species composition and abundance of demersal fish in Yongil Bay were determined by analyzing samples collected using an otter trawl from January to October 1991. Of 59 species identified, Repomucenus lunatus, Tridentiger trigonocephalus, Repomucenus heguenini, Ammodytes personatus and Sillago japonica were dominated in abundance. Number of spiecies and biomass were low in winter and high in spring and summer. Species composition did not show spatial variation but showed seasonal variation. Number of spicies, abundance in number of individuals ($630 inds./10^3\;m^2$) and in biomass ($13,131g/10^3\;m^2$), and species diversity (2.00-2.54) of fish in Yongil Bay were higher than those of the coastal waters in the Yellow Sea or in the South Sea of Korea.

테트라싸이클린에 의한 치아 변색은 심미성을 고려한 임상 치료시 커다란 난제로 남아 있다. 본 연구는 백서 치아에 테트라싸이클린을 주입하여 야기되는 색상과 구조적인 변화도를 측정하여 향후 연구에 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 시행되었다. 24 마리의 백서를 각기 8 마리씩 3 군으로 분류하여 대조군은 정상적인 사육을 식염수군은 TC군과 동량의 식염수를 주사하였으며 TC군은 12 ml에 용해시킨 60 mg의 테트라싸이클린을 복강내로 2 주간 주입하였다. 최종 주입후 1 주간 정상 사육한 다음 cervical dislocation법에 의해 희생시켜 시편을 채득한 후 각 치아를 횡단하여 실물현미경과 FlexCam을 이용하여 컴퓨터에 영상을 저장한 다음 색 변화량을 Adobe Photoshop으로 측정하였으며 구조변화는 주사전자 현미경을 이용하였다. 치아색 변화량의 유의성 검정은 ANOVA와 Scheffe test를 이용하였으며 본 실험 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 각 군의 $a^*$ 수치는 대조군 -6.12 (1.18), 식염수군 -8.00 (1.33), TC군 -18.56 (2.52)로 나타났으며 $b^*$ 수치는 대조군 1.12 (2.13), 식염수군 1.62 (1.45), TC군 28.67 (5.18)을 보였다. 즉 테트라싸이클린에 의해 $a^*$와 $b^*$의 수치가 유의성있게 (p<0.01) 초록색과 노란색 방향으로 변화하였다. 2. 테트라싸이클린에 의해 치경부 법랑질 외면이 검게 변색되었으며 울퉁불퉁한 양태로 변화되었다. 그러나 법랑소주의 형태, 방향등은 차이를 보이지 않았다. 3. 각 군간 상아세관의 수, 방향, 크기등이 차이가 없었다. 치수측에서의 관찰결과 대조군과 식염수군에서는 상아세관들의 입구가 크고 명확하게 보인 반면 TC군에서는 입구가 좁고 부분적으로 막힌 양태도 관찰되었다.

응용 프레임워크를 이용하여 응용 프로그램을 작성할 때, 응용 프레임워크와 함께, 그 프레임워크와 별도로 기존에 작성된 클래스를 이용하려면 다중 상속을 이용하거나 단순한 복사/붙이기와 같은 코드 재작성을 이용하여야 한다. 그러나 다중 상속은 여러 문제점을 가지고 있다. 코드 재작성은 단순한 짜깁기 이상은 될 수 없다. 또한 컴포넌트 기반의(Component-Based) 개발 방식을 따를 경우 프로그램 코드를 획득하거나 이해한다는 것도 쉬운 문제가 아니다. 역할 객체는 어떤 객체가 특정 콘텍스트에서 필요한 행동 양태(Behavior)를 가지는 객체를 의미한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 프레임워크에 기작성된 클래스를 적용하기 위해 역할 객체를 이용하기를 제안하였다.

To study the distribution of ichthyoplankton in the adjacent waters of Yousu, ichthyoplankton were sampled 4 times (September 1996, November 1996, February 1997 and May 1997). Four species of fish eggs and twenty-four species of fish larvae were identified. Among fish eggs, Engraulis japonicus eggs were the dominant species comprising $80.6\%$ of the total fish eggs collected, followed by Callionymidae spp. $1.6\%$, Konosirus punctatus and Maurolicus muelleri occupied below $1.0\%$ respectively, while $17.8\%$ were unidentified. Most larval fish species were found in September (17 species). In fish larvae, Callionymidae spp. was the dominant species occupying $25.7\%$ of total fish larvae collected and than followed by Gobiidae spp. $23.5\%$, Sillago japonica $17.2\%$ Engraulis japonicus $12.2\%$, Omobranchus elegans $9.9\%$ and the unidentified species were less than $2.0\%$. The larvae fish species collected in this study area were comprising the coastal sedentary species (Gobiidae, Callionymidae, Hexagrammos otakii and io on), and the warm water species (Auxis spp. and Coryphaena hipurus and Pomacentridae spp.) which were appearing by warm water current flowing near the costal area of Cheju Island.

A 5-day-old male Korean native calf was referred with the primary complaint of anorexia, absence of feces, depression, and abdominal distention. Although this case was tentatively diagnosed as atresia coli, plain and contrast radiography was performed to confirm site and appearance of obstruction. A plain radiograph revealed gas distension in the large intestine, with absence of fecal material in the descending colon. In a contrast radiograph, the blind part of descending colon that was accumulated with contrast media smoothly protruded to distended colon with gas and the middle part was seen as narrow. These findings were well corresponded with the mucosal blockage junction between distended spiral loop with gas and descending colon that was hypoplasia or atropy in necropsy. In conclusion, contrast radiography was considered very useful method to identify the site and type of obstruction in diagnosis of atresia coli.

인텔과 삼성이 손을 잡고 개발한 Tizen IVI(In-vehicle Infotainment) OS는 임베디드 기기의 환경에 맞추어 사용자에게 최대한 빠른 시간 내에 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 여러 가지 방법을 사용한다. 특히 Automobile 산업을 겨냥하여 개발한 Tizen IVI OS는 운전자에게 빠른 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 systemd와 wayland를 활용하여 빠른 운영체제 부팅을 제공하고 있다. 최대 7초 이내의 부팅 속도를 제공하기 위하여 기존의 init process를 대체하는 systemd를 사용한다. 또한 기존의 x-window를 대체하는 wayland를 사용하여 부팅과정의 오버헤드를 줄이려 노력하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 최근 스마트폰의 보편화와 함께 임베디드 기기 상에서 더욱 필요성이 증대되고 있는 운영체제의 빠른 부팅에 대한연구를 소개한다. 특히 Tizen IVI OS에서 빠른 부팅을 위해 사용하는 두 가지 방식에 대해 연구하고, 기존 방식들과의 차이점을 분석한다.

In the assembly system, a pallet plays an important role of transfer and storage. As products become various, many different pallets are also necessary. Since some of them are redundant, a design of pallet with high flexibility is important. This paper suggests design alternatives, in designing pallets with high flexibility. The purpose of this study is to rationalize assembly process of mid-small size products. Every pallet has suitability values depending on characteristic factors of a product, and this value is determined by using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) technique. As the characteristic factors of a product are changed, the suitability value is also changed. Design alternatives can be found by tracing change of the suitability value, which are based on correlation between the characteristic factors of a product and a pallet element.
