Genetic diversity among four populations of Chinese shrimp Fenneropenaeus chinensis from Narodo, Yeonggwang, Taean and Chinese Bohai Bay was assessed by amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) DNA fingerprinting. Total numbers of AFLP bands generated (ranging from 251 to 254) and average percent of polymorphic bands (27.1 to 28.1 %) were similar in the four populations. Heterozygosity and genetic diversity within or among the populations were very low for the populations with average values ranging from 0.1177 to 0.1288 and from 0.1099 to 0.1194, respectively. Analyses of pairwise distance, Fst index and genetic similarity among the populations also revealed the similar results with very low genetic differentiation each other. These results suggest that all the wild populations tested in the present analysis may be belonging to the same genetic origin, and also that they may have a close relationship in genetic structure without any significant differentiation.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among anger expression mode, depression, and blood pressure. Method : Eight hundred sixty-eight male military draftees were asked during the examination procedure to answer Spielberger's Anger Expression Inventory, MMPI Repression Scale, and Beck Depression Inventory(BDI). Blood pressures, weight, and height were also measured. Results : 1) No significant difference was found in the anger-in and anger-out subscales of Spielberger Anger Expression Inventory, MMPI Repression Scale, and BDI between the hypertensives and the normotensives. 2) No significant difference of blood pressure was found between the groups determined by upper and lower 25% of each of the above scales and inventory. 3) The interaction effect of anger-in and anger-out on depression was found to be significant. Conclusion : These findings suggest that there is no relationship among anger-in, anger-out, depression, and blood pressure in young male military draftees. Interestingly, ambivalence of anger expression, i.e. the interaction of anger-in and anger-out, was found to be an important factor related to depression.

The early gonadal development and sex differentiation of the mandarin fish, Siniperca scherzeri was described from hatch to the 130th day post-hatch (DPH). Primordial germ cells were observed on the just hatched fry (5.10 mm in total length (TL)) and began to protrude into the peritoneal cavity between mesonephric duct and gut. The primordial gonad, with the formation of genital ridge, developed on the 8-10th DPH (10.77-12.47 mm TL). Ovarian differentiation was identified by the presence of ovarian cavity and meiotic oocytes from the 40th DPH (29.75 mm TL). Testicular differentiation was identified by the presence of spermatogonial cells with efferent duct also from the 40th DPH. Sex differentiation of the mandarin fish was identified as gonochoristic type.

The purpose of this study was to investigate (1) children's field dependence by age and sex, (2) children's interpersonal problem solving ability by age, sex, and contextual factors, (3) children's interpersonal problem solving ability by field dependence. The subjects were 120 five-, seven-, and nine-year-olds. Children's field-dependence was measured with the Children's Embedded Figures Test (CEFT). Children's interpersonal problem solving ability was measured with the Preschool Interpersonal Problem Solving Test (PIPS Test). Statistical methods adopted for data analysis were frequencies, percentiles, means, standard deviation, t-test, oneway ANOVA. $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test and Pearson's correlations. Major findings were that (1) The older children were more field-independent than the younger ones (2) The older children suggested more problem solving methods and higher-level problem solving strategies than the younger ones. (3) Children suggested higher-level problem solving strategies in contexts involving familiar as opposed to unfamiliar participants and contexts involving children as opposed to adults. (4) 9-year-olds' field-independence was positively associated with interpersonal problem solving ability.

This paper presents the design and fabrication results of a voice coil type actuator for auto focusing(AF) functional module of mobile phone cameras. Axisymmetric FEM and 3-dimensional FEM is used to analyze and design the actuator, and the performance is verified by fabrication and evaluation of it. The size of the fabricated 2M pixel AF module is $10.5{\times}10.5{\times}7.9mm$, and the operating performance was satisfactory.

이동 통신 기술의 발달과 휴대 단말기 등의 진화에 따라 위치기반 서비스(LBS)가 인터넷을 통해 가장 성장성이 높은 새로운 서비스 분야로 자리 잡고 있다. 하지만 LBS 핵심 기반 기술의 성장에 비해 그와 관련된 응용 서비스 및 콘텐츠의 개발 사례는 미비한 상태여서 LBS 산업의 활성화와 균형 있는 발전이 이뤄지지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 특화된 무선 설문을 제공하는 새로운 LBS 기반 응용 서비스를 제시하고, 응용 서비스의 이동통신사 간 다양한 휴대 단말기의 지원과 호환을 위하여 무선 인터넷 표준 플랫폼 WIPI를 활용한 시스템을 제안하다. 제안된 시스템은 설문양식과 사용자를 관리하는 서버와 사용자 단말 클라이언트 어플리케이션으로 구성되며 LBS와 연동하여 특정 지역에 맞는 특화된 설문을 제공한다.

The purpose of this study was to analysis housing life styles of apartment dwellers by alteration in Ulsan, got hold of the influencing variables of housing life styles and indicated source materials about the plan of alteration of apartment dwellers. As a methodology for this study, questionnaire survey were used. The number of 228 cases were analyzed through SPSS PC+. For the analysis of the data, such techniques were used as reliability analysis, frequence analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis.The major findings of this study were as followings: 1. Housing life styles of apartment dwellers by alteration in Ulsan identified five factors. In order of decreasing importance, these factors included: i)practicality, ii)ornament, iii)the faculty of space, iv) actuality, and v) spending habits. 2. The size of a family, wife's education, income, cost of alteration, and the area of installment sale were the most significant factors that influenced housing life styles of apartment dwellers by alteration in Ulsan.

This paper proposes service-oriented composition and verification techniques for incrementally extracting high-level abstract behavior of unit components in a systematic manner. Proposed techniques include the definition for abstract component, which is a basic building-block of the abstraction process, an algorithm for port-based synchronized abstraction, and projection abstraction. A verification framework is developed using the proposed techniques and its efficiency is demonstrated through a case example.

The purpose of this study is to understand the production efficiency of individual fishing communities and provide directions for improvement. The subject of the study is aquaculture type Ochon-Gye in Goheung-gun. The analysis method used bootstrap-DEA to overcome the statistical reliability problem of the traditional DEA analysis technique. In addition, data mining-GIS was applied to identify the spatial productivity of fishing communities. The values of technology efficiency, pure technology efficiency, and scale efficiency were estimated for 32 aquaculture-type fishing villages. Then, using the benchmarking reference set and weights, the projection was presented through adjustment of the input factor excess, and furthermore, the confidence interval of the efficiency values considering statistical significance was estimated using bootstrap.

해상교통과 같이 선박, 항해자, 관제센터, 해운선사, 기상시스템, 지리정보시스템 등의 높은 복잡도와 방대한 범위의 요구사항을 갖는 시스템의 M&S를 위해서는 인간을 포함한 체계가 필요하다. 디지털 환경에서 해상교통을 모의하기 위해서는 주요 요소인 인적요인에 대한 모델링 필요하며, 현실감 있는 해상교통 상황의 재현 및 예측을 위해 항해자의 인지과정, 행동양식, 항해전문성, 항해오류 등을 모델링하여 반영하는 것이 타당하다. 본 발표에서는 해상교통류 분석을 위한 지능형 선박 에이전트 개발을 위해 선박운항과 관련된 항해자의 인지 및 행동을 분석하고, 이를 통해 분석된 정보를 이용하여 항해자의 행동과 유사한 에이전트 기반의 인지 및 행동 모델 개발 내용을 소개하고자 한다.
