본 연구에서는 충북 남부 3개군 지역(옥천ㆍ보은ㆍ영동)의 중소 제조기업의 경영실태 및 애로기술을 대상으로 실증조사 되었다. 지역의 특정상황의 전제 하에 지방 중소기업들의 실질적인 문제점들을 발견하고, 그 개선 방안을 탐색함은 물론 산ㆍ학ㆍ연 컨소시엄 사업의 성공적인 수행을 위해 시도되었다. 세부적으로는 중소 제조기업의 경영 및 애로기술 특성을 일반적 사항, 경영애로요인, 경영전략, 현장개선기법, 정보화, 제품 및 공정 기술상의 애로기술 현황파악의 6개 영역으로 조사되었다. 조사결과들은 추후 산ㆍ학ㆍ연 공동기술개발 사업에 있어 창의적, 틈새적 과제발굴 및 신제품 기술개발의 토대마련이 될 뿐 아니라, 지역경제 발전을 위한 산ㆍ학ㆍ관의 지원 전략 수립에 적극 활용 될 것으로 판단된다.

중국의 전력소비는 1980-92년간 연율 7.9$\%$ 증가했으며, 1992-2010년간 실질 GNP 성장률이 연율 8$\%$라는 전제하에 전력소비는 연률 7.8$\%$증가할 것이다.(1992-2000년간은 연율 9$\%$, 2000-2010년간은 연율 7$\%$ 예상). 가정 및 상업부문 전기소비가 산업부문보다 급속히 증가할 것으로 보이는데, 이것은 소득증가로 가전기기의 보유가 늘어나기 때문이다. 지속적인 GNP서장의 제약요인으로 SOx, NOx, $CO_2$ 배출 등 환경 문제가 될 것이며, 발전 송전 배전인프라 건설에 필요한 자본투자규모가 1조달러에 이른다. 2010년에는 3백만b/d의 석유, 1백만톤의 석탄, 13.5백만톤의LNG 등 에너지수입에 국제수지균형이 애로요인으로 작용할 것으로 보인다.

1990년대 중반을 넘어서면서 성장둔화에 직면한 한국경제의 애로요인으로 인건비, 토지가격, 금리 등 생산요소 가격의 상승, 기술개발의 부족 및 물류애로에 따른 과다한 물류비의 부담 등이 지적되고 있다. 이 세 가지 요인 중에서 생산요소가격의 문제는 거시경제정책의 변수의 성향을 가지고 있으며, 기술개발에 대한 투자와 결실은 단기(Short-Run)에 해결되기는 곤란하므로 개별기업은 물론 정부를 포함하는 제 경제주체의 노력에 따라서 물류비용을 획기적으로 절감하고 그를 통해 국가경쟁력의 회복 또는 강화의 계기를 발견하고자 하는 노력이 다각적으로 펼쳐지고 있다. In this paper, we consider a cooperation between firms and universities based on KOITA's and KIET's research results which is a research organ about the obstacle factors of the cooperation between firms and universities. Also, we consider the motivation of a cooperation with a technology innovation based on STEPI's research results. From the basis on the results, we will suggest a new cooperation strategy between firms and universities. We will propose a new development cooperation model(strategy) which is included the infra(hardware), that is implemented for the company's support, and the networking between cooperation components and expert management man-power.

Recently, silk farming trends are changed from silk production to functional production because of a slump in only silk production. The 'Functional silk farming production promotion and assistant ACT', which has been enacted and effective since 2009, provides an environment to create the integrated functional sericulture production program. The purpose of this study is to derive the current industry status and the development strategy resulting in promoting and creating a new value-added industry. The main items to be improved in current sericulture industry are production infra and facilities, post-harvest storage technology, processing and marketing, sericulture farming products trading, exporting and merchandised promoting, farm management and farm income etc. Future sericulture industry should be focus on Mulberry production and Processing instead of silk farming only for a new valued added industry.

Kangwon Province has grown regional economy under the circumstances of poor resources compared with others and Kangwon Province is in a position to stress trade to continue economic development in future. Therefore this paper proposes that we must analyze the real situation and the patential factors of foreign trade in Kangwon Province. And also this paper is to propose a strategy for the promotion of foreign trade in Kangwon Province

본 고는 정보통신 중소기업 기술개발사업에 대한 지원효과를 분석하기 위해 2000년도에 실시한 실태조사결과를 분석한 것이다. 먼저 정보통신부에서 정보통신중소기업의 기술개발을 지원하기 위해 추진중인 지원사업의 유형을 정리하였으며, 실태조사의 추진내용에 대해 설명하였다. 또한 실태조사결과를 회사 일반현황, 기술 및 환경특성, 기업특성, 연구개발 성과, 지원사업의 운영 및 애로요인으로 구분하여 분석한 후 결론을 제시하였다.
