In this paper, we consider the characteristics of information technology sectors women. By surveying IT women worker, we attempted to define the attributes of them and examine the problems and what they are needed to IT education following the changes in the highly competitive information technology industry. Especially, we used data mining tools says association analysis to analyze for the Women Information Scientist Association of Korea(WINSA) provides IT worker women with education packages and what is the general culture course from the point of IT employment view. The data was analyzed by SAS enterprise tools.

In this paper, we tried to find the bottleneck factors of firms' innovative activities using the KIS (Korea Innovation Survey) 2002 data. Employing the method of factor analysis, we identified five bottleneck factors of innovative activities: organizational bottleneck factor, innovative bottleneck factor, economic bottleneck factor, supply-chain bottleneck factor, and market-environment bottleneck factor. Using regression analysis which includes the five bottleneck factors, industry characteristics variables (market concentration, technological opportunity, appropriability), and other control variables, we found (1) that all the five bottleneck factors are negatively related with innovative activities, (2) that technological opportunity and appropriability conditions are positively related with innovative activities, (3) that there is an inverted-U relationship between market concentration and innovative activities, and (4) that firm size has no significant influence on firms' innovative activities.

본 연구는 가스하이드레이트 개발사업과 관련하여 해당 분야의 국내 개발환경을 고려한 기술로드맵을 설정하기 위하여 현 단계에서의 애로점을 분석하는 것을 그 목적으로 하고 있다. 이에 세 단계에 걸쳐 델파이 설문을 진행하였다. 첫 단계에서는 우선 전문가 집단에게 개방형 설문을 이용하여 애로점 속성 초안을 마련하였고, 이렇게 마련한 속성 초안을 바탕으로 중과제 책임자 면담을 통해 더욱 구체화시켰다. 두 번째 단계로 구체화된 속성 초안들로 2차 설문을 구성하여 각 속성별 중앙값과 사분점간범위를 산출해내었다. 마지막으로 3차 설문에서는 산출된 중앙치나 사분점간범위를 제시하고 응답하는 전문가들에게 응답을 다시 한번 재고할 기회를 주며, 이 때에도 다수의 의견으로부터 벗어날 경우에는 의견을 달리하는 이유를 적을 수 있도록 하였고, 현재 3차 설문을 진행중에 있다.

급속한 기술혁신과 변화 속에서 IT 벤처기업은 국가의 경제성장과 발전을 이끄는 원동력으로 작용하고 있다. 정부의 정책적 지원 하에서 벤처기업은 양적으로도 엄청난 규모로 성장하였다. 그럼에도 창업초기에 있는 벤처기업들은 예전과 마찬가지로 그들이 직면한 시장의 비효율성으로 인해 쉽게 어려움에서 벗어나지 못하고 있다. 본 연구는 창업초기 IT 벤처기업들이 겪고 있는 애로요인들을 시장 효율성과 시스템적 관점에서 접근함으로써 IT 벤처기업의 질적 성장을 위한 정책적 해결점을 찾아 보고자 한다.

중대재해처벌법이 도입되었으나 여전히 실무적으로 정착되고 있지 못한 실정이다. 이에 공무원과 공공기관 652명의 실무자들을 대상으로 중대시민재해 관련 실무상의 애로사항과 중대재해처벌법의 개정방향에 대하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 다양한 애로사항의 상당부분은 관련 기준이 부재하여 발생하고 있었으며, 중대재해처벌법 개정방향도 높은 비율로 의무사항을 준수하기 위한 구제적인 기준 제시가 필요한 것으로 조사되었다. 그러므로 구체적인 기준제시를 위하여 시행령 개정과 함께 관계부처가 발간한 중대재해처벌법 해설서를 개정 및 보완할 필요가 있다.
