Due to heterogeneity in Data and Processes, healthcare systems are facing the challenge of interoperability. This heterogeneity results in different healthcare workflows of each individual organization. The compatibility of these heterogeneous workflows is possible when standards are followed. HL7 is one of the standards that is used for communicating medical data between healthcare systems. Its newer version V3 is providing semantic interoperability which is lacking in V2. The interoperability in HL7 V3 is only limited to data level and process level interoperability needs to be catered. The process level interoperability is achieved only when heterogeneous workflows are aligned. These workflows are very complex in nature due to continuous change in medical data resulting in problems related to maintenance and degree of automation. Semantic technologies plays important role in resolving the above mentioned problems. This research work is based on the integration of semantic technology in HL7 V3 standard to achieve semantic process interoperability. Web Service Modeling Framework (WSMF) is used for incorporating semantics in HL7 V3 processes and achieves seamless communication. Interaction Ontology represents the process artifacts of HL7 V3 and helps in achieving automation.

Busan Metropolitan City runs Community Health Center which aims to health care service based on the community, besides the established health medical service towards people with low-income. 71 centers are run in 2021, therefore, this papear explores the way of digital transition of these centers. Digital Technologies possibly adopted inside the centers are: First, smart devices to advance the management system of chronical diseases based on health index; Second, IoT with mobile tech to manage health index; Third, AI Robot to care lone elderly people and to warn the emergency.

The yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae (S. cerevisiae) is considered an ideal eukaryotic model and has long been recognized for its pivotal role in numerous industrial production processes. Depending on the cell cycle phases, microenvironment, and species, S. cerevisiae varies in shape and has different sizes of each shape such as singlets, doublets, and clusters. Obtaining high-purity populations of uniformly shaped S. cerevisiae cells is crucial in fundamental biological research and industrial operations. In this study, we propose an acoustofluidic method for separating S. cerevisiae cells based on their size using surface acoustic wave (SAW)-induced acoustic radiation force (ARF). The SAW-induced ARF increased with cell diameter, which enabled a successful size-based separation of S. cerevisiae cells using an acoustofluidics device. We anticipate that the proposed acoustofluidics approach for yeast cell separation will provide new opportunities in industrial applications.

Recently, artificial intelligence (AI) workloads encompassing various industries such as smart logistics, FinTech, and entertainment are being executed on the cloud. In this paper, we address the scheduling issues of various AI workloads on a multi-tenant cloud system composed of heterogeneous GPU clusters. Traditional scheduling decreases GPU utilization in such environments, degrading system performance significantly. To resolve these issues, we present a new scheduling approach utilizing genetic algorithm-based optimization techniques, implemented within a process-based event simulation framework. Trace driven simulations with diverse AI workload traces collected from Alibaba's MLaaS cluster demonstrate that the proposed scheduling improves GPU utilization compared to conventional scheduling significantly.
Microparticle separation has demonstrated significant potential for biological, chemical, and medical applications. We introduce a surface acoustic wave (SAW)-based microfluidic device for separation of elastic and rigid microspheres based on their property and size. By tuning the SAWs to match the resonant frequencies of certain microspheres, those particles could be selectively separated from the other microspheres. When microspheres are exposed to an acoustic field, they experience the SAW-induced acoustic radiation force (ARF), whose magnitude is dependent on the microparticle size and properties. We modeled the SAW-induced ARF based on elastic sphere theory and conducted a series of experiments to separate elastic and rigid microspheres. We further utilized the acoustofluidic method for the separation of Thalassiosira Eccentrica microalgae based on the differences in their sizes with purity exceeding 90%. We anticipate that our technique will open up new possibilities for sample preparation, detection, and diagnosis in various emerging biological and medical analyses.

The sandwich plate has been widely used as an efficient structural member because it has high strength-to-weight and high stiffness-to-weight ratios. To properly design the aluminum extrusion plate , it is necessary to analyze structural behaviors of the extrusions, however, the aluminum extrusions have been rarely studied until now. In the optimization process through numerous iterative calculations, finite element analysis of the sandwich plate with hollow core section requires a considerable amount of computation time and cost. In this paper, the aluminum extrusion plate with truss-core is transformed into an equivalent homogeneous orthotropic plate with appropriate elastic constants. The procedure to evaluate accurate equivalent elastic constants is also established. Using these elastic constants, simple theoretical formulas of the stresses and deflection are proposed in case of the simply-supported orthotropic thick plate under uniform pressure. Through the comparison with the results by commercial FEM code(ANSYS), it is verified that the proposed simpified formula has a good efficiency and accuracy.

Traffic congestions are rapidly increasing in urban areas. In order to reduce these problems, it needs real-time data and intelligent techniques to quickly identify traffic activities with useful information. This paper proposes a Fuzzy Domain Ontology(FDO)-based opinion mining system to monitor the transportation network in real-time as well to make a city polarity map for travelers. The proposed system retrieves tweets and reviews related to transportation activities and a city. The feature opinions are extracted from these tweets and reviews and then used FDO to identify transportation and city features polarity. This FDO and intelligent prototype are developed using $Prot{\acute{e}}g{\acute{e}}$ OWL (Web Ontology Language) and JAVA, respectively. The experimental result shows satisfactory improvement in tweets and review's analyzing and opinion mining.
The operated type of navigation is composed of hardware or software. The navigation based on software is stored and ran in the external storage(e.g. SD card). For the convenience of users, Many car navigation systems store user information such as frequently visited place, route, and so on. Those can be used to proving the alibi of users as well as their relationship between the actual owner of the vehicle through data and time information analysis. Therefore, if it is analyzed datas of navigation, we can get a lot of information such as user's movement, route of car. There are important implications in the digital forensics because it's available for investigating the various crimes. This paper demonstrates the necessary information in the digital investigation through the analysis of stored data in the navigation.

The drone delivery service as a new important business is emerging worldwide. American DHL parcel service is already running the delivery business using drones, and the Google, Amazon, and china's Alibaba, Baidu are also preparing for the same business. However, there are some problems in security and safety since the heavy parcels flies over the people walking down streets, so many things must be considered. The problems can be solved by communicating among drones to avoid collision. Therefore, the efficient network performance is essential, and to resolve the problem, in this paper, an efficient routing protocol is suggested by the Opnet simulator. The drone intercommunication network of MANET is designed and simulated for the efficient routing protocol.
Many applications require the clustering of large amounts of high dimensional data. Most automated clustering techniques have been developed but they do not work effectively and/or efficiently on high dimensional (numerical) data, which is due to the so-called “curse of dimensionality”. Moreover, the high dimensional data often contain a significant amount of noise, which causes additional ineffectiveness of algorithms. Therefore, it is necessary to look over the structure and various characteristics of high dimensional data and to develop algorithm that support clustering adapted to applications of the high dimensional database. In this paper, we investigate and classify the existing high dimensional clustering methods by analyzing the strength and weakness of each method for specific applications and comparing them. Especially, in terms of efficiency and effectiveness, we compare the traditional algorithms with CLIP which are developed by us. This study will contribute to develop more advanced algorithms than the current algorithms.
